If Walmart actually reads this GREAT because they can make a change. If not, I'll just make other customers aware of the bad behavior of a Walmart employee standing at the door on the pharmacy side entrance on 1/20/2022 between 6a and 6:45a. So, I used to think that the employees at the front of the store were door greeter but they rarely speak. Then, I assumed that they were security because they just stand and look Now, I believe that they're more than security but not for the obvious criminals, shoplifters, or, trouble-makers but stationed as a deterrent for certain unwanted types of people like myself. Why would a person like me be unwanted at Walmart?? Well, you tell me.so many people have so many reasons to hate another these days, it's hard to keep up with. However it doesn't make one's hostility any less detectable. So, I walked into the store and there was a guy ahead getting his temperature check by the "greeter". I know about the new variant so I thought this was the new protocol for anyone wanting to shop. The guy getting checked didn't look like an employee. He looked as if he'd just rolled out of bed, as I did as well. I was next (I thought) and "the greeter" looked me up and down and asked"You work here?" I responded"No, I thought that this was new pro.." He cut me off and said "This ain't for you." I sensed his uninviting energy and walked away and began shopping. Later, after checking out my headed for the door and made eye contact with the guy at the door again. He glared at me as if he hated everything about me yet we had never met before. As I was entering the exit I said thank you (as I normally tell the greeters) and he just sternly looked me deep in the eyes and said nothing verbally. I got to the second door and turned and looked and he was still staring me down. It was very unwelcoming and I'm sure that was the goal. This is my closest Walmart so I will most likely have to go back at some point but next time I'll wear my body am and record and post any bad behavior and let the world be the judge. Please hire friendlier and kinder people.
This Walmart is the worst. So I bought a laptop computer at a different Walmart and did an exchange. The cashier didn’t know how to properly do an exchange so she returned funds to a gift card and I had to repurchase the new device with cash and gift cards. Turns out the new device was trash so I went to this Walmart to do a return. When I went to the service desk the workers back there told me they couldn’t do a return and it’s not possible because I used a gift card. I told them the situation and they showed no interest in helping saying it’s not possible. I spoke to Walmart customer service on the phone snd they said they could return cash. The Walmart customer service representative said she would get in touch with the store manager and he could do the refund. Well…the store manager was too lazy to come see me and he sent someone else in his place who ultimately said he couldn’t issue a refund. They need to fire that store manager because of his laziness. He couldn’t take 5 minutes out of his day to help a customer instead he sent someone else. So I drive to the New Braunfels Walmart which is 30 minutes away and that store did the refund in 5 minutes. That is insane after I was told it was impossible to get a cash refund by the nagadoches store. The general manager at this store should not be managing it. A customer has to drive 30 minutes because he’s too lazy to get up and help. He sends someone else. Idk why this dud is in charge. The exchange took literally 5 minutes in New Braunfels. I won’t be returning to this store. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The worker in New Braunfels wasn’t even the general manager and he knew what to do and was actually happy to help.
I literally hate coming to this walmart just because of the older people who work here. I came here to pay my rent and at the time money services first separated from customer service. I asked one of the guys in customer service and he just pointed to money services, not a word. And when I questioned again, he pointed and looked at me like I was stupid (shocker). Ended up coming here to finish Christmas shopping for today and I had accidentally scanned something twice. I told the lady who was being friendly to another customer at the self check out and she just looked at me and said "uh-huh" and it looked like she was looking down at her phone. I immediately said "so can you fix it?" To which she replied "I will!" In a rude tone. I haven't been to this walmart enough to know that's how they fix their self checkout errors so for you to audibly say "uh-huh" and then look down at your device, that doesn't indicate to a customer that you're helping them. If anything, its rude because I got attitude back after asking if she would fix it. Not gonna lie, im sure because my tone was already annoyed since I thought she was looking down at her phone, thats why she gave me attitude. But if you don't want a customer to be questioning what you're doing, then I would suggest fixing that and learning to communicate what exactly it is you're doing so they don't get upset with you. Not everyone comes to walmart everyday ma'am. If older people don't like working at walmart (welcome to reality we all don't like working) then why even bother.
My wife and I went to our favorite local Wal-Mart to purchase each other an early Christmas gift. I asked the electronics associate for assistance with earbuds...right there and then I knew he wasn't going to be very helpful. For that first situation of my wife purchasing my earbuds...it was a little bumpy. After walking around for a bit after that...my wife decided that she wanted BEATS BY DRE HEADPHONES. I asked the same associate for assistance and he was not happy whatsoever. He looked at the picture of the HEADPHONES she wanted...via my wife's phone screen and he gave us an irritated look and said UGGHHHHH I HOPE I DONT HAVE TO GO TO THE BACK TO FIND THESE...he finds them eventually after slamming stuff around in yalls locked up cabinet of items...Brings them to the counter...scans them and the price is off. Price did not match what Wal-Mart online displays...there was NO MENTION on Wal-Mart online that it was an ONLINE only price so I told the associate the confusion of price. He takes out his phone to look up the price himself that we're showing him. I say ARE YOU SURE THEYRE NOT ON SALE? EVEN BEST BUY HAS THEM FOR THIS SAME SALE PRICE...he says I DONT CARE ABOUT BEST BUY. AND WE DO NOT PRICE MATCH EITHER. and eventually...he says...I need to go get a manager. So he walks off and we just walked away. The associate's name was GREG. Caucasian male. Please talk to this gentleman. He probably wouldn't care but he ruined out early Christmas shopping night. My wife went home with nothing.
I'm beyond disappointed with the treatment I received as a customer on March 27th by managers Cheryl and Ray. I have experience as a manager and know that treating a customer with respect is the most important thing you can do especially when they’re expressing a genuine concern. They were not concerned nor were they interested in what I was talking about at all and even proceeded to walk away from me when I asked them to price match a product that I bought in store with the price that they had advertised for online. When they walked away I said hey what are y’all doing and they both turned around to team up on me telling me that to wait, I asked what I was waiting for and they told me just to hold on. I’m the end another manager came and acknowledged that my concern was logical but also explained that for some reason Walmart will not price match their own website if it is listed as “out of stock” I’m still shocked that that is the case but unfortunately it is their policy. My disguise with this visit was not with the policy but with Cheryl and Ray. They don’t even deserve to be baggers with the level of arrogance and disinterest!
I was here around closing time and was told to go to the self check out kiosks because every register was on their last customer. After scanning everything the card reader wouldn't register that I was scanning my card. I continuously asked the associate for assistance so that I could complete my transaction on another one but he was more interested in talking to his friends. I had to ask to speak to the supervisor and even he didn't seem to want to take time to help me. I know the transactions can be suspended and brought up on another register which would have taken all of a couple of minutes. By the time someone made the effort to help me out the manager instructed them to refrain from reopening registers. I had a card so it wouldn't have been necessary. I was told that I couldn't pay for my things.... which meant the juice my daughter had already drank from was taken from her. It just seemed like a small action to deny for no reason at all. I feel like I was ignored and left waiting inebriated because the staff in front didn't feel like helping me.
Well I tried to call a manager but the store does not seem answer the phone. So I am leaving this review. I went in today to purchase a car amp, we went to the automotive desk to get help. The woman at the register was helping a gentleman who forgot his wallet so of course he had to go out to his car which was parked right outside. Took 2 mins tops!! She gave him a hard time because she had to wait and there were other customers. When he came back in he was very apologetic and she made a smart comment that she couldn’t cancel the transaction and others had to wait. She also said he needed to apologize to the people waiting. I should have spoken up then but was in shock. I just think there was no need for her extra commentary. Normally Walmart employees are very helpful and friendly but she was not. I think people should be nicer since we do not know what they are going through and this gentleman could have just had a bad day.
Yesterday I went to Walmart located on Nacogdoches Rd. I was going to purchased a printer, what started as a 10 minute purchase, ended being no purchase at all. After I found what I needed, all that was left was to purchase the ink cartridge which were under lock and key. I found an employee, I asked for assistance, she said she was on break , but would find someone to assist me. Nothing happened. I found another employee, she say , that's not my department and kept walking. What kind of circus is Walmart running? These young people don't want to work at all. They're there for a paycheck. Walmart's customer service is really let the purchasing power down. One less customer at Walmart, I will shop at Best Buy and spend my money there. happened. I found an another employee, she said that's not my department and kept walking. Where is the customer service we as patrons want, when we need
I've been shopping at my nearest Walmart more often this year than before and I have a better appreciation for their employees. Maybe the pandemic has brought a more positive affect but they are so helpful, I don't need to hunt one down anymore, and when I ask questions they don't act like they're doing me a favor. So refreshing! Oh! And the Walmart app! What a relief! I don't subscribe to Walmart+ but if I open it up while I'm in the store, I can price check anything, and I mean ANYTHING, so that I'm not surprised when I get to the register. And I can show the clerk, or the Self-Check Mgr what I see as the price of there's a discrepancy. I'm a grandma with 8 grands and a fixed income, so if I want to spend some money to make something for them, I need all the help I can find! Thank you, Walmart staff, online chat reps, and devs, you're all superstars! Stay safe!
Horrible place to go for money services! Employees are very rude, went to go pay rent, and as usual went to customer service only to be rudely asked to "go over there" when approaching the gentleman and asking about paying a bill. We have made payments there countless times before but there was nothing noting a change . We went to money services line and waited 5 min while the guy at customer stared us down. We got to the front of the line at money services and asked about the residential emoney order only for the lady (Susan) to stop us and say we need to clarify what we're saying cuz she didn't know what we were talking about even though it was on their sign as one of the services they offer. Instead of getting angry with us, Susan needs to get a better understanding of her job. H-E-B had way better customer service!!
Worst experience ever. This walmart does not deserve my one star rating they really deserve a big fat 0. I waited for almost an hour for help getting a product off of a shelve. I asked customer service for help several times which they said someone would be there to assist me. After patiently waiting for almost an hour with no Wal-Mart assistance i had to ask a nice guy just shopping himself to help retrieve the item. This is horrible customer service and the people who work customer service are very rude. Half the time they are gossiping and do not acknowledge the customer until they feel that they are done with their gossiping. They need extensive training on how to treat and assist customers. Exspecially Shameka and the older blond head lady with shoulder length hair she wears glasses. They are very rude
This is not a review on the store. It is a review on the eye lab. I went with my son and I the associate who helped us was Aaron. Is is a very nice and helpful person. I went back over a month or so and finally picked some frames for me and Aaron was helping us again. He is very professional and very helpful. I asked for his option the frames and he said yes to some and no to some. Doing this I feel he is a very helpful associate instead of saying yes to all I feel he actually helped. You can not take family inside the eye lab now due to COVID and I am so great full for his honesty. I ended up buying 2 frames instead of 1 due to Aaron and his honesty and Professionalism! Also the fact that he remembered us from over a month. He is a great asset to the Walmart eye lab. Thank you Aaron for all your help!!!
I have a unique position with this wal mart. Pre-covid, and during the pandemic, I never really felt as though this was my local wal mart store, even though it is only 2.1 miles from my home. However, now that covid 19 has wrecked the economy as intended and every store in America is now reeling and struggling to stay afloat. I've found myself almost protective of this wal mart. It may be a wal mart, but it may be the last store available to me and my family, and that deserves a nod of approval, regardless of the name on the front. Considering our only alternative, it seems is Amazon. I'll stick with wal mart, whom I beleive to be the lesser of two evils. Jeff Bezos has the Bill Gates syndrome. Evil in the eyes and evil in the laugh equals evil in the soul.
I am updating my review to include the pharmacy. I am getting more and more disappointed with the pharmacy. The staff is not helpful and too many times they have not sent the fax to the doctors offices for prior authorization. I was told wait for a prescription to be filled only to find out more than 35 minutes later that they didn't have it. This was after I went back up to check to see why my name hadn't been called. They then called to find it at another Walmart pharmacy where I had to drive and wait for it to be filled there. All of this was after I specifically explained to the tech that I was on my way out of town and needed the medicine . That's why she told me to wait 15-20 minutes for them to fill it. Very disappointed!!
I actually work at this Walmart, and it is a pretty good location. It is one of the older locations. It was built in the early 1980s as a regular Walmart, and revamped into a Supercenter in 1994. I know all the managers of this store. The mask policy is recommend but NOT mandatory! Ignore some of the workers there if they ACTUALLY tell you something, just tell them flat out! No! I seen at least 4 people a day without a face covering (Excluding children and people wearing face shields). So if you see some reviews that say "YOU NEED TO WEAR A MASK POOR SERVICE" Ignore it please! Choose this Walmart! It has everything I need as well! I shop here everyday after I clock out! P.S. Don't upload pics of me without permission, Thank you!
This store did not have a single wheelchair to offer!! My foot is broken and I was told I could shop somewhere else or I could deal with it. Everything is under lock and key, and there's no staff with keys to assist. I had to physically call the store desk to request someone come and help me get an item that was in a locked cabinet because any staff that was close by was too busy playing on their phones to assist. After being watched like a hawk while ringing up my purchase an employee still asked to see my receipt before I was permitted to leave the store... Overall it was an absolutely horrid experience between employees and patrons I will never be back to this location.
Employee by the name of Marie shouldn’t be working as a customer service aid if she has no idea how to do so. We had to call her over because an item that was originally $107 was on clearance for $80 but wasn’t ringing up properly. As she came there, she made the process so difficult when it’s as clear as day that the tag says $80 and the description fit the exact item that was had. After she had called a supervisor over to show her how to fix it, he was able to fix it and once she did it she proceeded to stare us down as we scanned everything and paid for it as if we were going to steal something. It definitely felt racially motivated.
If I could give this Walmart 0 stars I would. The customer service manager Shaneka is so rude along with Joey they were rude all for nothing. Joey made smart remarks for no reason about how if it was up to him he wouldn’t do no exchange just outta nowhere for no reason when I was being nice. Shaneka kept talking about $25 policy exchanges but would never show me the policy that stated that, I showed her it stated anything over $10 goes on gift card she denied what it says online and said she’s been a manager for 4 years she wouldn’t even look at the policy I pulled up. No one would get us a store manager either. Worst Walmart!!
Gotta tell ya, was there today and I was very much impressed. All the team members were super friendly and very helpful. This place was super to shop in. All the merchandise was well organized and in the grocery section was well organized as well. As I roamed the store like I always do, I was totally impressed by the cleanliness and all the team members. Totally blown away by seeing the main entrance greeter wearing either a Scottish or Irish kilt. Needless to say it was odd but impressive That there is a man with a sense of pride! Good form!! All in all, this Wal Mart is highly recommended check it out?
You have a member of management, I believe her name is shamika, with the worst costumer service and attitude I've seen with a person of authority. She was working in the business center cursing and throwing items around. I spoke with 2 other costumer's in the line and they expressed their frustration with the store as well. This is not an isolated incident. I live 2 minutes away from this location but I will never again re-visit this store. Staff is rude and never wants to assist costumer's. Simply asking a question seems to frustrate and agitate every sales associate. HEB has my business!
This store is the greatest store ever. I made a tiki Tok of it and I cried, showed it to my mom and she cried. It got 167 million views. We rented a theatre and Samuel L Jackson showed up. And guess what... he cried. And it was then nominated for a SAG award, and then it won a Sundance film award. The video has since played in theaters in Middle East, and it has brought peace. It's now being pressed into a golden disc and it's going to be placed on Voyager 4 a deep space probe, so that one day aliens will watch it. And it will become an ambassador for the human race. 4 out of 5 stars.
This Walmart photocenter is a JOKE! I dropped off cameras to get developed 7 weeks ago. Photos from my wedding. They said it should take 3 weeks but that they would call. I return on the 4th week to check on my photos because I haven't received a call. Turns out they lost them. They have no idea where the cameras are. I have called and called, and come in person and no one can give me any answers. The store operator is rude, and just leaves me on hold forever, and never comes back. Apparently the phones in the photo center have been down too? 0 stars. I am so heartbroken.
I normally fond what i need here. Most of the employees are nice. But few at that know the departments their in. They dont have enough workers or registers open ever. So the employees are moved around and its gard to ask questions some times but their always nice about it. I wish the hours would go back to 24/7 it was easier on me being single parent to go grocery shopping or school shopping in the middle of the night where my fam is home in bed sleeping lol. I hope they open up their hours back to that soon.
The employees at the self checkout were not very friendly at this location. The ladies' bathrooms were dirty and not well stocked. It was late at night and none of the employees offered to help escort myself, or another single female in a handicapped riding cart, to the car for safety or to load groceries. I had over $300,- of groceries. There was no security in the parking lot and I was approached by 5 different homeless people asking for cigarettes or money. 2 were on bicycles and kept circling my car.
I live by, and shop there almost every week. My mom has prescriptions there and it's convenient. However, I have noticed lately that the store is Not as clean as it used to be, or stocked usual, and they cannot seem to keep staff or have enough checkers. If I am standing in line with a grocery full cart, it would seem that there would be more than two checkers working during the busy hours? I spend more than to self check all my groceries. I might be going to HEB more!! Just being honest. !!
I needed Karo syrup & unfortunately there had been a nice size spill of syrup & bottles were semi stuck to shelves. I had to go ahead & get both clear & dark syrup, while I was prying a big bottle off the shel another bottle fell & hit me pretty hard on my chest. I tried telling the young man at self check out & literally received no verbal response, just a look. I tried calling the store no one would answer. It wasn't busy in the least. Sad the poor care of customer service is now days.
Walmart always seems to have a bit of everything you need . I needed stain and a gift card and there they had it. Jewelry for cleaning silver my James avery jewelry they had it. Even when I scratched to hard and couldn't read the numbers off of my gift card I went right back in and the manager took a look at it and let me get another gift card. Which if you know anything about gift cards most stores won't do that for you. once you buy the gift card there's no bringing them back.
Come multiple times - during final business hour - for least minute necessities before starting my overnight shift & been unable to get customer service. I'll also be told that I cannot purchase items in locked cases because "the store's ONLY key holder for said section hear left already & they personally keep those keys".....? Majority of the time, items listed online as "in stock" + "check store for price" at this particular location they are actually out of stock completely.
Store is clean, with a recently remodeled freezer, deli and bakery section. Clearance isles have a large variety of items at this store, and bakery and meat areas frequently have markdown items. Some bargains can be found in these areas. However selection of items at this store can be a bit limited in certain departments. Some items are erratically available, only available a short time, or always out of stock. Staff can sometimes be difficult to find for assistance.
5⭐️goes to Karen Orthy at the garden enter/exit. She was so friendly and personable. It was a pleasure meeting and conversing with her. Now the zero⭐️ goes to the store in general. I saw many employees focusing on service and replenishing the store. But, try to find an electric cart and one that had juice is always a challenge. Especially, since I’m an amputee it’s always a whirl wind to find carts and carts that are juiced to 109% always a long-shot!!!!!
Ok, not gonna lie... when I got into the parking lot, I noticed immediately that the parking area was neat and orderly. So that gave me a good first impression. Inside was very neat, clean, and well stocked. I was impressed... by a Walmart! I will add that I was there in the early afternoon on a Wednesday. And... I was there to get stuff more my dogs so I can't currently comment on other items. But visually, as I meandered around, it was a nice store.
It was OK but the kiosk for debit and wouldn't take my card. Theady was ready to srnd me away then I asked her if I could try the other machine 2steps away from her. It worked. Not sure if I'll ever use that pharmacy again. I'm disappointed in the apathetic attitude that was presented. BTW these medications are for a person who suffers severe episodes of epilepsy. It would have been a severe inconvenience to have to change me all the way back.
Bought an item and then three days later returned it with receipt. CS person opened box and was inspecting it for serial number and couldn’t find it. Called a manager over and they said it was fine to return it. Then the CS person didn’t even ask how I wanted to get the money back and just put it on my card. That takes 2-4 business days, yet they take they money right then and there when you purchase something. This Walmart has gone down hill
Oh Walmart how I love you let me count the ways. -Thanks to Sam Walton staying over for the night while traveling has never been a problem. -Never come out emptied handed always get what I need and a little no a lot more. -Can't say I've ever been set off in this place from tidiness to staff courtesy it's always a pleasurable experience. -Well I really could go on and on but as the reader can detect I'm a satisfied customer. Thanks...
I don't shop at Wal-Mart very often. Last time I went was about a month ago. I purchased drinkable yogurts and when I went to drink the first one, it was already passed its expiration date by a week from date purchased. When I went today I made sure to look for expiration dates. Two packs of yogurt on the shelves were expired before I found a good pack. Be careful when shopping Nacogdoches and 1604 location for expired products.
Been going to this Walmart during the entire covid process and I have to say I'm more than happy. Things have been kept clean and organized, they have clean carts waiting at the entrance and unlike a lot of other stores during this time they are still completely stocked (I bought rubbing alcohol there last friday) with most all necessities. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Glad we have this as our local store!
It was just an ok experience here today. So 3 of the items that I mainly went to get they didn't have, and I had to go check another Walmart. The store was not well stocked at all. A lot of the produce I needed didn't look fresh there. So the best part of the visit was the cashier she was very friendly. She got us taken care of with a smile and didn't look like she was mad to be working like most of them do now days.
Went in to get a can of interior house paint. Made my selection...10 minutes trying to find someone to be told let me call someone to help. Another 15 minutes no one comes. Ask another employee walking by, another 5 minutes. Told sorry machine broken everyone laughs. I get the feeling that this happens a lot or I'm being lied to. I go to Lowes to solve problem and by more. There in and out 10 minutes total.
Good prices and almost every thing i wanted was in stock for curbside. Hard to get potato products or egg products. Nice curbside staff. The only problem is the expired meats and dairy that gets picked. Example: I ordered 3 gallons of milk and they were all for the same day 3 days from my pickup. The app is also missing an option to let the site know that something is missing from the order.
Went in to buy some inc, and it was "under key". I was able to find personnel fairly easy and was able to buy the inc fairly quickly. Also went to buy Halloween customs for the kiddos, and I found a large variety and good prices. Also found some other cute Halloween decorations. While I was there I decided to buy some engine oil and found it to be better priced than at the auto-parts!
Adam at the automotive care dept provided excellent customer service. He assisted us with other walmart availability on tires because they did not have 4 in stock. He was informative, patient, and attentive. We as Sonterra's location, clerk was not helpful at all and excused himself saying they are put over 3 departments so they don't have time to call or answer phone calls.
Are they krazy selling krap like kranch? Ketchup/Ranch combo? How many crossover foods do we need? Oreo cereal, sour patch kids jello and energy drinks, almond joy creamer, reeses pbutter cup cupcakes……I blame you turkey, you had to go and try to be bacon. Even TV shows are slidin into our freezers. What’s next? Wheaties with marshmallow Nike swooshes?
As usual, emoyees lack basic customer's service skills, for example, not responding to a "Thank you," not once but ywice. The only reason I keep buying at Walmart it kist because they have everything I need in a single place. I have visited hundredths of Walmarts across the country and that is a constant, employees are not friendly most of the times.
On a Saturday around 9 am, I was trying to check out. One register was open which was super slow. If I wanted to get out at a reasonable time, I had to use of self checkout. I had about 35 items and I think it is a shame that I had to scan and bag my groceries. Self checkout ist for small number of items and not a means to safe on staffing expenses.
When I was leaving after being forced to go through self checkout, due to no registers being opened, a worker stopped me at the door, grabbing my groceries because I refuse to believe in Walmarts propaganda of not having workers but making the customers checkout their own groceries, then not believe me, as I’m leaving the store! Absolutely insane.
I sat a full hour waiting for my online pick-up order, as did a several other people in adjacent spaces, for a fairly small order. They had two poor girls who clearly couldn't keep up with the orders, and management too incompetent to get them support. Absolutely worthless, I could have gone in and bought the entire list in half the time.
I couldn't return my products and she said it would be refunded for the price of the Sports Bras too small. I tried one and too small. I would like my money back, she told me she couldn't exchange. I would have to keep them. What am I going to do with something I can't wear??? Very Disappointed . I tried 1 on and made a mistake. Hi
Update: bought some items with Birthday gift cards and one was locked. Went to customer service and got it fixed. I can still get more things with my gift cards. They're great to use in a pinch! Was able to find exactly what I needed. Always good to browse for food, home needs, Christmas needs, etc. Just an all around good place to go.
I wish their vegetable/fruit section was better. No store should have flies or spoiled items like this Walmart has. Unfortunately, it has been happening every time I shop there. I have to get these items at HEB or at the Walmart at kitty Hawk. The Walmart at Walzem rd has a cleanser better versión of this, why can this Walmart do this?
Slways good. Service ok. Self check is even fine........ but...... the line to have your receipt checked is something else. There was 5 people on the door, 3 or 4 associates on self check out, seems to me if you have 8 or 9 of those employees on registers that might help with your billion dollar a year loss in theft..... just saying
This is near my area I love ordering online weekly and shopping every two weeks. I notice each time I go only two to three cashier in whole store. Mainly same people I wonder if they have off day’s. I pray they are getting paid generously. I’ve witness customers abusing verbally the cashiers. Short staffed and high turnover rate.
I can say that I Enjoy shopping at Walmart, even so can't get any help ,and when you ask ,they tell you it's over there but where's over there,so you are on you're own, or they will tell you that they don't have it when they do, but the cashier's where I live always greet you with a smile, on Kitty hawk they are all so helpful
Was looking for an item in the Garden Dept, but was out-of-stock. I asked the store worker about getting the item at a different store. He looked on his phone. He said another store had plenty, but when I drove there, they were out-of-stock, too! Your people need to be properly trained and you owe me gas money. Thanks!
Most Walmarts you go to have snippy sales associates that are short with you and sometimes rude. This Walmart however has some down right pleasant employees that will bend over backwards for you and do it with a smile.. The young lady in this photo is one of them. The most helpful Walmart employee of all time for me.
Employees should learn your price match policy & if they don't know it, pull it up & review. Cashier & I assume she was a manager both refused to price match your actual items online that were in stock. This is the 2nd time this has happened with the same items. I'll shop somewhere else that actually wants my money.
A lady at the garden center at 3:21 pm not only was not customer friendly. But instead of using people around her she decided to leave the register and help someone outside. Which of course is her job but she could of said Ill be with you in a minute she just left and we only had two items to rig up.
Overpriced! Veggies always go bad like a day from bringing them home. Meats in the deli and alot of bacon have gone bad but are not being pulled and being sold to the public. Bathrooms are nasty. Some of the customer service managers are rude. Some employees are really nice others are not so much.
I've had quite a few unpleasant customer service experiences from ironically, the customer service dept. However, after bracing myself for another, I was pleasantly surprised by an employee named, VICKY. She was beyond friendly and quick too. Thanks for making my return painless! Appreciate you!
I went to find some pants for a training class. I spent 30 minutes looking in every different place I could find denim jeans. I wasn't able to find any. I was able to find a belt, but not what I was really looking for. Better planning on my part will help to keep this from happening again.
For a walmart, this one is pretty good. It's usually clean and ordered. It is a larger store so there are more selections available. The employees are usually helpful and nice. Easy access from 1604. Several food places around it. The gas station is small but convenient.
I asked if they could place the smokers away from the entrances, because I have asthma and it triggers it. I guess the dept mngr spoke to them. Haven’t had a second hand smoking since. Thank you store manager. …
It's Wal-Mart y'all! They have everything and the staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. Do not go late at night or you will have to dodge the stocking crew and their merchandise. The lines for check out are fairly long late at night so go before 10pm!
The bathrooms are usually in s state of constant need of cleaning. Even right after they cleaned it. The curbside delivery is excellent. Very efficient, and friendly. I am overall very impressed. I hope they keep the curbside and delivery forever.
Made a bathroom stop, surprising the bathrooms were clean. Then grabbed a bbq wrap from deli while I waited for my RX to be ready. This Walmart 16503 Nacodghes Rd is the best, got a flu shot, got groceries, had everything I needed. Love this store
This is how I received my Black Friday TV through pickup. The exact TV is now sold out across all Walmarts in the city. The return department was at least helpful but now I’m without a TV and there’s no chance I could get the same one again.
It's a nice enough Walmart and it's usually very well stocked. The reason for the 3 stars is because during the day it's pretty good but I feel like after about 9pm the employees (some not all) become very pushy to get you out of the store.
Though my wife and I were greeted at the front door by friendly people, the cashier ruined the experience due to her distant and cold comments and attitude. It is a shame how one worker can effectively bring down the hard work of others
I had the lemongrass dish and ordered it hot. I usually get Thai hot and their hot is hotter. It was perfect spice level. Trust the waitress she knows. The spring roll wasn't the best. Its warm inside so wear shorts and a tank top.
I went to get my tires balanced, after being told to pull up to the tire bay I was approached by the team member and told it was to late at 6:30pm. Why chose l close at 7pm when your lazy associates won't help anyone after 6?
Be careful some items are marked lower than they ring up, this is a long term problem at this location. Always check the dairy dates as well. Some items are out I guess due to supply, stocking. Friendly, helpful staff though.
Nice. Well run. Well-stocked. I'm puzzled why they haven't returned the resting benches in front of the checkouts (very important for the elderly and mobility challenged)... Covid crisis is over! Please return the benches!
Cashier was rude, confused, bought clearance stuff she didn't know how to discount them on register. Tried to change check out ,but she insisted I stay at her register. Huh.... Finally a mgr helped her and I got on my way.
On my way out of the garden center I was entertained by 2Angels. They sat under a tree in the shade. Like the B.I.B.L.E. story. # I gave my tithes and offering 2them⛪⛪ oh! Deborah&Barack for the Non-Readers …
When I went to the pharmacy area of this store I was helped by an employee by the name of Jessica. She went out of her way to find the product that was looking for. She was very courteous and had a great personality.
Update : Not enough Easter deco. Very annoying since when they first set up, I waited for good and new stuff but never happened. Quick in and out stop for things I need for home ,groceries, and household items.
It’s always good to the shop at Walmart find everything you need For a very low price purchased electronic item and bought some other items and checked out at electronics by cashier Nicole she was a great help
This Walmart Super Center is always immaculate when it comes to cleanliness. The staff is always going above and beyond to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Some things never change. Great service.
Definitely stepping up the fashion trends! Always clean... except when I witnessed a guy finish his drink and just sit it on the top shelf of an isle...what trash! They're are obviously trash cans everywhere.
I love going to this walmart and all the cashier's know me by now, and ask me how I am doing because 3 years ago I had a lung embolism and my voice has been going. They always say how I am doing. Best people
Had a questionable car battery, still under warranty, that I brought in to have it checked. The auto department was great and squared me away in no time. Great pieces on oil changes, I noticed. Huge store!
I’ve Tried calling over 50 times and no one answers the phone. Do people even work there? Do they not care? That’s the problem with Walmart. Promise customer service but in reality there’s no service
Been going to this Wal Mart for years. Love the clearances. Always find some really good deals. The only thing that I do not like at times is the wait time to check out through a real live person.
It would be nice to have someone at the makeup area or maybe a button calling an associate to open the sliders. It is hard to go back when you can't buy what you see behind a locked patrician.
Typical shopping experience. This location always fails to restock or order Parent's Choice Pediatric Strawberry Shake. It's like they incompetent when it comes to restocking this product.
I am done with this location, after 3 incidents of rude employees, and being talked to as if I am an annoyance, I will go elsewhere. I won't disturb them with having to take my money.
One of my favorite store I'm actually there every day. They have a variety of supplies you can choose from for your home it's like a one stop for all your needs love shopping there.
All I ever want is kettle corn and they never have it anymore. Bring back the kettle corn! UPDATE: they actually brought it back! 10/10 definitely would recommend
Andy from automotive was helpful, nice and quick! He put my tire on so quick. This is the 2nd time he helped me out. So shout out to him. I will continue to come here. Thanks
Went to Optical to pick up my glasses. So excited that I can see now. Jackie and Jamie were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. 5 Star service with a smile.
Ota Walmart! Every thing at good prices ! You find more if you shop! Food is a different story ...not the quality expected but a good price . Get your food at HEB...
!!!SCAM ALERT!!! WARNING this machine will take your money. Walmart customer service is no help. They will tell you to call the number. The number is not useful.
Walmart keeps improving. Now they have a financial center. And they started carrying Dr. Bombay ice cream as soon as it came out. The check out process is good.
The supercenter is incredible; we get what we want, and well arranged. The place is always easily accessible as not much crowded except on weekends.
Amelia in the pharmacy has excellent customer service. All of the pharmacy technicians here are much better than those at Costco next to the Forum.
Clean and friendly Walmart. It is setup like all of the Walmarts that I have been into in the US. Very easy to find what you are looking for.
Huge Walmart. Everything was neat and organized. They had a lot more items than we normally see at other Walmarts. I recommend this location.
Bought these beautiful flowers for my Mom. Great location. Clean store. I dont live in the area but overall pleased with fall flowers.
Went to this store while traveling across Texas, I always find good deals at Walmart, I try to visit a store in every city that I go
This is the only Walmart I can find my AC filter size that I need. 20X22X1 In case you need that size. Not a fan of Self check out.
Close by and convenient. 4 star rating for lack of cashiers. If I wanted to check out my own stuff I would apply to work there!
