Really great experience at this doctors clinic. I had to find a new doctor after relocating too far away from my original doctors clinic and that’s how I came upon Family Practice The Gap. I have since relocated again however I travel 1.5 hrs from where I live now for this Clinic. Thank you, a trusted doctor is so underrated.

I came in as a walk in with my son. The doctor was more than happy to take him straight in and see him. He was so good with him and was so helpful and he wrote a letter for the hospital and didn’t charge a thing. Super carrying and wonderful service. Thank you so much in stressful times.

I visited Family Practice at The Gap today for the first time. It's good to know that I can see a GP on a Sunday if necessary and was welcomed in a pleasant way by the receptionist. Dr. Rob was both very thorough and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend this Practice.

I was able to get an appointment for my son today easily. Another practice has no appointments available till Wednesday! We saw Dr Ross Bourne who was super friendly and made a connection with my 9 year old son straight away. Highly recommend!

Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Ross Bourne. No waiting time. Very friendly doctor who listens, which is rare these days, and very efficient. I will definitely book my next appointment with him.

I was dreading finding a new GP, but the very helpful reception team and Dr Ross are fantastic. The appointment was not rushed, Dr Ross took the time to explain things and had great interpersonal skills.

I took my 8 year old son in with terrible stomach pains and Dr Ross was able to calm him and examine him before sending us onto appropriate medical follow ups. Great Doctor and we are very grateful.
