I stopped for a red traffic light at the Loop 101 and 67th Avenue and found myself behind a Metzger's Painting truck. I read the services provided on the back of the truck and found what I was looking for. At the same time, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the truck and how professionally the designs and advertisements on the vehicle were done. So I called the number. I had made many calls prior and out of at least a dozen, 2 people actually came by but they never supplied a quote and never heard from them again. The house definitely needed painting but my primary goal was the refurbishing of the backyard block walls, block seating and all other stucco in and around the outdoor BBQ and corner beehive fireplace areas. It was the stucco part that had turned others off to the idea of doing anything at this location. Not Metzger's! It was Richelle who answered my phone call and she was absolutely stellar. Chris set an appointment to come by and put me completely at ease by explaining exactly what would be done, with what materials etc. in order to properly refurbish the stucco. He then promptly prepared and submitted the estimated fees for both the work on the patio and the repainting of the house. I immediately agreed and looked forward to the day they would begin. When the crews pulled up to begin the first day's work, my hope was that the service and support I had received thus far would carry forward. I was not disappointed in the least. Jacob and his crew hit the ground running and never stopped. They reminded me of an orchestra. Each person had their instrument(s), be it masking tape and plastic, caulk, paint, stucco patch or whatever and they worked totally in sync, each person knowing full well the "musical score" in front of them. The speed and thoroughness of what they accomplished totally amazed me. It seemed in the blink of an eye, the house and patio were totally taped and covered in plastic where need be. The easy part, the actual painting, was again like watching a well oiled machine. I heard the sprayers and saw the crew on ladders taking care of the trim and in another flash, all the plastic and masking materials were gone and all was done. Jacob and this crew do NOT mess around. They get it done, they get it done quickly and the quality of their work is superb. Ben, a representative from Metzger's came by for another complete walk-around of the house and patio. He noticed some very minor things that I would never have even noticed. Next think you know, Jacob is here making sure those minor touch-ups were taken care of. At my age, I doubt I will ever have this house painted again. But if for some reason I do, I will certainly contact Metzger's Painting and I would strongly urge anyone else to do the same if quality and professional painters is what you are looking for. Worst experience ever with Metzgers Painting Professionals, and I can tell you they are anything but professional. We hired them to do a full interior of our home. The workers left trash and food (cantaloupe rinds and half eaten tacos) all over the kitchen and on the floor. Not to mention they stole beer out of our refrigerator, but that might explain why the paint job was so terrible. My father-in-law asked if we had kindergartners paint the house, the work was so sloppy. The sinks and bathtub were used to clean paint, but they didn’t bother to clean out the tubs after; handprints in paint were visible on the walls; there was overspray on the master shower and guest bathtub; there is still paint on our blinds, windows, AC vents, and even our back patio where there was some sort of paint explosion that sent white paint droplets all over the exterior of our home. They did a very poor job of getting enough paint on the walls to cover the prior paint, especially along the lines where the wall meets the ceiling. Although they told us there would be an on-site supervisor, it was very clear the first time the supervisor saw the work was during the walkthrough. Of course, the work was so bad they had to come back multiple times to correct the horrible job they did, including twice when they scheduled with us to fix the paint explosion on the back of our house but did not show up at all…no call, nothing. Go with Metzgers if you want the job to be really sloppy and if you want it to take three times as long as scheduled because they have to come out multiple times to fix all the mistakes.

This company is 100% excellent in dry wall repairs, painting, and customer service. They care very much about the customer's satisfaction with the results. When they were finished, our walls were gorgeous. Everything looked like new again. We had many different areas that needed repair and I wanted to be very careful in choosing the right company. From the initial call with the owner Jeremiah and one of his office assistant's, Julie, I could tell that they were personable and caring before they even knew anything about the job, and I received a very good price quote. Throughout each phase and after they were finished, Jeremiah made sure that I was satisfied with every detail. We needed a closet wall and large spot in the ceiling of the laundry room repaired that had water damage. (See photos.) We also had two walls with holes from the door handles and areas with nail pops. I felt confident in the drywaller's expertise within the first ten minutes when he inspected the areas and explained exactly how he would repair them. The nail pop areas were screwed in, so that it wouldn't happen again, the ceiling area was replaced and patched, and everything was completely smooth and blended. After the painter finished the next day, it was wonderful to see our house look new again.

We would recommend you avoid hiring Metzger Painting Professionals. We hired Metzger for a large $40,000 painting project and were recently told by the owner Jeremiah that he will not finish the job or repair poor workmanship. There are large areas of our house such as the front entry, garage doors and the back of the house that are left unfinished after four months. Other areas were poorly painted initially with sawdust and debris in the paint, over spray, severe tape damage and lousy coverage in general. After inspecting the work with his foreman Jeremiah assured us the work was substandard and all the repairs would be addressed. The following day Jeremiah insisted on another $16,000+ to finish the job. We vehemently disagreed with paying additional money when he had not completed the original contract. He has many excuses as to why he is not responsible. This was a large remodel and we have not had this type of difficulty with any other sub on this job. We are significantly disappointed and offered him every attempt to behave professionally and complete his contract. For the first time ever, we have filed an official complaint with the register of contractors.

I got multiple bids to have the trim and fascia of our house painted. Metzger's came in the least expensive, and I usually do not choose the lowest bidder. However, after meeting with Chris, I felt that Metzger's would do an excellent job, so I went with them. The painters and Chris (he was the project manager) arrived on time on the scheduled date. The painters went right to work power washing and scraping off the old paint. Some of the wood on our house was in pretty rough shape, but the guys used "wood bondo" to make it look better and withstand the elements better. So basically, they did an excellent job. No oversparay, no drips, everything looks professional and neat. The job took 1 day to complete and we are thrilled at the results. The house looks so much better and the paint will increase the value of the house by more than we paid to have it painted. I would highly recommend Metzger's Painting if you want a job that is done professionally and in a reasonable time frame. Thanks guys!

It is always a treat when a provider exceeds expectations. My customer experience with Metzger's started with Chris Fernandez and the initial quote process. Chris made us feel that we were in good hands. We needed to re-schedule our project date several times due to a family emergency, and Chris was professional,, accommodating and empathetic to our situation. The team assigned to our project was professional, courteous, and the quality of the work was impeccable. We did our best to contain our 3 dogs during the project, but on those occasions where we had to let them out, the team the team politely treated them as their own with smiles and pets. Incredible value when you consider the quality work and fair market price. I highly recommend Metzger's Painting Professionals, Inc.

BUYER BEWARE! The painting experience with Metzgers was a NIGHTMARE! What was stated on the contract was not completed! Did not scrape the loose paint off and did not power wash. Their painter lied about performing the work and then they tried to justify a higher charge that was due to their painters lack of knowledge and work ethic! Not too mention, the work I had to miss to supervise the work which took 6 days instead of 3 because their painter tried to skip the prep work and rush through the walk through! The owner(Jeremiah) agreed that their painter did not do certain things yet was argumentative when accepting responsibility. Unless you want a horrible experience - find another painter!

March 2022 - Metzger's painted our home exterior as well as baseboards. The painter, Jacob, was professional, thorough, and respectful of our property. (He also tolerated our dogs!!) Once the job was done, he did a walk around with us to identify any touch up spots and promptly and satisfactorily fixed them. His job supervisor, Chuck, was very thorough in communication and readily available via text. He even painted our front door himself when the job got behind schedule due to a rain delay. Thank you Metzger's. We will definitely refer this company and have already! ---Also, their quote was about 50% of two other companies we got quotes from.

Chris Fernandez was ok. Painter Oscar performance was good as painter. Office manager was personable, delightful. Job included 'fine tuning' of closets. My thoughts were jams, frames were included.Oscar began to fill cracks, smooth those areas. Owner stated that those areas were not included in estimate. I held back $200 upon so called 'conpletion,' citing that those jam, frame areas of closets should be conpleted. Owner threatened to lien property. I paid $200, and under threat of lien, and still have work non completed. Would appreciate phone call from Chris or Oscar to complete work, outside of 'pettiness' of owner of company.

Metzger's completed a complete exterior painting of a newly purchased home that had not been painted in 10 years. From the estimate through completion of the project all involved were helpful, professional, and willing to listen and adjust as needed. Chuck supervised the work and was open, honest, and a pleasure to work with. When challenges arose during the process the focus was always on getting the job done right and to our satisfaction even when that meant extra time and materials. I will be using them again in the future and highly recommend them if you are in the market for this service.

When I initially hired the company Chris Fernandez appeared to be professional. I stated I wanted the color exactly the same as he saw it that day. He stated, no problem. The employees were very professional (Rusty Markiur / Javier Luna) as well as John. Spoke with the owner (Jeremiah) who was a a nice guy. He was told some things by Mr. Fernandez that were inaccurate so I tried to clear it up with him. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Metzger’s. Chris Fernandez gave us a quote for painting our entire interior that was quite competitive and he was able to accommodate all of our requests. The on the job supervisor, John, is a master painter and helped us finalize our color choices as well as made sure that all details of the job were taken care of. The painter, Jacob, was prompt, courteous and meticulous. We are thrilled with the final product.

We had some water damage in home the result of a broken water sprinkler. After the initial clean up Metzger Paint came in to drywall, replace insulation and paint. Quick, efficient and looked as good as new. Chris was great to work with and he made sure the job was completed down to the last detail. Prior to the water damage I had used Metzger several times over the years and they have been consistently 5 star. I would use them again and recommend them.

Metzger's just finished my entire interior and baseboards. All of the workers were friendly and did a solid job. I worked with Chris F. on intial set up and he was great and easy to work with. Gary was my supervisor and he was very accommodating, sometimes in difficult situations. My only non positive comment is that the job scheduling could have been a little more organized and crews could have maybe been a bit larger. Overall good experience.

We had 10 12'"x 12" holes cut in our interior walls to reroute a water line. Our plumber recommended Metzger's and we were completely satisfied. They patched the holes, plastered to match the existing texture, and repainted the repaired areas. From our first contact to the finished job, the company was professional, responsive, clean and tidy in the work, and very skilled in their craft. Would definitely recommend the company.

Chuck, the foreman of my project, was extremely helpful from the first meeting onward. He painted samples on the house and was happy to bring a few more when I asked. His team of painters got the job done as quickly and professionally as they were able to, considering the weather delayed the job by a day. I couldn't be happier with their work and would highly recommend them anytime!

First I commend the employees and the work ethic that they demonstrated. The quality of work was above and beyond most companies I have dealt with in the past. They listened to my concerns and acted on them. Would highly recommend them on exterior painting. Because of the great work they did on the exterior paint I have hired them to paint my exterior front door.

We had a very short timeline to close over 21K sq ft. Every wall we had painted over 13 year span needed to be painted back to a light neutral color before we handed over the keys. From start to finish Chuck and Russ were on it and were great to work. We worked together and finished ahead of time. We will be using them for all of our painting needs in the future.
