I am terribly DISSATISFIED with Olga's both behavior and work. I had an appointment at 10, I arrived a little bit earlier at 9:50, but she didn't let me in and said you have the appointment at 10 and I'll take you that time, I was shaking outside because of the cold for 10 minutes, but she started working on my hair at 10:30, if punctuality matters why wasn't she ontime? Then I asked her to just dye my grown hair (7 cm) blonde as the rest was already blonde. To my surprise, she said that you cannot be this much blonde as your natural hair is black, I told her: “look at my hair, it's already blonde and I have always been blonde since I remember, if I cannot be, how the rest of my hair is blonde? she said if so, why didn't you go to your hair dresser, I said that my hair dresser isn't living in Montreal anymore. Make the story short, she started and every 10 minutes she told me: “why you have stress? you give me stress, I can feel it”, but I didn't have any stress, even if I had, how a customer can make an experienced hair dresser who trusts her work feel stressed. After 3 hours, she made my hair literally ORANGE, then she said your hair cannot be lighter than this and I can't take the risk, I used the most expensive product and if you don't like I can give your $75 deposit back and go, I was shocked and honestly scared to leave the place with half orange and half blond hair. I had to literally tolerate her misbehavior to at least have a better color, so I said no no I trust you, she said:,”just I can make it darker”, I accepted as I had no other choice. She did it, the result was awful, I had numb scalp for a day and itchy scalp for 1 week (I've never experienced it before). I could smell bleach on my hair and my scalp was burning in those 3 hours (I've never had it). Now after 2 weeks, I still have an awful hair color, trying to change it ASAP. I would give -10 star if I could. The worst experience EVER :(

Hair coloring experience was great, rich color and texture, however I would not recommend this place for making a haircut. I had a bob haircut done, at the same time with color, just a simple, straight, no angle, work that requires accuracy and precision. At least, that what I expected to get. I was so disappointed when I came home and went through my hair and styled them the way I used to, have found lots of asymmetry and strands of hair that are not even in length. I had my haircut fixed in a month somewhere else. Hair colour is a great mastery but it’s nothing with a crappy haircut.

Так же хочу отметить, что мастер не досаждает надоедливыми разговорами и здорово подстраивается под клиента. Все оборудование у неё стерильно и рабочее место очень аккуратно. Маникюр носится чудесно, ничего не трескается и не отваливается. Всем советую данного мастера!

Olga in my opinion is one of the best hairdressers in MTL. I always leave her salon with confidence because she always cuts and colours my hair exactly as I want it. She helps you with your questions and have different options provided if you are hesitant. She is great, I suggest you go and try.
