My curiosity about hair care took me to HAIRCLUB. The consultation was handled by Micheal, who is very professional and knowledgeable. He is a very good listener and answered all my questions patiently. The conversation with him was amazing and I got to know more about human hair in general. Would definitely recommend going in there for how honest the company is about their programs and even if you feel like not taking up any services on the spot, They are very understanding and makes you feel comfortable. Respect for that.

Have Alena as my hair stylist for some time now and I would not have anyone else. With my not so great hair it is difficult to have something descent but Alena manages to make me look presentable. She has that magic touch that makes her vision of a style to come to reality. When she works with you she all 100% here making you feel as most important person in the world. I am astonished by Holly's performance. I had an image of what I wanted after having been loosing my hair for years and the style that I wanted was very specific and she still somehow managed to exceed expectations.. The hair she ordered for me looks exactly like what I used to have naturally and when she put it on, it felt just right. My hair is always cut, blow dried and styled to perfection. She always listen and respects what the client wants and that super important. Always a nice experience here. Everyone is super welcoming and kind, the sessions feel reassuring and relaxing. I am about half way through my treatment and we're beginning to see promising results. Each stylist I've had were very kind and made sure I was comfortable. The price isn't anything to sneeze at, but it's worth it to be able to be more confident in my appearance.

Alina is amazing, so thoughtful and caring and is a great professional! It seems she understands hair and anything to do with it from the inside, a place where others have never been to. Customer service is seven stars, she is always joyful, smiling, encouraging, and knows more about life at her young age than most people with PhDs. I highly recommend her!

This was defintely a waste of money I spent thousands of dollars but never saw results even after a year. I really suggest to avoid this place and service. They give you pills that give you cramps and make you buy a laser brush. I really regret it! Big scam

All hair club employees are very polite and helpful throughout your journey there but I would say Alena is the more down to earth and easiest to talk to. She is very sweet and positive and I always feel ready for the day after my appointments with her!
