Horrible customer service ! Waited at the checkout till for 5 minutes before anyone came to the front. The worker had been helping out another customer on the floor and even though I had arrived at the till first and had been waiting, the worker continued to assist the other customer and checked them out BEFORE ME. When I asked why they were heloing the other customer first, the only explanation was that they had been helping the customer in the floor, so they had priority over me!!! It didn't matter that I was aleeady waiting at the checkout before this worker and the customer arrived at the till. I received no apologies from either of the two workers. HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE ! HORRIBLE ! Don't bother going here.

Went to Skechers factory outlet in South Winnipeg but didn’t have my size. Young lady asst manager Char I believe lined me me up with Alex on Regent store. She went out of her way to get me the most comfortable running shoes for the treadmill Very helpful , friendly and took the time too show me the difference Again a week later I went to Regent store and looked for some other shoes Got the same great service at this location from Alex and a young polite fellow wearing designer touque and got to meet the manager Veronica. She was very pleasant and professional. All three of these people are amazing and great assets to sketchers regent. This is my go to store. Highly recommend

I went to this store to find a second pair of shoes for my daughter. I already had a pair and wanted to find a second to get the second 50% off deal. I needed to return the first pair and re-purchase the two pairs. Allex was super understanding and helpful. She understood it can be difficult to find a size and make of shoe that fits a child. I will gladly go back to the store. She was so lovely! Thank you Allex; for being so helpful, positive and kind it made our purchase go so smoothly!

I suppose the store itself is nice, and it seemed like they had a good stock of Skechers on hand . . . But the employees treated me like a shoplifter, which I was none too happy about. Maybe if they're worried about people with backpacks, they should ask for the backpack *when the person walks in*, rather than haphazardly and inefficiently trying to establish some semblance of loss prevention protocols *as the person's leaving*. Massive fail. I wouldn't shop there again.

Went in this afternoon to buy my son a pair of runners. Had saved up some gift cards and wanted to purchase my son some shoes but they were in five-and-ten dollar cards. Lol ...I explained it to a young man named Layefa. He was very kind and helpful and insisted it was not a problem at all. I love to see this kind of customer service. I needed some information and clarification regarding Sketchers policy on returns if merchandise was ordered online. I spoke with "Alex" and received a complete and detailed response to my questions. She was well informed, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. It was great speaking with someone who knew her job and took delight in assisting customers. Thank you, Alex!!

Worst experience ever, tried to buy these new style shoes and saw that it said by one get one 50% off above the shoes just for them to tell us that style is excluded from the sale. I'm frustrated because the sign promoting the sale is above the shoes that are NOT included. Management Said ya its been a problem and nothing has happened about it.

I was buying shoes for my parents. Samuel and Brianna were very patient and helped me a lot. My parents are very peaky and they tried shoes for 2 and a half hours and they kept arranging the shoes back to the shelf without any dislike.. Thanks a lot...you guys make 'Skechers' a brand!

I went into the store not knowing what to buy once I was approached by Rylan help me to my needs and guided to me what I wanted. Now I have the stylist yet comfiest shoes I have in a long time. I highly involve Rylan in my reason to buy the shoe and will definitely be back.

It's okay. Much of the selection is repetitive. Prices were not ad great as I thought they would be for an outlet store. The small clearance area did have good prices and I found a nice pair of runners
