Most of the employees here are nice, but this is the first bank I have ever seen that you have to call in advance to get a change order even if is less than $100. They might ask for 30 minutes wait “to have it ready” and when you arrive they will start working on it. I really want to say that they are busy, but it is hard to see it.

Branch is nice but phone number is not accurate. Regions is a horrible Bank, I would recommended any other bank over.

Great tellers, they recognize you and make you feel comfortable for you to not use the drive thru all the time.
