I would like to respond regarding Kaitlin's review. Mike Rafi's team represented me in a difficult personal injury case for approx. 2 and 1/2 years. Mike returned a phone call to me very early a.m. before most attorneys are even awake which I will never forget. Their team did not miss a beat through Covid, the courts were backlogged, and the insurance companies have been overwhelmed with claims. The cases that are settled for $200,000 or less are hardly worth the unbelievable time and effort this team puts into their cases. Their team simply does not get paid enough for what they do. What people need to understand is that what they believe or want may very well not be realistic in our judicial system. The dedication and professional hard work this team performs is stellar. I was in a terrible not at-fault accident back in June of 2019 that left me with three broken bones in my arm. Horrible attorney honestly the worst experience I was with Mike Rafi for 3 years for a slippin and fall case My case had to be appealed and he said he would not appeal it and no one else would Mike Rafi fired Arthur York he was the one who mostly handled my case every time I had to interact with Mr. Rafi he would yelled and screamed at me. So when he dropped my case I call Arthur York honestly I cannot say enough good things about Arthur he is an amazing attorney he bent over backwards for me and got me everything that I deserved I can finally put one foot in front of the other after all the hell I've been through do not go with this law firm go to The York Firm hes amazing you will not be disappointed

I was struck by a car while riding my bicycle to work. I found myself in the hospital with serious injuries and no recollection of the accident. My family contacted the police to get a copy of the accident report, but was told it was unavailable because of the recent cyberattack on the city of Atlanta. We were referred to Rafi Law Firm by a friend. They did an excellent job getting the accident report from the city, obtaining witness and police statements, and dealing with a difficult insurance company. They were very responsive when we had questions and conscientiously kept us informed during the 9-month process of getting our claims paid. I am so glad I had Arthur and Mike working for me.

I personally do not recommend this law firm. Spoke to Mike extensively..he told me that he could take my case. No one ever called me as he told me they would from the law firm. So I called them finally spoke to the intake department. Later to receive a declination letter. Called Mike back again on his number that I spoke to him personally on. He said, I will call you back in 55minutes." Till this day it has never happened. Time has been lost and wasted by going on the words of Mike and his law firm....I see your lie in your response. That is not true. I have never received a phone call. You never left a voice message. Verify the number. Thank you..

My daughter had hired Mr. Rafi as her attorney, and things didn’t go the way she thought they should have. After letting him go, things had gotten a little ugly. Listening to him talk to her on the phone, he was very unprofessional with his words. He was cursing on the phone and told her “THIS IS MY LAW FIRM AND I CAN DO WHAT THE F—— I WANT TO DO”. He also stated to her “I HAVE SOMETHING YOU WANT, SO YOU NEED ME I DONT NEED YOU”. I was very unpleased. He was also upset about the reviews that were made on behalf of my daughter’s case, and threatened to sue the ones who made reviews stating “YOU GUYS HAVE GONE TOO F——- FAR”.

On August 16, 2018, I was hit by a car while riding my bike on College Avenue in Decatur. I had serious injuries which included a brain bleed, several fractured ribs, a fractured fibula and a displaced clavicle and spent three days at Grady.
