Staff are lovely even when dealing with rude customers. I watched a customer pick on a clerk just to vent his bad day/ melanin deprivation/ maternal abandonment issues/ whatever. The lady at the counter maintained her poise and professional ism. I hope this was an uncommon encounter but there will always be bullies around. Good selection of most stuff anyone needs plus the odd piece of kitsch.

Decent items, reasonably priced, ... nobody should expect some extra designs and qualities. I bought myself hoodie t-shirt today, regular, nice one color, plain, nice fit =5$ Just some next store of plenty nothing, and sometimes surprises You with purposefull items Sizing it's not the most accurate. Men's XL is more skinny L size. Double check the sizes.

Rossy is one of those smaller department stores that is getting harder to survive, they have all the categories of the big chain stores but can not compete in prices or quality so you get what you pay for, don't get me wrong, it's a nice place to shop and because it's smaller it's not crowded, so if you get a chance, visit it might be the place you'll go.

I was just helping a relative who moved into this area and who needed a few items for a small apartment. The store had a decent variety and definately by far was the cleanest in the area of the same category of store type. The prices were reasonable and the cashier line moved at a reasonable pace.

Bought a small coffee maker, that cracked after first use, the manager with an attitude said it is because I broke it. No, it was not me. It cracked just like that, because it's cheap quality. The manager suggested me not to buy cheap quality. Well, what can I say, ROSSY do not sell cheap stuff.

The place is very affordable and the employers are nice.But I had very bad experience this time.The employers were very rude there.They had issue with me becuase of language and he told if you dont know french why you are here.They dont know how to deal with english customers politely .

Sept 2nd: once again Blowing away my expectations!!! Awesome friendly helpful staff!!! You can find anything! Absolutely anything except for produce. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Its great to live next door to this place

I paid it a visit, this store contains alot of assorted goods, moderate prices but the store feels condensed and messy. It closes at 6pm on wednesdays, an employee literally kicked us out for them to close.

Bought an air fryer late December and stopped working the second time using it so called the store for an exchange and was told there's nothing they can do because i don't have the box! like REALLY!!!

Worst equality they didn’t accept there stuff for return bad coustmuer service there is old a old man laughing at there coustmer I will never chose to go again …

*2022*The prices have become too high :( The staff was very nice but the place is too overcrowded with dollar store style junk. Also, they were very understaffed.

Haven't been in years but I would say it's okay for find practical things. This reminds of the department store in Mr.Bean for some reason lol.

Good prices on items. Even better than Walmart. Other items I can find elsewhere but otherall I like it. Less overwhelming than giant stores.

Nice place to buy lot of cheap priced items with good quality . Located in the heart of parc extension neighborhood. Awesome !

It's a small place with a lot of stuff. On the other hand stuff is cheap. Kids toys are expansive.
