I've lived on Rue Parthenais for over 4 years now. It's a 30 km/h street, however, drivers use it as a short-cut between Saint-Joseph & Sherbrooke. Cars drive down my street regularly upwards of 70-80 km/h. I've asked Police to setup a roadblock @ Parthenais/Mont-Royal for several years, but they've never come.

Came in to report my truck was stolen. Was told that theres a 99% chance it was towed up to 5 streets away. They told me to wonder the streets looking for my truck. Spent all day looking and couldnt find it anywhere. Called 911, wrote a report, haven't heard back since. Terrible service.
