Went there today with my husband and bought a patio set. The set on the floor had no price tag on it so I proceeded to ask the lady on the floor for the price. She came back and told us 199 and we bought it. When we got home we began to put it together and noticed the chair had a price tag of 159. My husband brought the bill and the tag back to show the mistake and the same lady turned around and was being rude because he was not speaking in French to her. My husband begins to explain again in French and then she starts yelling at him saying that he is being rude to her and then says that maybe he switched the price in the store to get a cheaper deal and then yells at him to get out of the store. I shop there all the time for cleaning products but I will never step foot in there again! By the way she claimed to be the store manager. Worst customer service ever! Not to mention the fact I was embarrassed when I walked out for basically being called a thief!

It's Rossy, what exactly do you want me to say there Google... It's basically a high end dollar store. There's nothing you can get here, that you can't get for either a similar or lower price then anywhere else. Honestly, take a good look around... Ok done? Now go to Walmart... See??? Go to the dollar store... See what I mean??? Ok they sell low end furniture relatively inexpensively. Go to Walmart again... Mmmhmm... Sooooo yeah... It's clean-ish??? You know what... Done... I'm walking away on this review... (Walks off) it's a store that's not on fire... (slams door)

Rossy is a great place to find inexpensive clothing, shoes, household products school supplies all the way to kitchen, washroom and living room items and a small variety of food(Ibought my bed sheets really nice), the furniture is a little pricey but they make up for it because there Christmas items are coming in fast. Just remember if you will be shopping there bring your own bags as they don't give bags out anymore, the staff friendly and helpful. Store very clean. Follows Covid rules and regulations

Was my first and last time in this store. Horrible customer service. The cashier was really impolite. And when we asked something we didn't hear her because of the mask. And we said sorry we didn't understand and she got mad anf answered is in a bad way.... Now we know why this store is looking to hire news cashiers hahahaha because the one that they have is really bad in customer service. Send her to the back of the store please.

The problem with Rossy and most stores they do not have enough supply for men's clothing have a little bit of everything it should try to do better so I end up buying nothing there maybe next time they do a better yes that's why people on going online …

I did stage over there and the woman who works there don’t help anybody and she also told me I’m never going to be anything in life when I left and I also don’t understand why this place is still open it should be closed!

You can always find something that you need and at a reasonable price. I bought a t-shirt there for 5$ and I went to urban planet in the mall and I saw the same t-shirt for 15$. They all buy from the same supplier.

Good stuff at cheap prices ......i buy Curtins fir 12$...its not a bad deal...not very high quality stuff though...but quite good....i needed to returns some stuff, they kust did no question asked.

Bought a water pipe for garden it was broken from the box no exchange no credit even without receipt despite you arrive the next day with their box with Rossy on it!

Expensive for the quality. Put Special for Coca Cola more expensive than normal rice (0.5 vs 0.59). Everything breaks quickly. Some boxes there for many years.

I didn’t really like my experience there it was hard for me to get help and then when I finally bought my desk there was no instructions that came with it.

I almost always find what I look for! They have everything and the price is good. Not the best of the best , I would say , I am a happy customer.

Today, Rossy pays the taxes for the seniors. It's a good will from the shop which they do once a month regularly.

You can find anything there! Everything is so organized, labelled and so clear. Polite and friendly staff. Super!
