Advised the consultant I was after 2x pairs of shoes in my size and was after Frankie4. I was told they only had 1 pair and I tried these on. I asked about boots, sold out. What about other stores I asked. "I don't know what other stores have and I'm not sure I could get any". She didnt even bother trying. I asked about other brands that might be similar that I could try. She rattled off 3 names and I said great, what do you recommend, I'd love to try them". She then said no we won't have your size. I'm a size 9. No other solutions offered. That was it. I said so only 1 pair of shoes in the entire store- that's all? Yes she said. Wow! Besides doing her job for her and calling all your stores myself I could not have tried harder to spend my money. I would highly recommend Suna Brookside evaluate their customer service and current staff. I tried very hard to buy 2 shoes and your employee was unable to even provide basic customer service. I had to prompt her and even with me showing i was willing to flex to other brands, she wouldn't help me. I have 15 yrs experience in retail sales and have never seen such terrible customer service. Very poor. I'd give a zero rating if I could. Appalling.

What a fantastic store with a terrific range of shoes. Today I was pressed for time and my click and collect order wasn’t ready. I must admit I went in to collect my shoes before I got the phone call. Charmaine offered to call head office to process the order faster for me. I couldn’t hang around as I had an appointment to make. Charmaine gave me the store number and asked me to call her when I was on my way home and she would run my shoes out to my car!! Such amazing service. And might I say she did actually ‘run’. Not only did she bring the shoes to me she bought out another size for me to try on in case I didn’t realise I’d ordered the narrow fit. Thanks so much for your awesome service Charmaine. Such a pleasure to shop in your store. It’s not the first time Charmaine has gone out of her way to help me find what I need. Suna shoes, you have a gem!

I recently purchased a lovely pair of Birkies in Hervey Bay, when I was on holidays. When I got home I showed them to Podiatrist & alas, I'd bought the wrong size for my foot & arch needs. I reached out to Suna Shoes customer service, in the hopes I might be able to swap them for the correct size...and was contacted by the wonderful Alex who was a tremendous help. Not only was a pair located in my size, it was held for almost a week for me, so I could get there, to switch them. And when I arrived at Brookside Suna, the lovely Charmaine helped with the swap & gave me some Birkies cleaning & care tips I was not only blown away by the help I was given but by how they both went out of their way to make this transaction as painless as possible. Will definitely be buying my Birkies from Brookside in the future Thank you both so much!!

Id just like to give a big shout out to Charmaine in your Brookside Shop, we are located far from Brookside, so we were unable to go to the shop to collect shoes I urgently needed, Charmaine then mentioned she lives out our way and was more happy to drop it off at our house with no cost to us. Had a fantastic shopping experience at Suna today . My Podiatrist recently recommended I start wearing orthodics. Charmaine at Suna was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and helped me find several pairs of incredibly comfortable, lovely looking shoes that work with my orthodics. I would happily recommend Suna at Brookside for anyone needing supportive, stylish, comfortable shoes.

Suns shoes were super accomodating . I recently bought a pair of work shoes and they were amazingly comfortable, however they made an annoying squeak. Suns shoes employee were wonderful in assisting me with Charmaine making person sure things were sorted quickly. I can’t express how dreadful I was for the service and solution I received.
