This police station is located beside the fire station ,and at the same site of Municipal Court, Pointe Claire city hall and library, there is a parking cross the street of Civic Center Ave for visitors. I went to this police station to report a hit and run car accident, I was very lucky that a Pointe Claire public security officer Mr.Laurence Montpetit Dubrule witness the incident, and wrote down the place number of the vehicle, he is really a good professional, did beyond his duty, and willing to help people, and maintain the security of the city, he shows what citizen need from a security officer and beyond, a really big applaud to him, great job done! He even went to the police station for the incident after he finished school site rush hour duty. With his witness statement and the on duty police officer's professional job, I got the police report for the incident and reported the accident to my insurance provider, my vehicle was repaired beautifully without a penny from me. Mr. Dubrule made an upsetting situation for me to a wonderful ending, thank you, all the best to you!

Police wouldn’t do nothing about my upstairs neighbour being loud and partying for four days straight, past 2am, when I tried to report it. Police also wouldn’t do nothing about me wanting to make a statement against PC express for overcharging my account to what I entitled them to take out, which is on their terms contract, and is 125% maximum. They took out 173% and caused an overdraft when my insurance company billed my card. These police are just a bunch of donut eaters that evolved from mall cops. They have no idea what they’re doing.

Have had some petty thieves going in cars lately and tonight strangers going house to house. Both times they were here in less than 5 mins. Polite, professional and serious about looking for these guys. Thank you! Keep up the great work.
