This is my local Ross Store and at least there is one close by my house. Like all other Ross Stores this one usually looks like a tornado ️ passed thru it. I am a 2XL kinda guy so it's very difficult finding anything that fits. I'm used to a small selection of clothing items. Most of the time I do go in there I look forward to finding some Ecko Unlimited gear. Ross is definitely good at having that stuff. The other day I stopped by I made an awesome discovery. I found Nike Fleece that were grey and in a 2XL. I recently bought the same just different color at Academy Sports n Outdoors for 48$. Ross had the Nike priced at 16.99$. It made my day. My mom's and son like this location because when we are in need of USB-C cables for the low low. This is our destination. My son stays finding nice Jordan for a decent price. This is not our top rated Ross Store but it will do in a pinch. There I am wearing the and there is Jude trying on the in the dressing room. The other photo is of a clothing haul some of the items were bought at this Ross Store.

This place has become my #1 place for ever household good that I need, shoes & clothes! I am now wearing dresses thanks to Ross! I love the lamps & wall hangings..all at reasonable if not downright heck of a deal pricing! If they had an earn points club I would love it even more! I go here to look for work clothes, casual clothes, swimwear & all types of name brand shoes, socks, hair products, hats & caps & makeup... I just saw they have Lancome products, (what!!). Geez! I love it here! I even love the music they play over the speakers... One thing.. the dressing rooms could use a bit of dusting though! I added two tags to show you a couple of prices.. And a sandal that was originally 30.00 purchased for 12.99. I wear a size 11 and they always have great styles

Lots of variety of clothes for cheap price but the treatment of the personel is super bad spent over 500 dollars in clothes and the alarm went on an theywere treating me like if I stole something they were being rude wile checking my bags and receipt instead of being profesional about it, it turned out to be the seal that a cashier forgot to take off, they made me feel bad about it and my daughter scared about the situation all people starring at me. They didn't accused me of anything but they wouldn't let me leave lost a lot of time in there I whish I could talk to someone higher than them but it was the same manager that went through my things.

Assistant manager jimmy most condescending employee I’ve ever spoken to. If I could give 0 stars I would. THEY forgot my merchandise and when I called about it, they would rather give me a refund then find me the merchandise THEY forgot. He refused to give me corporate number, refused to give me Store manager name. Was gaslighting me into saying I was getting loud on the phone. When he could’ve simply just found me the shirt his dumb cashier forgot. Reminded me why I don’t shop at Ross anymore. Rather pay more money at a store I will actually get treated like a valued customer.

They always close the restroom. None of the staff wants to keep up with it. It's very disappointing for a family store to deprive children from using the restroom. It happens all the time and usually in the evening. Corporate needs to teach their staff better than that. Hire someone who will actually clean the restroom instead of shutting them down so they don't have to. Meanwhile we have to go to Marshalls or a Ross in a better area because the upper class never have the restroom closed on them

It is place to shop have some good quality clothes at a reasonable price. Other clothes where very used and it was noticeable. The fitting rooms were gross and uncomfortable, there was no locks on doors so you had to be standing with your back against the door to make sure no one opened it. Bathrooms were disgusting and very unsanitary. The store had not been cleaned in a while and it was notable. The only thing that made our day was the great greeter at the door.

Great store. Was able to buy my kids brand name shoes for school here at excellent prices. I am very happy with my purchase! Ross has anything from shoes, clothes, baby items, home decor, pet supplies, backpacks, purses, and much more. Even able to buy yourself a soda, water or juice at the register before leaving. Loved it. Only complaint is bathrooms could use a bit of an update and for sure a deep cleaning. But other than that..will be back to shop here again.

Been standing in line for 35 minutes while a lady with gray colored hair and glasses walks around acting like she's busy. Don't know who she thinks she is ignoring customers and a line full of people asking to be helped. I use to work for Ross for 4 years and my boss always made sure customers were being taken care of. She brings shame to Ross and it's embarrassing to have her employed here.

I went to Ross Today Located On W. Commerce Street & My Cashier Was Carla she was Very AWSOME & helpful She Attend it to me Very Friendly & Did Her Job GREAT!!! I just got out of the store. They were not maintaining 6 feet social distance because there was no structure in the line. The line was to the end of the dresses. The staff clearly could see everyone right behind another and they didn't even try to tell customers how to line up or to maintain 6 ft. The lights kept going out. Bad experience today.

Had a great shopping experience. It's not often I get home working in the sports Entertainment industry but when I do I love to gobro Ross, you see I'm a baller on a budget. Store was inviting well organized and the check out experience was great . Thank you Toss for making my shopping experience memorable

No good customer service, i asked for a employee that work there so i can look at a jewelry that i like and no one came for my service but by standing their and talking to another employee that work there doesn't do no help but loosing a customer by making a sale. Perhaps pay attention to the customer.

The price is great and the clothes is quality but the service is lousy. Mireya the cashier is very rude and needs customer service training. You do not shove a pair of men's shoes size 9, a bag of socks and a shirt into the smallest bag possible, I mean geeze user done common sense.

This Ross has a better selection of winter clothes than any other Ross I've been in, the selection of shoes needs improvement. However, the store clerks were busy keeping up with the store and friendly. I would definitely go back to check out the home and decor, and baby clothes.

The Cashier I dealt with Jorje was rude. Refused to fold garments and would throw them in the bag haphazardly. It is not like there was a line and he had to hurry. I asked him to please fold them and he said I had to do that if I wanted. Manager not cooperative either.

Such a busy store. Believe it or not they were very organized. Sizes were grouped in the right places which made shopping less frustrating. An employee made my day by asking me how I was doing. Acknowledgment which is rare these days. Oh the simple things.....

One thing I hate most of these stores is about merchandise being out of the place, a lot of that stuff is on the floor etc., I understand this could happen bcs customers, they don't care and threw things everywhere. Employees should take care of this issue.

This Ross needs to keep up and get more mens clothing, i say 80% of the clothing there no one is interested in looks like fallas paderes clothing come on Ross bring in the good stuff like Marshalls. And don't let me get started with the shoe selection lol.

This is an ok store. Not every item has a discounted price, though you may always find some bargain. The store is kinda clean. Inventory on weekends tend to be low. Monday is definitely the worst day to shop at this place because shelves are usually empty.

Work experience ever. I understand being busy but when we see four different employees two which have leadership lanyards walk away when there are this many people in line is unacceptable. No regards for who’s waiting or how long we waited. Unbelievable.

It needs to be a little bit more organized since they have very low prices for cloths that are worthy, very good brands on cloths and shoes, sometimes is full of people and have to be in line with the pandemic situation, lets all hope for the best.

this place used to be organized but it’s always a mess and clutter on the floor . They really need more than one cashier . ALWAYS long lines . and to please remind costumers to stay 6 feet apart in lines . staff needs to work on costume service.

I love Ross but today I really had a bad experience at the one located in Commerce. Worst customer service ever!!! Not going there anymore! I Prefer to go to the one by Ingram Mall although it is more far away but better customer service!

Good selection but very unorganized. Didn't appreciate store personnel hawking us the whole time. I felt like taking out my badge out and putting them in thier place. Only redeeming quality was the lady in the dressing room was nice.

Good clothes that are brand new for less money. Bought a backpack, pants, shoes, jacket for like $100 when the actual retail price would be $300 soooo if you want to save money and get the quality I would recommend Ross.

I went for a purse and found one that was perfect. It was a Juicy Couture, regular price 69$ and got it for $14.99. The store was very busy and a long check out line but the cashiers were very quick and efficient.

Good store, items in place. Best to go early in day. Not fully stocked at night. If you like something you see in the day. Buy it , it probably wont be there if you go back for it at night.

Very messy and hardly any selection for men at this store, I went looking for some dress shirts for my husband and they didn't have any. Looks like they hadn't done inventory in a while.
