Brian is my go to for all our mechanical needs. WHY? Because I trust him and his team. He ALWAYS provides honest advice and is fair priced for the quality and service provided. I only trust his team with my vehicle as he has always done right by us snd NEVER taken advantage or overcharged us. We recently asked him to replace our suspension and service the car as we thought the suspension needed replacing. Upon servicing he found a water pump leak which we fixed, however he examined our suspension and was honest with us stating it was the tyres abd not the suspension in need of attention. The tires were like 7 years older snd in the verge, so we went to our tyre guys, got new tyres abd just like Brian said… problem solved. His honesty is the reason we come back always. 10/10 to Brian and the team. I’m a business man and hard to please, but these guys have my vote of confidence and more importantly… my trust. And I I took my car in for a service for the first time and base on reviews and I give it a go with Their team to see how it going! Brian and Shane serviced both my cars and completed a brake and rotor change on both. Service and knowledge and speed of service were outstanding very friendly and assisted with any questions and even fixed a slight squeaky door which must have had a screw just a bit loose that I forgot to call out so great pick up as well as changing the brakes to ceramic so less or no brake dust the Cruze has different brakes installed when new so great all round thanks again guys for your great work it is appreciated gold service

I've now been going to Ultra Tune Salisbury for many years, even when they were at the previous location on Park Tce. I'm always quoted fair prices for the work and find they are very honest if you're on a budget as to what needs doing when and what can or cannot be pushed out as an urgent repair. Quality of work has always been brilliant and the staff are friendly and accommodating at fitting you in, even last minute if they are able.

Went in for a service and to get a new compressor for the air conditioner since I was told the old one was broken. I was quoted $1,100 from various other places to replace the compressor. Ultra Tune was able to fix the problem with the old compressor for under $200. Absolutely amazing and very happy with customer service.
