They were polite with my mum which was nice. Over the phone with me on multiple occasions, one particular staff member is very abrupt on the phone, borderline rude. To the point where you feel like you’ve completely inconvenienced them by calling. Perm was done, I asked why mums hair was not dried off and why we were leaving with it still quite wet, the response was ‘it will go all boofy if we dry it’. Not knowing anything about perms, I accepted this explanation. Little did I realise something was not right and the perm drooped immediately. My mum cared for her hair properly after leaving the hairdressers so the only conclusion I can draw is that something was not done right during the perm process. $140 down the drain. Yes I could call to discuss, but it was hard enough getting my mum to go there, that I wish not to put her through that again. Plus I do not wish to feel like I’m inconveniencing anyone over the phone again. Service should not be like that.

This place is such a joke - they charged me nearly $50 for a trim and all the “hairdresser” used was a pair of scissors and a comb with a spritz of water. Rude, loud mouthed staff, the salon was absolutely filthy and cramped and the service was awful - the “hairdresser” rudely demanded me to remove my glasses before I even had a chance to sit down. She barely spoke to me and spoke to other patrons that she knew and fellow co-workers instead. Definitely will not be going back to that dump and thankfully I don’t live anywhere near that area anymore so won’t have to worry anyway.

Absolutely Amazing Place. The Ladies That Work There Are So Friendly and So Helpfully. First time I have been here.Nadia Did Such A Massive Make over on My Hair I can't stop looking at myself. Very talented Lady Who Walked myself though every step of what she was doing and How it was Going To look. They Are very lucky to have Her on there team, I could over here her talking with other customers and thought to myself, this lady really has a great passion for her Work And Her Customers. Went to get my hair styled, took a picture with me and explicitly stated I did not want it short and wanted like the picture. I ended up with a bob nothing like the picture, when I asked the question I was told it was the way it was styled and she could cut more off! What the! You cut it too short and you have no idea how to actually cut hair you should retire now or go back to hairdressing school! Lesson learned if you actually want it cut properly rather than hacked off you need to pay the price for a proper cut! So angry

Asked for a perm curl and got charged $95 it look ok for 2 days because she asked me to wash it after two days and after that when I washed all the curl disappeared from the bottom and there was only one curl at the end of my my hair, since I work I went there after 2 weeks and asked her to fix the issue and she was being all rude saying this looks like a curl to us and I said I am the customer and I am not satisfied. They called security to kick me out because I was simply addressing the issue. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I found the staff to be incredibly friendly and my hairdresser certainly knew her stuff (Sorry I didn’t catch her name, but she had beautiful curly hair). I love my haircut and colour and the salon had a great vibe. The only thing that let the salon down was that the apprentice had the worst body odour. She did my waxing and the whole room wreaked of b.o. and when she rinsed my colour off, her armpit was in my face. I don’t mean to be rude but it was very offensive.

I had black hair, wanted chocolate brown, instead of stripping the colour they put brown on top and when I went in for regrowth colour they put in red so I ended up with 3 colours I called and told them and the response was blase, I had to go to another salon to correct it I will never go there again. I am absolutely disgusted what they did to my hair, cut was choppy also

My husband Jason and myself use Cindy and Sue for our hair, absolutely amazing. My husband has his hair cut by Cindy and is really happy with her, she is friendly and professional. I have my hair done by a Sue who is absolutely amazing and would highly recommend the service and both of these hairdressers. Would not go any where else.

Went in with short hair, asked to have full head of foil's in sandy blonde to blonde to cover my grey hair. What I got was red streaks NO TONING DONE, 30 MIN IN AND OUT. So shaved off offending hair (I have a number 4 buzz cut) they had the gall to charge me $125 for S##t. Will never, never never go back. …

They totally ruined my daughter hair before her formal seriously could have done a better job myself and wish i had didnt seem to know what she was doing and didn't listen so disappointed and blame myself just hope my daughter hair grows out soon left feeling totally disappointed with everything

Went to make an appointment they all saw me walk in and waiting patiently. Lady at the counter saw me turned her back and continued talking to the other hairdressers, they all watched me while I was kept waiting. Eventually I had enough and just walked out. Found them all to be incredibly rude.

16.07.2020 my wife went into the shop for a complete hair do when a complaint was made about the colour that was not asked for they argued, just under $200 for what was not asked for ,won't be back unless the issue is sorted. I am willing to modify this review when we come to a agreement

My elderly mother has dementia and her hair had become knotted past the point of combing it anymore. Nadia took her on and in less than an hour she was transformed. Mum and I couldn’t be mote happy. Highly recommended.

Went in to get my sons first haircut and the lady that did his hair was really great. She was very nice and was so patient with him. The vibe in there is a little off but we had a great experience so can’t complain.

Love this place, love the staff and the energy and effort they have! The ladies are always keen to know what I would like or want, honest advice is an absolute, and nothing is too much trouble! Highly recommended!
