Hands down one of the stupidest banks I have dealt with over the years. Slow, inefficient, no streamlined processes or convenience. No services commensurate with the clientele. Hard to find good banks in Japan. Terrible hours, too.
It seems like a nice place. The support was also good. Totally English. I went early hour at 9am. It seems free on that time. I suggest to go there on that time to get the best support.
