This is the worst place in london to get chicken, chicken wings saturated in unclean grease and the coating on the chicken looked like it had been re fried. Blood seemed to be coming out of the wing and I explained to the rude guy that has no idea about food that his chicken was not fit for human consumption, same attitude like most chicken and chip shops workers, they think they are doing a great job and all they are doing is adding to the health Crissis in london and they are send more people to an early grave. Government should come down on all chicken shops and make them more transparent and regulate them so that the public is not at risk. If you value your health avoid eating anything from this shop in Cricklewood broadway I'll be reporting them to Brent environmental health because there standards at this chicken shop, they are putting the public at imminent risk. Look at the pictures and see for yourselve. I advise all mothers to stop there children eating chicken from this shop, I have many years experience as a chef and I'm warning people don't eat here. The chicken in the pictures are being sent to Brent environmental health food team because this is not acceptable

I had never rated a establishment before but due to these traumatic experiances I cannot stay scilent. Had there been an option for 0 stars, that would still be too generous. Firstly, the food is always faulty I had eaten there 3 times and each time, I got food poisoning similar to my neighbours who had reported the same thing. As if poison isn't bad enough, the chiken to chip ratio is ridiculous, they give u a box of chips with barley any chicken perhaps to save money. The chiken tastes undercooked and the environment is filthy. I highly recommend against this poor establishment, save your self from. Food poisoning and potential salmonella.

As a regular customer at Selekt Chicken, I am always pleased with the quality food they provide. The customer service is exceptional, the restaurant is always clean and tidy. My kids and me always get the Number 4 ( Fillet Burger Meal) for £3.99!!! Cheap Prices, Can’t complain. Since I am a regular the kind staff at Selekt Chicken occasionally give me some free wings, they really know how to have a Laugh! The waiting time is very short, usually the food is ready within 10 Minutes, and that always make it fresh!!! Yeah! And the Wife really enjoys the Grilled Whole Chicken Meal, along with the lemon and herb marinade they add onto the chicken, it is totally exceptional.

Selekt chicken may look from the outside like any other chicken outlet offering poor quality food to KFC but this a rare shop, with a branch in Dollis Hill of the same quality, always fresh, moist chicken and chips are superbly crispy and tasty, they must pay for more than the cheapest potatoes about. The whole peri peri is regular of mine always with substantial meat, perfectly cooked and keeps me returning for more. Ive had there chicken portions many times before and quality always great. staff here are really welcoming . Let's hope Selekt can open more branches so more get to benefit this quality.

Dreadful experience ordering from here. I placed a £20 order and was sent one 5 wings meal deal - it was a different customer’s order clearly labelled with their name and phone number. Phoned them to complain and they didn’t want to hear it - started trying to blame me for their error. Luckily I was able to complain to Just Eat for a refund, but I will absolutely never order from this place again.

i had the lamb shish kebab wrap from this shop, it was not good, i took one bite, it was hard and dry in some places. i wont have the lamb shish wrap again from this shop. i handed it back to the shop assistant, and asked them to make me another, but better this time, i could not finish the second one, as it was just as bad. ...... i was a good loyal customer, .... not good not happy. .............. you decide. ...........

I bought grill chicken and there was blood inside the chicken then I bought a burger and it was salty and it was like rubber and I didnt feel well then I asked to go to the toilet and the staff said there is no toilets for customers and then I asked where do yu go when yu need the toilet and he replied back saying I do it in the plastic bag and throw it away

I rarely leave reviews/complaints to anything but this place deserves a positive comment. Love the place, every time I do feel like sinning and stepping off the usual "healthy lifestyle", this is my go-to. Such great customer service and they even know my usual guilty pleasure at 1AM order! Highly recommend them.

Tried them since they changed their name from chicken stop, previously 0 points on the door, i thought maybe a change? Chips were bit overcooked, wings large but way overcooked (burnt), and just about edible because of the dryness, chicken strips were cooked while i waited and wasn't too bad.

Well cooked food and always open when you need it especially late nice and still taste good.
