My roof was damaged from a severe storm and had multiple leaks throughout. I was nervous on hiring a roofing company that was honest and fair. After asking around the neighborhood and doing my research, Elo roofing seemed to be everyone's choice. From the initial visit, I was extremely impressed by the level of professionalisms and experience provided by Tom, the project manager. He did a detailed inspection, showing me videos and pictures of all the damage I was unaware of. Tom walked me through the whole insurance claim process and advised on the best option available. It definitely felt as he was on my team and was looking out for my best interest. Once the claim was submitted, it took a couple of weeks for the insurance company to do their part. During this time ,Tom kept in contact and helped me file all the required paperwork with the community HOA. Once we had the approval from the insurance and HOA, Tom and his team expedited everything and had a install date within days of notice. I ended up going with Duration Designer Storm Cloud architectural shingles, which were in backorder. But, Tom was able to contact the manufacture and do his magic to ensure we got the materials in time. Two days prior to install, all the materials and equipment were delivered and pre-stage. THE ENTIRE PROCESS ONLY TOOK 1.5 DAYS! I was so shocked and impressed on the level of marksmanship and dedication the roofing crew had. They were extremely respectful and always kept their working area clean and organized. I have over 5 years of experience inspecting roofs as a home inspector. Because of this, I have a high level of attention to detail and can point out even the slightest defect. After doing an inspection on the finish product, I can say that all the guys/gals at ELO roofing are true professionals. The installation came out perfect. I am completely satisfied with the finish product and the experience provided by ELO roofing. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get their roof replaced. I am acutely aware of the history of my house, and some unique problems that are present. As a result of Hurricane Katrina flooding in 2005, the foundation of my house was shored for the third time. As a result of the more recent Hurricane Ida in August of 2021, multiple sections of my home’s roof covering were torn off necessitating complete change. Upon being introduced to ELO Roofing by a neighbor, I found them to be understanding of my history based demands. While waiting for materials to be secured in view of high demand, I undoubtedly became the most aggravating customer that Alayna Mobley (Louisiana Project Coordinator for ELO Roofing), and Thomas Bott (Production Manager for ELO Roofing) would ever interact with. BUT….. THEY DID IT! Every incidental item that I requested was provided regardless of being different from anything previous. When “build” day came, the crew was there early, and there was no milling around. They went right to work, and worked continuously only breaking for a short lunch. As is usually the case, unforeseen situations were found, as well as some insufficiencies resulting from post Hurricane Katrina work. But this did not deter the crew leads Carlos and Roberto, who acted immediately to procure the additional materials to correct problems facilitating a sturdy base for my new roof covering. At the end of the day, in standing in the street in front of my house, I could not believe that I was looking at the same house which, just hours early, displayed the proverbial post disaster “tarps” in areas. I am very happy with the outcome that the entire TEAM from ELO Roofing provided.

Tim Kuskowski was my project manager. He was thorough from initial contact, when I did not "need" a new roof, to final completion. Tim was the first representative from a roofing company I interviewed, and I let him know that two others were doing the same. His approach actually affected how I gauged the other companies and their professional approach. Tim presented their work, answered questions, spent nearly an hour on my roof, and showed me the concerns. One roofing company showed up late and never got on my roof, departing 15 minutes after the beginning of the appointment and never contacting me again. A third roofing company never showed me the pictures they took (I did not ask on purpose) and while more professional than company 2, did not match Tim's personal approach. Importantly, Tim also helped with insurance. He traveled here to be present when the adjuster was gauging the issues, even laughingly expressing surprise that the adjuster did not get on the roof despite Tim having a ladder in place. Insurance application was performed by the office staff, from submission of my initial insurance check and my deductible to final payment after the roof was installed and inspected. Tim reached out and even traveled again to fix an issue that arose (my fan in the master bathroom was jostled due to roof work). I still have the ELO Roofing signs in my front yard nearly two months after completion because I have no issue with advertising for them, thanks to my interactions with Tim.

Writing this review for my fiancé, Tony Bilello, who started an insurance claim over 18 months ago. The initial roofing company went along with insurance company’s assessment (approx. 17 - 20 shingles needed replaced). Attorney continued to work until enough funds were secured for 3 months of tarps and full repair of roof. We chose ELO Roofing to do all repairs; Dan Christ, Project Mngr., continually stopped by to check on our legal progress. Upon settlement, Dan immediately came to discuss ELO Roofing’s materials, time frame & pricing. Paperwork was quickly in place and date set. Rebecca Anderson, Project Coordinator Specialist, handled all forms, set up material & dumpster deliveries/pickups, and diligently kept us informed. ELO’s roofing crew was AMAZING……..arrived at 7 am, even working through light afternoon showers (early morning tornado hit Palm Coast the next day). Upon completion they did an amazing clean-up; gathering debris and picking up old nails. Dan showed up the next morning & also re-checked yard for nails. Price was slightly higher; due to additional materials needed (informed cost of additional plywood a possibility). ELO Roofing’s professionalism, material quality/pricing, communications, and scheduling were superb. We would definitely recommend them to family, friends, neighbors & associates. Just want to take a minute to describe what a Amazing and Professional Experience I had with Elo Roofing. I was refereed to Gary D with Elo Roofing from several of my friends. They said", call him, and you wont be disappointed. Sure enough! I called and he came out right away, when others never showed up. He went over everything in detail, and made sure he answered all my questions. He was extremely professional meeting my adjuster. In fact the adjuster got off the roof and said", he did great job and made my job so much easier. Communication from Gary and Rebecca at Elo was, better than one could expect. They kept me up to date on everything up to the point my claim was approved and built. The crew did a great job. When it was finished, Gary even came back the next day with a garbage bag and giant magnet and walked my yard, and also did both sides of my neighbor's which they where also impressed. Again, I couldn't be more happy with the entire process. He not only went above and beyond, but he showed that he really cared about every part of the process, all the way down to the Shingle color. Gary De Simone from ELO Roofing provided outstanding, professional service from inspecting my roof through working with my insurance company, and supervising the installation of the roof in just one day! Gary took charge of the project and kept me informed of what was to happen on a daily basis. Rebecca in the office also o kept me in the loop via emails.i My materials were delivered the night before, along with the dumpster and the exceptional roofing team came early the next morning; did their work efficiently and did a superior job of cleaning up all the tarps and debris after the installation was complete. They ran magnets over the property several times even as the sun was setting to be sure nothing was left behind. Gary remained until after the crew left to be sure everything was in order and that I was happy with the work. He even came over again a few days later to run a magnet over my property and that of my neighbors to be 100% sure our properties were clean. I was not the only one who was impressed by the work ethic of Gary and his team. Several of my neighbors who watched the installation came over to compliment him on the.job. I highly recommend Gary to anyone and everyone for all their roofing needs.

Called Elo because a limb fell and punched a hole in the roof. Office set appointment for 9am Tuesday morning. A couple hours after appointment is set, Elo called to say they didn't have anyone to come look at the roof. So the appointment was set for 9 am Wednesday morning. Robert Osborne showed up for the appointment. Nice personable guy. He looks and writes an estimate. Says it will a take week or week and a half until they can get to us. Hailey sends a text a bit later on Wednesday asking if they could set the appointment for Thursday at 1:30. Appointment is set, 1:30 Thursday rolls around, no tech is here. Called at 2, he will be here at 4. 4 comes and goes, no tech. A bunch of phones calls later, tech is route according to Hailey, and will be here between 5:15 and 5:30. No tech shows up by 5:30. This place a clown show. Stay away and find a dependable, reputable company to do business with. Per Robert, Thomas the operations manager would call, no phone call. Needless to say, another roofing company will get my business.

I called ELO roofing just for a small leak on my roof which was leaking into my great room in Atlantic Beach, FL.. I was very fortunate that the guy who came out -Robert Osborne -ELO Roof specialist...noticed that my current roof shingles of 7 years was deteriorating rapidly due to a manufacturers defect. This guy did a great job of educating me on what to do to get it fixed. No one wants to pay $19K for a new roof. I did have a manufacturers warranty which covered about 37% of the cost. If I did not contact ELO roofing who was not my original roofing company the damage probably would have been $35K plus in the future due to all of the rotten OSB plywood underneath my shingles of only 7 years. ELO Roofing did a great job!. Thanks Robert Osborne- appreciate your hard work and direction. Definitely the best people to work with regarding your roof replacement.

My experience with ELO was great! This was the first time I had to go through the process of getting my roof replaced. Samantha and Derek came out and took a look at my roof and let me know the extent of the damage from wind and that it would be able to be replaced from an insurance claim. They made the process very easy for me and there was very little I needed to do during the process other than sign the paperwork and they took care of the rest. They worked hard at making sure my roof got taken care of. The roofers did a great job and they were very efficient and finished the roof quickly and did a great job. I would highly recommend them! Samantha and Derek were super friendly and great to work with. They were also very responsive if I had any questions along the way, I know if I have anything come up I will be reaching out to them again!

I just had a complete re-roof job from Elo Roofing and i am pleased with the outcome! Elo came to me via a referral of a friend and Dustin DeWitt came to my home and within 10 min of our conversation it was obvious he knows his job well and the industry. Dustin was professional, he answered all my questions and lowered my wall as I was apprehensive due to a prev bad experience with another roofing company. Any questions I had along the way he made himself available to answer. More importantly, he was NOT pushy which is rare in this industry.. I have 25 roofing business cards and no one got past my front door with the exception of Dustin! Elo should be happy to have him and I would recommend Elo because so far I am pleased with my roof , quick service and excellent service from Dustin.

Andrew Blackwell was my Project Manager both this Summer and 5 years ago when my house got hammered with the hail the first time. Elo Roofing does a great job getting the roof done in a timely manner, and they were respectful of my requests such as not parking the heavy equipment truck in my driveway and being mindful of my landscaping. I was surprised to hear from Andrew again after this years hail storm (as most companies in the industry tend to have high turnover); having the same person show up at my door was very reassuring and was the main reason I chose to go with Elo Roofing the second time around. Replacing a roof can be a stressful project, however Andrew has put me at ease with his clear communication and willingness to answer all my questions.

Could not be happier with a new roof we got for my aunt's house with Elo roofing. Mr. Clarence H. did an outstanding job from the start to finish. He helped us to understand better what materials to go with and how the entire process will look like. On the day of the build the team worked around the rain, and were able to finish all in one day. The roof that we were replacing was not an easy case. The team cleaned everything very well after the roof was finished. Mr. Clarence H. came by after with a giant magnet to make sure there were no loose nails on the ground. He also answered all of our multiple post build questions with patience. From the very start Derek who is the sales person and over saw the entire project from beginning to completion was amazing. Thoughtful no pressure nice professional clean represented the company 110%. During the installation professional great team clean on time cleaned up after themselves and the roof looks amazing. Elo Roofing was professional and efficient from the start. The whole process from hiring the contractor to getting the roof done was about 2 ad a half weeks, maybe less. I worked with the contractor, Ryan, who was amazing and worked with me on picking all of the details for the new roof. He kept me up to date and did things very efficiently. Rebecca in the office was phenomenal! She went above and beyond. I just had my roof done today, 2 days after Christmas. Rebecca made sure I could contact her at anytime. ELO was working a job with one of our neighbors and while they were in the neighborhood, Angela offered us a free inspection. We had storm damage done to our roof (original with the home) and needed to replace it. We contacted our insurance company who only wanted to replace a few shingles and leave the rest intact. ELO helped us get the insurance company to replace the entire thing. Angela and Camryn were great! They answered all of our questions and concerns and walked us step-by-step through the process of having our roof replaced. My only issue is the roof looks so good we now need to repaint the home! 10/10 would recommend

We had storm damage to our roof and contacted ELO. Tom Scarborough scheduled an appointment with us immediately and was able to walk us through the entire process beginning with filing a claim with our insurance. Tom, and everyone we met with or spoke to with Elo, was extremely professional, thorough in explaining the process, and remained in constant communication to make sure we were always informed and satisfied. Our new roof was installed ahead of schedule and looks awesome. We cannot say enough great things about Elo Roofing and Tom. Hopefully we never need another new roof, but if we do they will be our first call.

I have a small 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. They gave me a $16,000 estimate, then charged $23,000 in the final bill. From our initial encounter I stressed that I had no savings and little income and didn't want to end up with a lien and extensive debt. They assured me that my homeowner's insurance would cover the work. I took a loan from a friend to cover my deductible. Now I have a lien on my home for the remainder ($2,000) of the bill that the homeowners insurance did not cover. They strong armed me and behaved in very rude and unpleasant ways. Do yourself a favor and don't get involved with this scam company.

Elo Roofing was exceptional. We needed repair work on our roof, but since our home was built only seven years ago and we did not need a roof replacement, the other companies that we contacted were unresponsive or uninterested in assisting with a repair. Dustin came out right away, was extremely professional, and went above and beyond to resolve our issues and diligently perform the roofing repairs. We are incredibly grateful to have had someone who was trustworthy, dependable, and professional work with us on this issue and we will certainly use Elo for our roofing needs going forward.

I had a very positive experience w/ Elo roofing specifically "Tom" the project manager.. He was very attentive to details and would keep you updated of every step. As for the workmanship, I was impressed w/ the crew and the aftercare was excellent.. My driveway had a stain during the process and they took care of it without hesitating. I really love the Professionalism from both Ryan and Rebecca. When I first started out with my roof issues, Ryan came out and inspected the roof. He explained every process and step to me. Once we finally got the ball rolling (due to some issues from my insurance company). It didn’t take long for the material to come in. What a great overall construction experience and the picture says it all. A two day remove and replace three days after Hurricane Ian. Materials and dumpster were delivered on time and professionally. Tom S. was fantastic from the start, provided several pricing options and he was there from beginning to end. Elo had a great "on job" superintendent named Adrian who was available to discuss details during the tear off and install. Would like to mention Rebecca in the office who was terrific in helping with the schedule and providing assistance dealing with the HOA.

The company does not respect no soliciting OR no trespassing signs. They say that they aren’t trying to sell you anything, but with all the signs in my yard it’s pretty obvious that we want to be left alone. They seem to want to make a sale (through insurance, therefore no “sale”) even at the cost of alienating potential customers. When I mentioned my signs, the rep said “it’s not soliciting, ma’am.” Thank you for ringing my doorbell and making my dog go nuts, and waking up my newborn.

What a pleasant experience! I had a leak in my bedroom and before they even got the job, Jeff fixed the roof so it wouldn’t leak anymore. Mark was also great, he made getting my homeowners insurance to pay for it easy. All the while they followed the job to make sure I was happy. The roofers themselves were in and out in one day and did a great job. To wrap it up Brett took care of the loose ends, sealed and painted the new wood they had to replace. I highly recommend ELO roofing.

He coordinated with my homeowner’s insurance company and met their inspector to inspect the roof, helped me pick shingles and guided me through the whole process. I was very impressed with Jeff Thiel and Nate Mercado and Rebecca. They were fantastic in giving me the step by step operation in getting all the paperwork done and with every step of the roofers installation of my roof . They finished and left no mess . TOM SCARBROUGH and the Elo Roofing team were great to work with on our roof replacement. We have a big roof with challenging pitches however the crew came out and worked extremely long days and knocked the project out in 2 days including a thorough clean up. We were concerned for all of our tropical plants and pool but Elo took extra precaution with tarps to ensure protection. Overall excellent experience, five stars all the way!!

We needed a last minute roof replacement to sell our house. We had to move before the roof was replaced. I worked with Tom and he made it all happen smoothly with no worries or concerns. I contacted ELO about roof repair from last year's storms. I had someone out to give an estimate the same day. Once all the red tape was worked through, they basically put a new roof on my house in one day. Clean up was good. The project foreman, Tim Taylor, kept me informed of all progress. I am very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend. Top notch company.

Elo Roofing removed our old roof and replaced it with beautiful Owens corning shingles. They moved quickly and efficiently and cleaned up all the debris, including going around the perimeter of your house with a magnet to retrieve the nails that came off the roof. We were very satisfied with the workmanship and the staff that we worked with. we highly recommend them.

I appreciate the great customer service of Nate and Rebecca. Nate was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal/talk with. We had a great experience with Elo Roofing. From the start Rebecca Anderson explained every thing. When everything would take place. Dumpster drop off and when materials would arrive as well. Ignoring people’s wishes to be left alone is bad business. You’ve come to my house 4 times, each time we tell you no. You’ve scared my kid by lurking outside our garage. We’ve been bothered at work by you. That type of marketing has left a bad taste in my neighbors mouths and mine. When I need a roof I will stear clear of Elo. Do not trespass again.
