Good afternoon, My name is Laurence and I’d like to tell you a bit about myself before I explain my experience today. Firstly I’m not a survey guy I’m too harsh a judge on the level of customer service, and I know that anywhere that offers a survey needs a perfect score for it to qualify so I don’t like doing them. I have over 20 years customer service experience, I am an account manager for a large company I take care of western Canada. So I’m ale on the hunt for incredible talent. (Keep that in mind famous footwear) I came in today to purchase slippers for my wife. As a consumer I always find myself having to ask for help but not today! Angel greeted me with a fun sassy “hello hun” I knew instantly I was getting an experience. I said hello back and that I needed help. Angel playfully started counting down from 3 insisting she would find the solution to my problem in seconds. These in a 9 I pointed to the display. She scurried off and found them joking with me the entire time. I asked at checkout if there was a survey and was disappointed to find out there is not. I was directed to google and angel promised me this would reach her manager. This employee is an incredible asset to your company. Do you remember what I said earlier about me always looking for good people? Well I assure you once a position opens up in my office I will be back with an offer letter for her. You need to do what you can to keep her forever, she is the most valuable asset in your polo park store. Thank you Angel for the world class experience in your store today.

I had a great experience while shopping yesterday....Angel is absolutely amazing! She helped me pick out the best runners I have ever worn. They are so comfy and so cute, I love them. She was very helpful about sizing and foot support and pointed out things I wasn't aware of. I went home and told my boyfriend about how fantastic she was only to discover that he knew exactly who I was talking about because she had helped him find his shoes as well. We are thrilled with her service and highly recommend shopping at this location.

My 10 yo son has large wide feet and has been impossible to buy for his whole life. Angel walked up to us and spent time teaching us about his feet and how to buy shoes for him. She even taught him a special way to tie his laces so his shoes stay on and how to shop for himself in the future. My son and I both loved her and we ended up with a great pair of shoes. I would recommend this store - specifically Angel to anyone looking for great service and to find appropriate shoes for their foot type!!

With wide feet, finding a good-fitting shoe is always something of a toss up, even when shopping at places that measure you. I expected to have the same experience here, but the staff (Angel in particular) were incredibly helpful and knew exactly how to find the right match. I ended up with several good-fitting options to choose from, and a whole wealth of knowledge on how to shop shoes, which they imparted to me. 100% recommend for anyone who finds shoe shopping to be a pain!

We weren’t even in the store 3 minutes when Angel came to assist us. Her name is very fitting. She turned a shopping trip that’s usually a nightmare into the easiest trip of our life. She really knows what she’s taking about, can multitask like crazy and has amazing customer service skills!! She’s by far the best person for the job and we will definitely be coming back because of her!

First time going to this store today and had an absolutely amazing customer experience. Angel was just a delight with the way she interacted with our family and educating us on how to select the right footwear. Service like that is so rare if at all these days. Great experience! Friendly and helpful staff. Angel, the manager went above and beyond to make sure I could exchange some boots I bought online when the eyelets tore after only 2 months of wear. She got me in a better size and assured me I could exchange again if the new size did not work. I love my boots and Angel is a gem!

I usually never leave reviews for places but this is a remarkable exception. Angel was amazing in helping us find shoes & when we needed some sizes in the back she was happy to obliged & provided us with the perfect sizes we were looking for! Worst customer service ever. I know by the end of the day and the shift we are all tired, but that’s not excuse to be rude to customers for asking one question. Never going to back to that location, honestly drove me away for good, I loved the sandals I picked up, now I’m getting them online somewhere else.

My experience at the Fabulous Footwear was AMAZING!!! My sneaker fairy goodmother Angel was beyond helpful. She saw me from across the store with an arm full of sneakers and help me choose the best sneakers for me and find ones that fit my personality. The manager Angel is so nice and helped me choose the right Birkenstock sandals to provide the best foot support possible. She was very knowledgable about the size, fit and different styles. I have been wearing them for over a month now and they fit exactly how she described. Highly recommend going here!

Followed me around and treated me like I am going to shoplift at the store. If you have too many cases of shoplifters, then you are not doing a good job of policing. You should discretely be able to watch your customers at a distance and not lurk behind their back. It is so offensive and annoying.

Whole family had an excellent experience! Angel is super knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile to ensure you understand shoes that will (and won’t) fit properly! Full of laughs the entire time. Made sure all three of us left happy with the fit of our new shoes.

Staff was super helpful and extremely friendly, store had lots of stock of everything I was looking for( sandals/slides) and lots of brand name shoes. Prices where a bit better then other places. Would definitely return in the future for other footwear needs.
