I always take my car here for a service and they have always gone far beyond their call of duty when it comes to the quality of service they provide. For example,took my diesel in for an oil change,my sump plug was threaded,they went to get one,got one and it didn't fit. They drove all the way out to sailsbury to get one,which did fit and they only charged me for the oil change,not the extra time and effort they went to,to get the sump,they didn't even charge me for the sump,not to mention they charged me $70 less than the lowest quote I got. Because of their exceptional service and price I decided to get a full service, and again they well and truly exceeded my expectations. Not only did they charge me half the price as my lowest quote,they replaced my wiper blades,fixed a hole I had in my tyre and also plugged a major oil leak I had,and again no extra charge. There is never any hidden costs,i get a quote and that is always what I pay,no matter what extra work they decide to do. They even wash my car and vacuum it out. As a female I have always been intimidated by mechanics and have always felt ive been taken advantage of at times,but not this place. I love this place and I would NEVER take my car anywhere else.

Excellent service. Professional and courteous. Needed my brakes doing asap after another mechanic at another repair centre failed to fix. Got my car booked in to SM Auto Repair Centre the next business day. They fixed my car within a couple of hours and a loan car is available for a low hire cost. Very fair and affordable mechanic that seems incredibly trustworthy (great for single women who know little about cars!!!) Will definitely use them as my regular mechanic. 5 *****

Booked my ford falcon BA wagon in within a week. Special requests made and investigated by mechanic with a good value for money service. Generous with time as did not charge for additional specific inspection of engine / test drive. Logan and Dave provided great customer care, and were genuine and honest with their work. Took my Subaru Impreza in for a basic service, one headlight was blown and had lots of issues with the electrics of the lights in the past. I was very impressed with Max who managed to figure out the problem and spent an extra half an hour instead of going on his lunch break to solve the issue. Great service and passion for solving the issue. Will be going back again.

We had some initial miscommunication regarding the circumstances of the repairs as the vehicle was under warranty but once we had this cleared up, everything went well. I was kept in the loop and up to date regarding the repairs that were being completed and the status of incoming parts which helped me a in an extremely stressful time.

Great service and friendly mechanics. Took my car here for a service after having used another mechanic for years, and was very impressed. The service was a great price, they vacuumed the carpets and said next service they will rotate the tyres to get more life out of them. Really appreciated and will be back!

My friend recommended them and I'm happy that they did, fast turnaround, they did a great job and very affordable. I also liked their friendly feline apprentice who looked under my car when I was out front in the carpark. I'll be coming back in the future and I'll recommended them to my friends and family.
