WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED IN MY LIFE !!! I always loved second cup and I always found that their employees were super nice! But May 10 on Friday night at 7;15pm I had the WORST SERVICE EVER from the 3 attitude girls that was working there . I came in with my 2 kids (4 and 6) . I was going to buy hot chocolate for them but my son really had to go to the bathroom like really badly so I went to the cash to ask for the washroom key and the employee was serving a client but I did ask her politely if I can have the key please for the bathroom and she said “HOLD ON, I’m with a client right now .. I’ll give it after .. super rude !!! Then I ask the other staff beside her which was doing nothing and I ask her also for the key because my son is about to pei his pants... They both gave me the worst attitude and the second girl gave me the key... Coming out I said the the one rude .. next time when a mom with kids who needs to ask you for the key for the kids .. and then she interrupted me and said Mme ... I don’t care about your kids .. I really don’t ! I was shock and I reply to her the day you’ll have kids you’ll understand and she said I’ll never have kids !!! So rude so mean and they we’re all giving me the worst attitude ... the one at the cash had brown hair with tattoo the one that gave me the key was blond and the other one also doing nothing other then passing the broom was brunette and also so rude ... then I didn’t understand why they were acting like so I told the worst girl .. the cashier F U BUT by mimicking so kids didn’t understood ... the cahier saw security and she scream security security so the very nice security came in and he clearly saw that the girls the 3 girls had problems because they were still giving attitude and all...... the security told me don’t worry it’s ok I said I know but this is unacceptable!!!!! I will contact the head office , the owner and the manger and this situation won’t stay here.... I hope they all 3 of them loose their job because this is not what you want for the image of the business From a very disappointed customer that love second cup and always by The pass 20years .. I feel bad giving one star, hoped i could rate this second cup minus 100!! The staff (dark guy with dreads) is sooo rude, doesn't even look or speak to you when taking an order, i don't come to Fairview pointe claire often but each time i go there i get a cup of coffee at second cup and i'm always so frustrated when i walk out... you really feel like they are doing us a favour by taking our order. I don't know who hired this dude but he SHOULD NOT work in customer service since i'm pretty sure he hates humans! Btw i'm a very friendly and respectful customer who is going to Starbucks next time

I'm not from Canada but I really wanted something to drink. So this was the nearest place from where I was shopping and so far this is the WORST coffee - would i even call this a coffee shop- to go! Not only the drink but the customer service! Being only a tourist visiting this really made me upset! The workers are mean, not professional and will get your order wrong - ESPECIALLY if your not from the area! I have heard that this place was not friendly anyways (when I visited another store in the mall). They DON'T respect clients , DON'T clean , NOTHING! They have messed up my weekend!

I often come here and I'm always happy with their service. They're always very energetic, patient and sweet! They're always ready to answer questions about the menu and are willing to give suggestions! It's a nice place for a quick bite! I was also pleasantly surprised by their decadent Ferrero rocher cake. So so good! Surprisingly enough, it doesn't have that cheap, super sweet taste. It's rather smooth! I've also had their green boost smoothie before which is perfect in the morning if you haven't had the time to eat breakfast. It's really energizing!

I had to repeat myself more than 3 times to the guy behind the counter. Seemed like he was clueless with what’s in their menu, even though I specifically ordered a white chocolate Frappuccino. Tasted more like vanilla than chocolate, weigh too sweet, and he charge me freaking $6 just for a drink alone! I didn’t even order any food! Definitely keep in mind, you want a really good white chocolate Frappuccino, I highly recommend the Pierrefonds location!

Suppose to help the business of our community but management of this shop be aware of the attitude of their employees and teach them how to deal with customers, for the second day I bought my coffee and they refuse to take cash they want us to use credit cards, I insist to pay cash no one has the right to force me to use a credit card, their excuse was that after 5 no cash What kind of a business is this.i saw elderly people who had cash only and they need to eat,is this a normal action?? Shame on you

Disgusting excuse for qualified staff, heavy set blond and black haired girl with blond highlights talked about their partying and laughing about, as I walked in at 5:40pm they looked at me and stated “ we have NO MORE coffee next time earlier is better. “ This is NOT the way to speak with customers especially when your hours of operation are until 6:00pm Gross negligence and typical young inept mentality as to how to treat customers. Great training.

1 star is WAY too generous for the service i received, the employees are constantly giving attitude to the clients. Once i barely walked in the place and the black guy with dreads looks at me and rolls is eyes… If you don’t like people don’t work at a place were you have to talk to them! And every time i order it’s like they are doing me a favour and im talking about the 2 main employees who work every morning during the week.Its outright embarrassing. Telling everyone i know to never go there EVER!

I go to second cup because I support Canadian local businesses. But this one I will never go for a while. The staff here feel like they are not doing their job and they are a little rude. They don't care for customers. The wait time is very long for your drinks and they have a limited selection of baked goods if you want to buy. Their White hot chocolate was okay but feel like it was not made to my liking. Hope to see improvements in this location in the near future.

The guy at the cash today, without glasses around 4pm, was talking rudely and rolling his eyes as I ordered my drink for no reason. If you're having a bad day, take the day off so you don't ruin other people's day with your negative attitude, or better yet quit if you don't like your job and or working with people. I've had a few similar experiences with the same worker. Won't be going back there. Final straw was the horrendous service and terrible drink today.

Very rude and disrespectful girl (she's the only person wearing a mask) working at Fairview mall location! I was drinking my coffee and about to leave so I decided to put on my jacket which was on the chair when she suddenly came rushing to clean my table grabbed my cup aggressively and put somewhere else didn't even give me time to leave my table.

Like to stop at Second Cup, the customer service is very good, friendly. Can have a regular café for fair price, or have a fancy café as desired, and per your budget. Plenty of choises for food, breakfast, sandwiches, sweets, smoothies of various choises. Plenty of sit down chairs and tables, or fast take out. Situated not far from the bus terminal, and is in the pointe claire fairview mall.

They have a sign that says the toilets are out of order and the employees when I asked said the toilet was out of order and if you need to use one you have to go all the way up to the Bays second floor. Yet all during my sitting down in the cafe, the employees keep going in and out of the toilet using it!!!! How inconsiderate and non customer friendly! Never again.

Barista and staff are very kind and take more time to talk then other chains, which gives a nice sense of warmth. Coffee is great, prepared in a very reasonable time. I didn't have to wait a little to place my order as there was another customer, however the barista was very smart to have a nice discussion and ended up including both of us.

My family & I bought festive hot beverages last weekend and the staffs are RUDE! I love their coffee but the staffs needs training on how to handle and talk to their customers. My family & I will stop buying from second cup in Fairview.

The staff is very very rude!!! I will never go back .... twice I went and both times I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I order a pistachio latte to try out the new holiday flavors and as it was being being made ...a comment was made "gross"... I was so taken back .... horrible!!!!

This morning stopped in for coffee waited 30 minutes to get my espresso and a latte. Got my latte but no expresso and when I asked for it I was told that I had received it. If they took more time serving the customers than talking they would know who received what they paid for. Never going back again.

Beyond amazing customer service! The guys are so quick and friendly. I rather drive the extra 10minutes to buy my coffee at the second cup at Fairview mall. Rather than waiting 10minutes in line at the second cup on des sources. Keep up the amazing job, you guys know how to brighten up customer day.

Asked the cashier what tea they would recommend because I've never been there for tea. They replied simply with "I don't drink tea". If your staff has to handle the morning rush by themselves (solo) , it's going to affect the customer experience.

Been three times on seperate occasions. Always tried to order one of the drinks that were advertised on big signs outside the store. Every SINGLE TIME they never had the ingredients. For sure don't recommend this place, they never have anything.

I had called in advance for a slice of cheesecake to put aside for my boyfriend's birthday and when I got there McKinley was drawing the cutest caricature of a cheesecake with a candle. It makes it even more special. So, thank you McKinley!!!

The employees are extremely rude and need a lesson in customer service. A simple smile or hello is all it takes. Instead they make it seem like you're bothering them when you're ordering. Will never go back

Stopped by today and loved my coffee purchase. Two gentlemen who were serving were happy smiling and dancing to the music. The atmosphere was fabulous. Love love love will definitely recommend and go back.

A cozy, modern, local coffee shop where everyone knows everyone and the coffee is always very fresh. Very clean and organized. They serve the best lattés around. You've gotta' try one!

The morning staff is so friendly and always full of life. The afternoon guys are not so welcoming. You are almost scared to place you order. The ladies are sometimes nice though
