I was sold a torn mattress then later told it was refurbished when that is not what the label said. Eli had no sense of urgency to replace it and told me I would have to wait 4 days for them to fix it. I explained my issue with borrowing a truck to come get it and he pondered over finding someone to deliver it to me. The next day, Eli was supposed to call me with an update but instead had another employee call me. Miraculously they could deliver the new one that day. Never heard from Eli again. No apology for the mistake. This was disappointing as I have purchased from here for several years. Eli needs to have more customer service training.

There are quite a few things that you can find in here four different areas of the home that are very reasonable. Some of the items that I noticed or refurbished. the delivery rate is the delivery rate is very expensive even if they are not going very far. They price the delivery fee according to the mileage. I think it's cheaper to rent a truck and get it delivered yourself.

Great selection but the manager wouldn't give me and my wife time to shop and find something we liked and could afford. He just kept harassing us and asking what we needed. We told him we would let him know but after a few mins he came asking if we wanted something we said we didn't last time. He got on our last nerve so we just left. And we will never return.

I have purchased 6 bar stools, throw pillows, and a rocker recliner over the past 3 months. The customer service is consistent outstanding. The prices are very reasonable and the merchandise has style and quality. I am glad I don’t have to travel far from home to get what I want for my home.
