I called SPC Roofers after discovering a leak in my roof. Andrew came out quickly and inspected the roof and discussed my options. Sales approach was informative and helpful, and he wasn't pushy at all. This and a referral from a friend they put on a new roof for, gave me the confidence i could trust them to get the job done right. I could not have had a better experience. Andrew kept in contact with me throughout the process, and answered any questions i had. SPC Roofers took care of all the permitting so the the job was turnkey. The job took 1.5 days and the quality of work was exceptional. They event painted the vents to match the roof color. Site was left clean. I would recommend SPC Roofers to anyone needing any type of roofing work.

We called SPC Roofers for a free roof inspection due to the age of our roof to make sure we didn't have any signs of damage. Matt was our main contact and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They found evidence of wind damage and helped us file a claim with our insurance company and even walked the roof with the claim adjuster. When it came time to install the roof, Matt helped us pick a color and answered all our questions and even made suggestions to make sure we were making the best decision. The roof was installed in a day and a half despite the rain. The team did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We are VERY pleased with our new roof and would recommend SPC to anyone. SPC worked with me and an attorney to get a new roof on my home in November 2022 and, while the roof looks great today, I would not recommend them. The good: I have a brand new roof that doesn't leak! The bad: Customer service and communication was lacking throughout this whole process. I've had an issue with a vent since November that keeps getting brushed off, employees walking onto my property and climbing on my roof without any heads-up or notice that they're arriving, and the office took almost 5 months to send me the info that was promised upon payment.

I had contacted FIVE roofing companies and left messages. SPC's Brian Bullock returned my call right away, while 2-5 days elapsed waiting for the others. SPC gave me the BEST price for the work that I needed done. The job was scheduled AROUND the rain, which was no easy feat. Mark communicated with me every step of the way during the job. He was honest, upfront and professional, as was Brian. The entire process of getting the roof repair done was seamless. I am so glad that I chose SPC. Thank you.

Just completed a roof job in Hickory Hills. It took about 4 weeks in total mostly because the HOA wouldn't give us the approval. Once they gave us a green light they roofed a 2 story 2200 square foot home in about 1.5 days including inspections and a closed/finalized permit. I was able to do an estimate before I bought the home and once it closed I was able to start the new roof process. I paid out of pocket if that helps with your time line estimates. No insurance delays.

I had to get a new roof recently and SPC roofers were top notch. We dealt with Zachary and he was very attentive, responsive and professional. He was able to help with any questions we had and everything was completed in a timely manner. Not only are we extremely pleased with the roof, but they were efficient, quick and their crew even cleaned up all the materials so I didn't have to. Matt K. Was extremely helpful in selecting a roof color. He was very quick to share locations that were close to me so I could compare colors in person. He is professional, prompt, and responsive via text/phone call even when he knew the roof was for a house in an another state. First off I had an amazing experience with this company. Everything was professional and done within a timely manner. SPC did a great job with our new roof early in 2021. Unfortunately here in St Johns we had some very minor damage due to 2022 end season hurricane that took some time for us to even notice.
