Just a while ago, there was only one person running register and a line 8 feet long. My husband had just purchased gas. I went and grabbed some taquitos, snacks and a drink and he grabbed a drink. We went and waited in line and when we got to the register, my husband then tried to make a purchase of $8.08 and it wasn't taking. He had over 40 dollars on the card and we kept telling him that it wasn't taking his card. The young man at the register wasn't trying to make things right on his end. My husband even showed him the balance on his phone. He never tried to take purchase from the other register. The machine kept saying payment unsuccessful. You all need to either get more people to work at night or keep the stupid ones off the register because obviously he didn't know what the hell he was doing. Y'all just lost a faithful customer.

This is one of my favorite QuikTrip locations anytime of day. Twenty-four hours a day 7 days a week you're guaranteed to have great customer service and very attentive and friendly security guards protecting you at all times and I am a person that frequents this location after midnight. Always feel safe and welcome and although sometimes there may be odd people in the parking lot as these places are known to have they never are bothersome or make you feel uncomfortable. This is also a well lit location with other businesses surrounding it. It is also conveniently on the service road of I-20 can you can quickly connect to various freeways within 5 minutes either direction.

Bought qt tea it tasted like some kind of chemical. Paid for gas and had to go back in 2 times to get the pumps turned on Hope l don't get sick from the crappie tea. The microwave not working. Microwave very hard to find. The store smelled unclean. It stinks like bm. I will report to the dallas health dept. so someone want get sick. Everyone else need call in to health dept. The lines to check out to long just like walfart or walmart. Which one you prefer.!!!

First, there are way too many employees loitering. I thought one of them was homeless because he kept looking at the soda machines. I even considered buying him a soda. Second, there are way too many rent a cops here. There is nothing in this store someone can shoplift that is worth your life. Third, why are employees fighting in front of customers? Even “security” doesn’t intervene. Poor lady. Fourth, they are a beacon for unprofessionalism. BEWARE.

I love when folks swear they cleaning the restroom but ain’t even been n there yet i came here get gas and go to the bathroom and this man says he’s cleaning it sir u stuck the garbage n front and walked off!!! But ok! I’ll take my gas money and bathroom else where !! Let me get back to the north side cuz even the way he said it hella aggressive just wasn’t necessary

This gas station needs security guards or personnel watching or attending who is actually just chilling ( smoking, dancing, taking up space, drinking, etc...) while loyal customers are trying to actually purchase gas. Plus, there is a lot of cruising around in suspicious vehicle drivers. #ridicolous and awful I just like their drinks that’s all. Awwwwwwwful

I'm at this location at least four times a week. The store is always clean considering the foot traffic and the staff is hardworking, professional and polite. Sam E exemplifies these qualities. Pressure washing the parking lot, working the kitchen, cleaning the floors, and servicing the customers. She is an excellent multi tasker and a true professional.

It's new so it's decent for now... There's always someone panhandling or soliciting. Today there were 5 going from pump to pump, all for a different reasons. Don't mind it when it's kids doing it for school, but these were grown men. Get rid of the panhandlers, solicitors, and people just hanging out, and this would easily be a 5 star place.

I was standing in line for almost 10min lolo and Travis are so rude they need to get better cashiers working the front if it wasn’t for an innocent bystander who noticed how they kept skipping me he spoke up for me as I’m not the person to get in disagreements ty for that I appreciate u poor service never coming to this one again

I always buy gas here but the parking lot is always dirty and good luck getting a receipt for gas at the pump, it NEVER works. On occasion, some of the pumps can’t read the chips on your credit/debit card so you have to go on the inside to pay. The Staff is friendly despite all the issues.

Just ghetto how the restroom open for men & not ladies how convenient is that when women have monthly cycles and even some ware pregnant. Sooo very disrespectful & I wasn’t the only women that needed to go. Don’t need no stars feel like this is discrimination to women.

The lines move pretty fast on the inside. The gas pumps are more difficult to get to. Some are out of service or a large amount of people waiting for available gas pumps. That's when you have to be patient and wait because if you need gas you need gas …

Inside needs to be cleaned. Restrooms floors are dirty aswell the toilets. Drinks need to be restocked i went in there for iced brew tea not a single flavor available. Also the frozen slush coffee was out of service. Employees need to be more responsible.

Generation 3 QuickTrips are always clean, prestock food is almost always fresh and the QT Kitchen never fails me. There's been a few instances where slush machines are down but that's just the nature of the machines. They're usually fixed by next day.

You will be cheated on all B-fast burritos and tacos because the workers in this location barely places any meat in the wrap. How lazy or cheap can they be. Management needs to address this issue. I will never spend money here again!

There were tons of people just sitting outside of it begging. It was very dirty inside. Most of the fountain drinks were out of order. When it came to ordering food they were out of stock on ingredients or the machine was down.

By far the nastiest Quick Trip I've ever been too. Disgusting Lobby And their bathroom has toilet paper all over the floor. Not to mention the dirty diapers. And I can see their 4 staff members just hanging out. Oblivious.

Decent gas sration. Has everything you need for a road trip or quick stop after work and gas prices are reasonably low. Only reason for 4 stars is the cleanliness outside around the pumps.

The restroom not very clean, smelly, and no paper towels, the staffs, friendly , you matter will get rid of the security guard he’s on his phone , not paying attention to his surrounding.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED that I had to experience this someone need to be checking the shelf for bad products I wasted my money on this and made myself sick

Their ice dispenser is so gross. The shield thing that makes sure the ice goes down is supposed to be clear but it's all moldy and has white residue ewww

I understand due to the area that workers don't care but come on where's the Customer service. Probably my bad for needing to get gas in that area.

Dont spend too much time in the bathroom doing your business or an employee will come in to "inspect" the stalls and look at you suspiciously.

Overall the place is clean (bathrooms and inside) the reason for 4 stars is that around the pumps and trash cans is kind of grimy.

This place is so ghetto and trashy...never will come here again...from the register to the restroom the whole store is filthy.

QT is like an oasis for a full-time driver. (Usually) clean public restrooms and reasonable prices for gas, snacks and drinks.

Felt very safe entering alone at night. Multiple friendly Security are there to make sure you make it back to your car safely

No issues on my visit. Gas snacks and I'm out of there. Trash could be picked up on the site and around dumpster.

QuickTrip gas stations are normally decent, this one by faaaaar is the worst. Not company's fault but location.
