Jedno veliko razočarenje, osim lokacije i uređenja, sve ostalo jako loše. Hrana neukusna i nezačinjena, porcije tako male da su i djeca ostala gladna (naručili smo i za njih normalan meni, ne dječji). Lignje sa žara- 4 male lignjice i polukuhana blitva, pržene ne želim ni komentirati, porcija tjestenine kao predjelo...Jedino je pizza izgledala normalno. A cijene kao u luksuznim restoranima. Konobar se samo ispričao i rekao da su danas dobili lošu robu. Veeeliko ne od svih nas, a bilo nas je 14.

Ideal for families and couples or just meeting with friends . Good location in the center of Grad Zadar (Old Town). We had a vegetarian lasagna, fried squid with Pommes frites and a salami pizza. Food arrived in less than 5-10 min since we ordered. Keep in mind the terrace was full and we arrived last. Food attests good, pizza was actually very delicious straight forward nothing fancy good old pizza. Fried squid also delicious and the lasagna tasted good as well. Staff was kind and respectful. Arben, was very friendly, made the experience even better.

The food was so average and could be something you make at home yourself. The salad there is so bad, just a bunch of chopped up vegetables with no seasoning. To top it off, it's so over priced. Also, they deliberately served a main option instead of the kid option (as ordered) to bring up the price. Never eating there again! Eat at Kulf just next door, it's so good.

We've found most of all service staff in Zadar to be a little abrupt or ambivalent, but drop in a few Croatian phrases (or a decent tip) and they are very friendly. As for the food, I had the seafood risotto which was excellent and if you're passing for breakfast they do a version of a full English which is certainly worth a try imo.

The food was delicious, but the service was not so great. The kitchen was a bit slow, having in mind that there were only three tables. The waiter was friendly but slow and didn't pay much attention to the customers. Also, while we were waiting for him, all waiters decided to stop working so they could divide the tips they got.

We enjoyed the beautiful ambience of the Kompas Zadar restaurant. Apart from the delicious food, we were impressed by the friendliness and politeness of the staff, especially the waiter Kevin. With delicious food and great staff, this restaurant was able to sweeten our evening and our holiday in Croatia. Thank you!

I stopped here with my friends after a long day. We ask the waiter for a local specialty. After ordering our drings told he that they don't have the food we want. We have to choose something else. Over all is the restaurant very expensive for the service and the quality they offer. I had some pig with vegetable and potatoes. My vegetable was only a few slices of capsicum and my potatoes taste made with old fat.

It's probably not the best place to have breakfast. The English breakfast is not English at all. The beans were cold, and the bacon was ridiculous. The bowl was a perfect size, but the granola was stale. It was too expensive given the quality, although it is on the main street.

Great Croatian food with plenty of options. Friendly and timely service. Good atmosphere during the day, and even better at night when the town is full of people and all the city lights are on. Would recommend to everyone.

The atmosphere was great and the service, even though it was crowded, was great. We had the Kompas platter for 2 and the children went for pizza (of course) but both were realy great and more than enough. The ajdvar sauce was "finger licking" great :)

We waited more than an hour for our food. The food looked good on the surface, but the steak instead of medium was well done. The tomahawk steak was "chewy" in the middle, and the octopus was also weaker. Plus, we eventually noticed that they switched our bills. A big disappointment for me.

We came here for a family meal when visiting Zadar and we all really enjoyed the food. It was very flavourful and the portion sizes were great! The Truffle Bruschetta was my favourite dish, it was the right amount for a starter but packed full of flavour! Would highly recommend if you're in the Old Town! The staff are lovely and try to help where they can.

Plata kompas za dvije osobe, ukratko loše. Cijena od 50€ a kolicina jedva za jednu osobu. Meso suho a ramstek žilav. Na plati je trebao biti i biftek kojeg nije bilo vec je zamjenjen za 4 cevapa za istu cijenu plate. Osoblje nezainteresirano. Ocjena 1 samo zbog krumpirica koji su bili dobri, inace 0.

Food was pretty good, we ordered 1 pasta and grilled chicken. But I think it’s overpriced, that’s why it’s only 4 stars from me. We paid 430kn for 3 person which I think is a bit more than you’d like… but it’s in the city center so I don’t mind.

Corona There were no requirements to wear a mask. It was a bit crowded. Food. The food was actually pretty good, though one of our Lasagne was burnt on the top. The staff was very friendly and able to speak English. The receipt was wrong, check it !!!!
