I highly recommend Red Rock Painting. Ralph came out timely for the estimate and what made his company stand out from the many bids I received from other companies was he was able to replace some rotted wood fascia boards and repair a wood door frame that was chewed on by one of my dogs years ago when they were puppies. He did not have to sub out this work and involve a separate contracting company which requires extra time and expense. To my surprise most painters don't do this type of work and a few did not even have a contractor they could refer. Not only was he competitive on the painting bid, but the fact he could do this extra work with his own paint team and not sub out is really what sealed the deal. It made Red Rock a one stop shop for my exterior painting needs. Ralph also includes a 5 year warranty on the paint so you know he stands behind his work. They were also able to start the job the following week. Some painting companies told me they were booked until June. The unexpected bonus I received once the job started was Ralph assigning his team of Nacho and Juan to my project. Not only were these two gentleman polite and not intrusive at all when working on the job, but they finished on schedule, cleaned up their work space each day, and the kicker, DID NOT WAKE UP MY 2 AND A HALF YEAR OLD DAUGHTER who naps in the afternoon. All three days they were working on my house, they made sure not to work outside my daughter's bedroom during her nap times or in the morning before she woke up. Anyone with little ones knows how frustrating it is when your child gets woken from their nap. In conclusion, my house turned out looking phenomenal, there were no surprises when the final invoice was presented, and the job was done on time. Nacho always confirmed things with me during the job to make sure there were no mistakes and that everything was done to my satisfaction. He also walked the entire house with me at the end and touched up some minor areas that were missed. The fact that they can handle extra repairs that normally need to be outsourced to a contractor is a huge plus and really sets these guys apart from the competition. There are many painting companies out there, but only one Red Rock Painting and I would definitely use them again.

Having thrived in colorful homes for over 20 years, I was not about to move into my new home until its white walls were brought alive. I had a 12-day window of opportunity to personalize the colors in my home before moving in. Though I enjoyed many years living with fiery desert colors on my walls, I was ready for a cool-down. A couple of shades of light blue walls with white trim caught my fancy this summer, but I was having a hard time finding the blues that I had in mind. So I made an appointment with a color advisor at Dunn-Edwards Paint (a free service). There I fell upon "Oh Boy" and its lighter shade, "Cloudless". Dunn-Edwards provided me with a list of painters who regularly use their paint. Much research ensued. I liked the tone of the Red Rock Painting website, their BBB rating of "A+", and their clean history with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. I contacted the owner (Ralph), and shared my floorplan and color choices. He was enthusiastic, and we agreed on a fair price. Ralph sent a team of three painters to my home on November 1. They spent the day laying down paper and plastic on the floor, and taping. Then they spent the next two days painting the interior walls. The house was transformed to my liking. The team worked very well together, and enjoyed creating beauty. Two coats of paint finished the job. The painting was flawless. I am very picky about painting; I even used a black light flashlight throughout the house to reveal the original white paint. There was none. Their attention to detail was remarkable. They even touched-up the white trim left behind by the builder. And, of course, their clean-up afterwards was thorough. I have had many compliments on the paint job -- and I direct it all to Red Rock Painting and to the paint crew that worked on my home. I highly recommend their services.

I would HIGHLY recommend Red Rock Painting. Ralph (the owner) came and gave the estimate and he gave the most fair price compared to competitors. I picked his company because I read a lot of positive reviews about Red Rock Painting. The painters showed up everyday at 7am sharp and they picked up after themselves everyday. We have roughly a 3,300 square foot house and we wanted a grey paint color on the walls only. I was having the hardest time picking out a grey wall color that didn't have a blue/purple undertone. The painters painted the entire house and I ended up changing the paint color 3 times- Ralph could have charged me an arm and a leg for the cost of the paint and labor but he didn't!! He worked with me and helped me pick out the perfect grey paint color- the quality of work is also something to note. The painters were very precise- the paint is only on the walls (they didn't get paint on the trim or on the floors). You will NOT be disappointed with Red Rock Painting!!!

We have consistently used Red Rock for all our exterior painting needs (always quality work) and this was the first time we called on them to do some drywall and interior painting along with some touch-ups externally. I always feel comfortable contacting Ralph for quick/honest estimates before a project and this time we had a couple of “change orders” that I tossed in at the last minute that the team easily did for a very small upcharge. …and while we’re speaking about the team, Nidia and her crew are FANTASTIC! The drywall work and the skip-trowel were done to perfection. They take great pride in the quality of the work they do and the cleanliness. Everything that could have possibly been splattered with paint was covered and they took great care in collecting the coverings when they were done. You can guess from this review that we are very happy clients and strongly recommend Red Rock!

Beware of the 5 year warranty with completed paint jobs. I was given this warranty in 5/2015 for exterior paint of my entire home , 2 garage detached garage and retaining walls. I reached out in need of some areas touched up on the home and wall. My request was made in July 2020. The Estimator came by to review my areas of concerns followed by Ralph meeting me personally as well. He stated the areas were due to moisture even though we haven’t had much rain within this last year. I asked him what the cost would be and he said they would agreed to have the painter come by to repaint. He just asked me to scrap areas In advance. I did my part but no one has shown. 3 months later, I am unfortunately still waiting. It’s a shame that they are unable to follow thru on what they said they would do.

Red Rock Painting just finished an exterior paint job on a two-story addition. They did excellent work. Ralph, the owner, showed up when he said he would; he called to let us know when a crew was coming; he stopped by several times to see how the work was progressing. When he presented the bid, he said he had good painters on his crews. He was right. Jose and his helper, Rafael, did a great job. The bottom line: they were meticulous with the taping and covering up what was not to be painted; there is no over-spray on anything; there is not a drop of paint on patios or roof; where two paint colors meet, there is a perfectly straight line; they cleaned up at the end of each work day. I originally called Ralph for an interior paint job but ended up hiring him to install drywall and paint the interior of my house. The men that installed the dry wall were professional and restored my kitchen ceiling to a better state than it was initially. The crew that painted my house did a great job and left the house so clean! Ralph went over all the details with me and assisted me with paint colors. I loved that Ralph checked in with me midway during the jobs to see how things were going and followed up with me after. He and his crews were always on time and they double checked their instructions with me to make sure they performed the job to my satisfaction. I would hire him again and would definitely recommend him to others.

I got ralph's number from my aunt after I expressed discontent with the first painting company I got a quote from and the way they spoke to me. After talking to ralph on the phone I knew his company would be the one that I would use. If you're looking for a crew that's fast and efficient, look no further. I got quotes from 3 different companies. Not only was Red Rock the best price, they were the only company that instilled confidence in the way they talked about the work they would be doing. I also work a night shift schedule and Ralph told me he would send a crew on the days that worked for me (which he did). I love how our house looks now that it's painted and so does my wife. We had Red Rock Painting LLC come out and redo our entire house exterior; wall, roof tiles, and iron work. Ralph (owner) came out for our estimate at the agreed upon time and got back to me the same day with a quote that was better than 3 others (they all wanted to charge for individual items; minor stucco repair, iron fence, even a "steep driveway hazard fee" (yes, they called it that)). Ralph gave me the all-in price. They were able to start in our agreed upon window (we needed some landscaping done first), cleaned up the old paint chips, and got our 40+ year old house looking new. We had 3 neighbors ask about our experience and I will tell you what I told them, you will not regret going with Red Rock Painting.

My boyfriend and are recently bought a house in Phoenix and wanted to get the flooring and painting redone before we moved in. Moving from out of state is stressful enough but working with vendors sight unseen is also stressful. I spoke with Ralph about what I wanted painted, the color and what the timeline was in relation to the new floor. Ralph ensured that his crew was there when promised, did the job as specified and stayed within budget. The job was well done and I can’t say enough about how well everything was handled while being out of state. I CANNOT say the same about the flooring vendor. They are still working on the floor! Ralph delivers what he says he will deliver. That is amazing in my book.

Called on Monday for an estimate for some interior painting and spoke with Ralph (apparently the owner of the company). Ralph said he would be out the following day (Tuesday) to perform the estimate between 11 and 1 pm and would call me when he was en-route. He never showed up and never called to explain. I called when I was on my way back to work he said he could be there in 10 minutes and was totally unapologetic. I understand being busy, but he could have had the professional courtesy to let me know he couldn’t make it. I took 3 hours out of my day to be home for the estimate and he was totally disrespectful of my time. Very rude, I will not consider working with him in the future.

Echoing all the great things I read about this company that made me hire them in the first place. Excellent work at a fair price is the main thing. I was impressed that the painters were very unobtrusive, despite the fact that they had to work around us (meaning 2 adults and 2 young, rambunctious children) and several other contractors, painting the interior every day for the better part of a week. They were very respectful and kind. Jose even fixed an exterior door for me because he happened to have the tool for the job. They work with you; any number of colors, any brand, etc. Their quote was exactly what I was charged. Very pleased with the work.

I received letter from HOA saying I needed to paint my house so I had to find a painter. Just another one of life's inconveniences but it had to be done. 5 stars from start to finish! I highly recommend this company. Ralph came out to our home quickly to provide a bid. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He gave us some advice on how we should orientate our colors and sheens. Nidia and her crew completed the painting and they were also very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. They quickly painted our 1800sqft home (walls, base, doors) in 3 short days, but were still able to show great attention to detail. They were very clear and communicative and went well above and beyond with their work! Next time we decide to paint, we are calling Red Rock!

Red Rock painting did a fabulous, professional job on my exterior trim touch up. The price was affordable, and it was done right the first time. They were very quick as well. Ralph did the estimate and was very informative on what needed to be done and took the time to make sure we got what we wanted. The painters cleaned up very well, we could never tell they were there. Our overhang had some old particle board that was a bit frail and they were able to lightly sand it to receive a good coat of paint. But they were also careful not to damage it. True pros. RED ROCK PAINTING is my goto painting company.

I reached out to Red Rock because of their great reviews. I was not disappointed. I was actually trying to decide between 2 companies but Ralph took the time to reach out and I felt like he really wanted my business compared to the other company. Nidia, Rodisan and Alejandra were my crew and they did an outstanding job. They were polite and professional. I had a lot of detail work and I was so impressed with Rodisan's steady hand. Their set up and take down of drop cloths and taping was great. I've already set up my next painting job , so I definitely recommend this company.

Ralph and his crew were amazing!! They painted a couple rooms, bathroom cabinets in our house, and touched up a couple ceilings. The attention to detail, quality of work, and efficiency were above our expectations. Ralph gave us a start date which he stuck to and even finished a day early. I was especially impressed with the time and energy the took to match the ceiling touchups. I started to do some minor touch ups in my walk in closet and I only made a mess of things; I did not have the right color. I called Red Rock Painting because of their high ratings. After speaking with Ralph, I sent him a video of my closet and had an estimate the next day. The cost to do the work was reasonable. A day later, my closet was painted and it looks beautiful! Ralph came out and gave me a bid to paint the exterior of my home. The bid included repairs necessary to get the outside up to par prior to painting. The work was good and would have gotten 4+ star review but unfortunately there was no follow through. I'm rating them two stars because once the job was completed, the final walkthrough was never happened as promised. As a result, there are some minor fixup and cleaning issues that didn't get resolved. It has been 7 months since the job was finished. There was no response despite trying to contact the owner (Ralph) and leaving messages many times. I wouldn't consider them for the paint job next time.

Great company! The owner Ralph came out to do the estimate, gave me an honest quote that was competitive with others so I gave them the contract for the interior of my rental condo. Did a great job and were very friendly. No problems or crap job, just great work. I used them again for the exterior about a year later and I still got a great job at a competitive price. I plan to continue using them for my other rentals. Definitely recommend.

Red Rock did a great job - both interior and exterior painting. We chose tlighter colors than what was on the walls, and they went the extra mile to be sure the dark paint was covered over. Outside, even painted the wall of the workshop that was very close to the adjacent block wall. Nice clean work. Nacho and Juan, Nydia and Lupe were did such neat work and they were all very pleasant. When I bought a new home in May, I had Red Rock paint the whole interior. I used a single color, just to get a fresh, clean start. Ralph sent Lydia and her crew of two, and they did an impeccable job. Three months later I decided I needed an accent wall. Ralph sent Nacho and a helper, and again I was fully impressed with the job and the people. I would whole-heartedly recommend Red Rock to anyone.

I had an interior concrete wall that has some discoloration on it. I paid another painter to come out and fix it and they did an awful job, the discoloration was still there! Then I called Ralph, his ladies helped me pick out a color and Ralph ordered some special primer to help make sure the stain didn’t come through. Really stellar work. Accurate quote, would recommend to friends!

I called this company and they were the only ones not booked out a week and i needed them for a client the next day. They came in, fixed and painted the baseboards in the clients house, even were willing to send extra guys if they had to in order to get the house done in one day. My client was EXTREMELY happy.
