Really unhappy about the level of compassion and Professionalism I received from a Doctor here. I came here as I needed a referral to a Specialist after suffering a severe injury early in my life and the symptoms becoming too much to sustain strenuous jobs. The Specialists I was referred to were very unhelpful and contradicted one another, no feedback was directly given to my GP nor was the medication I was prescribed, and I was unsatisfied with their conclusions. I communicated this to my GP and to my surprise he backed up the Specialists. I thought I had made the problems I had with them understandable. The most recent specialist hadn't sent the referral letter I requested so I had to retrieve it from the GP. When I asked the GP for it he replied I wasn't entitled to a copy of the Referral letter because it wasn't addressed to me. I was absolutely flabbergasted. I asked if I could at least view what was written in the letter for me to which he still refused. I ended up leaving to get a second opinion. The referral letter I ended up getting from the Specialist after chasing them up again. Not feeling as angry as I was that day but still have that bad taste in my mouth that now leaves me very cynical of the medical 'Profession'.

I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding service that QSMC provides. We were lucky enough to find you when we first moved to Australia and no matter where we have moved to (now in the burbs!) we have always made the right decision to stay with you. Despite how busy the practice is you always manage to fit us in (like yesterday for our 6 year old which was so reassuring). Your GPs like Dr Inga are exceptional. So caring, thorough and knowledgable. And the nurses too. And of course front of house and management (Tania and others and Hayley) are always so helpful and seem to know all the patients so well. It certainly has the feel of a practice in the suburbs. Outstanding work. Thank you for everything. We have been truly spoilt having you as our practice.

A highly professional city clinic that you can count on to provide exceptional service. Doctor Allison is extremely thorough, provides a high level of care, and does not rush you out the door. The reception team are lovely and very efficient. Update, September 2023: Since Dr Allison’s departure a few years ago, I have been looked after by Dr Amos, who is equally as amazing and one of the nicest people I’ve met. He takes care with complex matters, and is also specialised in skin-cancer too, which really helps. I’m also so glad Tanya still works here, she’s the loveliest and super efficient. A shout-out also to Dr. Warfe who I have dealt with a few times in Dr. Amos’ absence. She is lovely and efficient!

This clinic and its manger are poor. They are money-centered and don't care about the wellbeing of the patient. In addition, during my feedback to the manager she would not hear or even try to understand me, instead she hang up on me during our converstaion. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.and to the owner, no! My results were not followed up with prompt and professional manner. On the contrary, Dr igna and your clinic Manager received my results last Wednesday (2/8/23) and failed to contact me the entire week (I waited until Friday 11/8/23) and provide me with my results. Not good enough! And to clarify, no one has been abusive nor bullying at any time. Good bye!

We flew into Brisbane for medical checks not knowing where to go I took to google to do a doctor. This medical group has several doctors that specialize in different areas. Booking an appointment is so easy to do online. You can choose from a 15minute to a 30minute. They are located in the heart of the CBD. They are very punctual for appointment times. There is also a radiology and lab in the same building so it makes the visit super convenient for an out of towner. We saw Dr. Warfe and Dr. Amos both outstanding doctors.

I have been coming to this practice for many years and I am yet to have a bad experience. I have just started seeing Dr Bahram Boghraty for assistance with and ongoing support dealing with DVA and he has been a absolute professional when it came to dealing with all the process and red tape that is set in place by DVA, I cannot recommend him enough to any veteran seeking assistance with there DVA needs. I have also had my skin checked by another doctor for sun spots and that was a very comfortable easy process.

I’ve been seeing Dr Nicholas Cox close to a year now for a number of medical conditions and have always had positive experiences. He’s friendly and professional. He genuinely cares for his patients and make sure the patient gets the best treatments and refers to the best specialists if required. Highly recommend him.

Fantastic medical service. Really feels like they are interested in your health and care about you. Never had a doctors office go above and beyond and call in to check up on me before. Fantastic bedside manner. 100% would recommend. Strongly suggest Dr Nicholas Cox.

It's always a therapeutic experience visiting Dr. Ria. She is so calming and assuring. I have been consulting her for years now and will never change. I had looked for a great Dr for years and for me that's her.
