Never enough cashiers. Today asked for more and no one was available. Waited 15-20 minutes and then had to get back to work. They also won’t hold things for you for later. At least 3 security staff - maybe one could be trained on the register. See pics of upstairs and downstairs line. It’s always like this. Ross, please hire some additional staff !

Products and value is there but the wait to check out is outrageous! It's never less than a 20 minute wait. They have more loss prevention staff than cashiers....people probably steal because they are tired of waiting in line,lol.

The worst store! Everytime checkout line is insane and no one seems to care. Be ready to waste 30 to 40 minutes. Poorly managed store! You better off going to Marshalls next door.

By far, the most well stocked Ross I've been to. The aisle could be cleaned up, but the selection was great.

We were here for an hour and the theft alarms were going off the entire time. I have a headache now.
