Paid for the $12 wash. For some reason the wash stopped half way. Owner saw this on the camera and came out and told me to go into the other wash bay and he'll start it for me again. I like that I didn't have to go looking for him, he immediately came out and made it right. Wash was also excellent, my car would look spotless if I spent a few minutes to dry the car but I was in a hurry. Blow dryers did a good enough job. Edit: I went back recently, unfortunately negative experience. Paid for the $10 wash and this time stopped to dry with my microfiber cloths. I saw that a lot of soap residue was left on the car, and being that my car is black and the soap is white, this was very noticeable. Overall I'm giving 3 as the average. 1 star for recent visit, 5 stars for first visit. I don't think I will be going back though, not worth the price if I am left with soap residue to clean up.

I have a new car (2019) so still looking for good touchless wash that will work for it. My car was lightly spoiled- mainly just muddy rain water spots from the rain over last several weeks. I got the top tier "ultimate" wash. Left with several muddy spots/streaks still on multiple areas of car as well as a muddy water run down the windshield that didnt get taken care of. water spots are not stuck on tight- they come off easily with a finger or towel. This place might be ok for weekly maintenance in between good washes, but not sure. I wont be back. A self serve wash is much better wash and cheaper. Guess I'm still on lookout for good touchless wash that will work for me.....

This place is a one timer for me. My map app listed it as a car wash near home. Not really. Its run down, in a dodgy neighborhood and out of the two bays only one is working. I repeatedly slid my card as instructed, it repeatedly denied it. I was kinda glad cuz I was going to spend more on my card but I had $6 which is the minimum choice wash. It did an okay job. The wet road splash on my dark blue car was gone but the film of dirty glass where the wipers can't reach was still there. Unimpressive, I've had better washes at a gas station.

The automated car wash was terrible, light dirt on the car wasn't removed in the process of the wash. It was still on the car on easy to clean spots like the hood. The soaps used must be diluted. The wash didn't even get to the back of the car, no bumper, lights or anything just missed the whole back..wow ! Even when property placed on the sensors, I don't think the wash is calibrating correctly at all for cars that enter the wash. That was the top wash tier.... There are better places around town for your money

I wish i could give it 0 stars. Today i got stuck at 12:20 pm and called the business number multiple times and got no answer. Left them a text and got nothing back. Its the owners cell phone and if you own a business and decide to use your personal phone then you should answer it especially when the car was power goes out mid wash. Now my new car has soap spots all over which isnt all that bad but just bad for business. Never again will i be using this place.

Pretty awesome carwash ! I got the ultimate deluxe for $12 and i have to say as a young individual always on the go this is perfect! My car is also year 2007 so it did an great job made it clean and sleek! I feel like like ive got a brand new car again. You really can't beat it. Convenient, Efficient, just fabulous! Sterling H20I is an amazing car wash, no worries about scratches and swirl marks caused by the brushes used at other automatic car washes. This one is TOUCH FREE! I went today in my BMW E92 M3 and it did a wonderful job of getting all the dust and gunk off the paint without leaving any swirls or scratches. I will definitely be coming back. Good job H20i! Another happy customer.

Touch free car wash does a pretty good job when I'm too busy to hand wash the car myself. The blowers don't really do a great job drying your car at all like others mentioned, but a short cruise down the highway gets most of it and a drying rag at home gets the rest. The vacuums are not free. I think the grounds the place sits on could be a little better maintained as well.

I came in because I went out of town and had some bugs in the front of my SUV. I chose the ultimate carwash and everything was going well until the air dryers part. I believe it gave you 80 seconds but mine only lasted for 10 seconds. So my car was soaking wet at the end. See attached pictures. I also noticed that there were still lots of bugs in the front of the suv.

Somewhat like it, but the shampoo carpet cleaner needs a new brush head. Plus the credit card machine is a little tricky to operate. You have to place the card slowly in the machine to accept it. And you have to do it multiple times for it to accept. Prone for double charging customers. Do it once and wait. If you do it many times, you will be charged 2 or 3 times.

Decent, reasonably priced, touch free car wash. Which is reason enough to go here. The *real* reason to go however, is that whoever owns this place is a legend. Their ongoing battles with people who are apparently constantly trying to steal quarters from the vacuum machines are documented in posters on the walls, with pictures so you can read while you vacuum!

UPDATED: they responded back to my issue very quickly and want to make things right. I will definitely go back when I get the chance. Ilove touchless lazer washes but this one didnt wash the back of my car. The arm went back to far. I tried reversing but it would stop the wash. I have never had this problem before at a lazer wash. Very disappointed.

tl;tr Great quality brushless wash! I have a 4Runner and not only are brushes bad for the paint job they mess up the license plate. I have been looking for a quality brushless car wash and found one. My car was pretty dirty because I hadn’t washed it in a few weeks. It cleaned it really well. Not sure what ppl are complaining about in other reviews.

Guys; for anyone washing cars. I recommend this type of wash for cars that got light dust to little dirt, if you have a super dirty car it may have excess dirt come off but not all dirt will come off. I had bugs on the car from a road trip that needed to be removed. Not all of it worked even after a 2nd drive thru = wasting more money.

this is a growing smaller shop. They do a fantastic job and really take the time to clean all those nooks and crannies that most other car cleaning places miss. Right now a special for $20 to get a deep exterior cleaning, door jams and vacuum and wipe down in the interior. It is like a mini detailing job. Can't beat it !!!

Left spots and streaks all over the car. There’s no brushes or areas that scrub the car and it shows. Manager wouldn’t issue a refund and said my clear coat was the problem and that he couldn’t do anything about it. I’ve been through multiple other washes with zero issues. Pic posted is my Hood after TWO deluxe washes.

The front of my car is sort of clean, and the back looks completely untouched I mean literally I heard the water back there but when I checked my car after the wash, there was so much dirt still intact. My car looks ridiculous until I get another wash. Never trying this place again, good air dryer tho I guess smh

I went through car wash , and honestly my 8 and 9 yr olds would have washed it better. Had to completely wash down car again due to the poor job of the sprayers. Ifyou just want a quick rinse then this is your place, other than that you're better off going somewhere else if you want your car clean.

Not sure why this has a decent amount of bad reviews i went there not expecting to get my car washed this good and it was actually very good no issues at all and my car looks spotless the dryers really do need some work tho. this saves me so much time than hand washing my car

Don't waste your money. Only one is working and no soap is being dispersed. So, basically I paid for water. The pressure is low, so my car didn't even get cleaned. There was still dust left on car. I called number listed in L.A., but no one answered.

Touch free is good for the soft Tesla paint. I bought microfiber towels for drying immediately after so no spots. For the $, it was awesome. A year (26k miles) later, no swirl marks yet like when I go through bristle type washes.

This has to be one of the best touch free car washes in the whole city. If people disagree it’s because they set their expectations too high or they like having their vehicle slapped to hell by brushes. Price is perfect.

It did a terrible job at cleaning my car! I paid to get a second high pressure wash and the machine only did one! Don't listen to any of these fake reviews! This place is terrible! Save yourself some time and money.

For all the bugs I had. It did a pretty decent job. I read the comments and used the left side which seems to be working properly. Not all the dirt is removed but I need this for my black car.

Payed for the ultimate wash only for my car to come out looking no different than when it went in dirt still caked on just with water spots now. Called to see how to rectify this, no answer.

Did an excellent job of washing all the sand and dirt off from the recent freeze! UPDATE: Ran through there again 8/22 and literally did nothing but smear dirt around. Idk what changed.

2nd Bay was broken but did not have a sign, still took my money though. Tried to contact the company for refund but no response. Will not use again and I hope no one does.

i paid for the 12 dollar ultimate car wash and this thing did such a terrible job. my car isnt even clean. drove 20 minutes for nothing. youre better off doing it yourself

Bought an $8 wash and machine broke halfway through. Had to go to other lane and buy another wash to rinse the soap off. No website or attendant to ask for a refund.

Paid for the $8 wash and it did not do a good job. Truck is still dirty. I should have just gone to the other one down the road and done it myself. Lesson learned.

I went to get some bugs washed off. There was still lots of bugs but that wasn't the problem. The air dryers turned off after 10 seconds. My car was left soaking.

Just happened to be looking for a laser car wash in this area and was pleased. This is the only type of wash I'll use on my vehicles. Very well kept

My 4runner was pretty filthy and dusty, got the $12 wash and it was worth every penny, got off dirt that I thought was going to need hand scrubbing.

Well it's not the same the liqids like before now they use are cheap. I like the fact that it operates 24/7. Great for truck just not huge trucks.

We need more car washes like this. NO BRUSHES. Take care of my cars and paint and these guys are great. And answer the phone at al times.

First time doing touch free car wash it did a good job washing my truck. It removed the dirt good. Especially since the truck was muddy

Get my car washed here a lot.....ran into any issue with washing my car, owners take good care of you when issues arise.

Small place but does the job. I would recommend to bring own towels to dry vehicle because it doesn’t dry all the way.
