Rude customer service! Radio blasting loud! Needs new management and entire crew. Manager Ray tried to sell me game consoles out the trunk of his car. Then got upset when I didn't purchase it. Seems like the more I pay the higher my bill gets. The corporate office needs to deeply investigate this store!

I got Note10plus from them & my payday wasnt till the end of the week that Friday so I called Monday on the day it was due spoke to the manager Ray to explain told him that and ask to make arrangements and I would pay any late fee if needed

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WALK IN AND IM SUPRISED TO NOT BE GREETED. I SPEAK AND NOT SPOKEN TO BACK. I STAND IN LINE TO ASK MY QUESTIONS AND THE REPRESENATIVE WATCHED TV THE ENTIRE TIME I SPOKE AND HAD THE NERVE TO SAY HUH WHEN I FINISHED.

They are very rude and unprofessional. The manager Ray get mad when you ask for something you was supposed to get three months ago. Ray stay smelling like he been drinking. Ray be selling Rent A Center games and T.V. Pay attention to this

I have dealt with Ray and his group for a few years. This has been an easy process. I have purchased a washer, dryer, livingroom set, dining room table, computer and laptop. Every thing is paid off. This is a great store.

Get your delivery late as hell and they will get mad at you for simply calling and checking to see if you are scheduled
