Food was nice however I was surprised that social distancing and Covid-19 rules were not being followed inside the shop. Despite display signs clearly stating take away only and 2 persons at a time, at least 3 customers were eating inside. Later on 4 more people came in as well. Spoke to the boys serving food and they seemed helpless. I had to explain it to them that you are the management whilst serving the customers and its your responsibility to ensure rules are being followed. Someone from the senior management or ownership needs to either train or explain to them on how to make customers aware of the rules and how they reserve the right to decline to serve those who don't follow the COVID-19 measures. Health & Safety must come before anything else.

Once upon a time this place had the best chicken burgers in town, especially the Supreme Sizzler Burgers. However, this is the first time I went since after a couple of years. The burger has since downsized, Sizzler source is different, the bun was soggy with oil, and taste just wasn't the same anymore. I'm not saying the burger was bad, it's just that the taste was nothing special. Considering I can get similar tasting burgers in other nearby places at around 35% cheaper, I probably won't be going out of my way to get SSS anytime soon.

Chicken burger fillet was pink, hash browns were undercooked and the chips might have been served just defrosted! Absolutely abysmal food service from what seemed to be a young boy still in college and another that barely spoke English and needed constant direction. All he had to do was put 6 wings in a box! Goodness! I am this upset about a meal I didn't even pay for! If I did, Redbridge Council would have been all over them! FIX UP, you run a fast food business, don't serve human beings food that foxes wouldn't even go near, for God's sake!

I usually don't go for fast food stuff, but honestly this place and food was amazing. Customer service was excellent MashAllah and all the staff was really friendly and with the smiling faces. Specially the sister Nida who was on the till and took the order. It's been a long time since I had a really nice chocolate milk shake here in Burger Base which was at a next level and reminded me a Belgium chocolate shake from Brussels. MashAllah excellent place and Allah SWT put more barkat in their business.

I came here in the weekend and I was impressed with the politeness of the service which was offered by the young man on Saturday night. Even though I had to wait a long time for my order, the service was still superb. I would like to apologise for the unsavory view which I left seven months ago. It was very unfair and out of order about his weight and about him eating chicken and chips. For this reason, I am prepared to work for one week at the shop unpaid as an apology.

Very bad, I am one of most loyal customers, either forget to send chilli sauce or chilli sauce is open in bag when arrives. Today ordered meals and the chips have come so soggy and undercooked its disgusting. Called up and guy said ‘cooked with my own hands, sorry wont happen again’. I’m not happy about wasting money on food which isnt cooked properly!

Late night wings and Chicken don't taste nice taste good when made fresh , Only reason 3 star is the younger big guy actually can talk nicely or I'd give this shop zero star.

Kid's hungry stop to get some chicken wings for Kid's we wait 5 mins then guy telling me they only accept cash no card payment,i told guy they don't want to pay tax then he said yes we don't want to pay tax that's why we want cash I'm up set beacuse Kid's are hungry and we can't get food so we walk out I don't recommend this place and I hope tax men after your income

21.7.22 @ 3.30pm Will never know , there was a man laying face down on the pavement outside this shop, blood everywhere. When I asked the man behind the counter if he had called an ambulance he shouted " I don't know nothing" Their chicken looks cheap but it's worth more than someone's life??? Luckily the ambulance I called arrived and the person was revived.

This shop is the best chicken shop ever, boss man gives everyone a offer of 4wings and chils for 1pound boss man allways hooks people up. The chips are great and the chicken wings are allways crunchy and a bit of grease and quiet flaky but i love it. I totally recommend this chicken shop for anyone 1000/10

I am a regular customer. Food and service was spot on but recently there has been a downfall. Always missing orders on Uber....wondering if the staff don't know how to read or there's lack of concentration. Giving one star becuase of continuous poor service.

Went to this shop and the guy at the till started taking orders for a customer that came after me! And when I finally did get my food the wings were disgusting and old as If it had been held there for half a century. Don't waste your money here.

Charged me £3 for 6 wings which is fine, but gave me 3 normal size wings and 3 absolutely tiny wings, only realised when i had brought it home for the kids!!! Rip off.
