I just left Q and WOW what an amazing experience! Seriously this place is really awesome and professional. I had an appointment later in the day and my technician was running a bit late so the owner, Don, did my nails himself. He did such a beautiful job and put extra time in to make them into a little design with some jewels, that I didn’t even know I wanted (don’t worry this wasn’t an upsell type of situation, he didn’t charge me extra). Even though it was late and they were closing, he put in the extra time and care. Was really awesome. You can tell his passion for the craft and his dedication to perfection was huge. He was so lovely, professional and kind it made my whole week better. (I had a terrible week) It’s really the small things that make a place special and memorable and Don really nailed it (wow pun not intended lol) Seriously I almost cried I needed that kindness so badly today! It’s like he was psychic. I 100% recommend and I’d give a thousand stars if I could. Thanks for the great experience! PS they’re all super talented there so I recommend going to see any of their staff for sure. Jason had done my nails three weeks ago and did a beautiful job!

I've been going to Qspa since my mom took me for my first ever manicure at 10 years old - I'm turning 26 this summer. Never once have I left disappointed or unsatisfied with the work they do. All staff are very knowledgeable on trending designs, colours and nail shapes. The spa itself and their equipment is incredibly clean. Don and Sandy, the owners, very clearly not only care about the work they do and the staff they hire to represent them, but also their incredibly loyal client base. If you want a biogel manicure, you need to book in advance! Walk ins are possible for pedicures but even then, I'd recommend booking in advance! They're always busy and it's for good reason. Shokoofeh does my nails... omg! I bring her a picture for inspiration and she's able to recreate it to PERFECTION! Her patience, creativity, raw talent and obvious love for doing nails is astounding. I'd seriously never consider going elsewhere for my nails... Qspa is where its at!

If you're reading this review because you're trying to decide which hands you want to go put your precious hands into then call Qspa Nail Salon to book your chair right now. I found a gem in the West Island of Montreal yesterday. The ambiance is a breath of fresh air, literally! They use all natural gel and acrylic products so you won't leave with a headache. The water fountains in the entrance make you feel like you're sitting by a babbling brook, the lighting is easy on the eyes and it is very clean. The staff is welcoming. Don, your friendly neighborhood nail artist is an absolute magician. His attention to detail and skills are in a league of their own and beyond his phenonenal abilities he does it all with a smile. My gel nails have a flawlessly smoothe bubbled top with perfectly symmetrical tapered tips and the ombré french manucure is just beautiful!

I've been looking for a clean, friendly place to get a mani-pedi. I was taken by how nice the salon looked. I was served by Diana who was a very competent operator. But I found her to be extremely rude and mouthy. The second time I went she did a very poor job, hurrying over the polish application and the cuticle repairs. Although I am a senior she felt like she could be overbearing and pushy. I won't be going back only because getting a different operator would spark more discomfort. If you like professionalism Diana is not the person for you.

Hands down my favourite nail salon. Unlike the other salons who smell like strong chemicals, QSpa uses bio gel that has no odour meaning you won’t get a headache from the acrylic smell. I’ve done shellac multiple times and they lasted me up to 2 weeks and a half without a problem. The employees all have smiles on their face and treat you like family. I really recommend QSpa to everyone because they have great customer service and they are very sanitary. At QSpa, you really do pay for quality and good energy.

My first time going there. Clients are asked to remove their boots before entering (normal request), but slippers/foot coverings were not provided. I had to walk on dirty floors in my socks! The male employer or employee spoke almost continously and very loudly. He even said the word "sh*t" out loud. There was some attitude in his voice when responding to a customer. The atmosphere was certainly not like a Spa. The woman who was to do my pedi was 1/2 hour behind schedule. I left before receiving my service.

I was coming to Qspa for a bit over a year, and even with an appointment i would ALWAYS wait 20+ minutes to be seen by Don, but because I liked his work, i kept going. Then when i was sick around the holidays and had to cancel my appointment, which I did online, i got an angry call from Don, and then he cancelled all of my future appointments! Obviously never going back since they don't want or need my business.

4th time now. Clean, friendly, good quality work, I have had: Helen, Jason and Don as nail Tech's they all work with grace. It's a super enterntaining atmosphere and you always get QUALITY, "The Q in Qspa stands for QUALITY"-Don I really recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and who are hesitant about nail salon's like I was, not anymore! This is my go to!

Impeccable service, I had my first appointment with Don today and I will definitely come back, I already booked my next refill in 2 weeks! (You can easily book online too which is great) He gave me recommendations and my nails never looked so good. Clean salon, amazing quality and staff, they remember their customers too! I highly recommend QSpa!

Really like this place. I give it a 4.5 just because when it’s rush hour sometimes you might be waiting there for more then 30 min (even with appointment) before they take u. Other then that this place is amazing! They take their time to do your nails so you love them. I would recommend 100%. These are my nails. Love them.

Very clean and well-kept. The stuff do a great job. A little expensive, but in line with the other higher-end Salon prices. I recommend going there, it's very clean and bright, make sure to call in advance to get an appointment because you probably won't be able to walk in and get something done on the same day.

I love this place! No other nail salon has ever made me so consistently happy with the results. Their attention to detail means they get it right EVERY SINGLE TIME. No odd bumps, stray cuticles or forgotten jagged edges. Ever. The staff is super friendly, the place is extremely clean and the work is spectacular.

Very nice place, you can get service right away if you desire to do so, but I took an appointment. They call me to confirm my appointment a few days before and when I went, the service was fast and efficient. Also, the prices are very nice for the kind of quality service you receive. I definitely recommend.

I had an appointment yesterday and Qspa is very clean and the staff is professional. I had Don as my nail technician and he was soo kind. It was my first time going there and he made me feel very welcome and made sure that I was comfortable. He took good care of my nails and I love them! 100% recommend!

I've been there 2x now and I get my nails done by Joyce, and she always does an amazing job! they definitely take their time, but its worth it because they really make sure your nails look amazing. the prices are very reasonable (40$ for biogel refill). this is definitely my new nail place :)

Overpriced and it felt they did a quick rush job. Not worth the extra money. They were friendly enough though. I went twice, the first time was good. The second time was dissatisfying as I didn't receive the same quality of care, considering the price. I won't go back unfortunately.

This place is a rip off! My daughter got a manicure that cost $85! No special design, nothing but regular nail polish. Manicurist was on facetime while working on her nails. She didn't even get the color she wanted. Don't waste your money there. If I could give no stars I would.

2nd time going and LOVE it! Joyce did my nails and she is beyond amazing at what she does. I recommend anyone looking to do their nails to book with her. I will definitely keep going back. I've done my nails a lot in the past and her work surpassed my expectations.

I love QSPA! They do an amazing job. The technicians are very sweet and will do their best to tend to your every desire! I especially recommend Don! He’s super good and helps you out with what he thinks would look good and be the most healthy for your nail.

I get my nails done by Jason every time I go and it's great! He always pays extra attention to make sure my nails are done right and look good! I get biogel done and the nails are so resilient, so I only need to come once a month to get them refilled:)

They take their time to perfect the style and shape of the nails I wanted. They never rush their job to fit as many customers as possible, therefore making the process more enjoyable. Don is so sweet and funny which makes it a fun time as well!

Went tonight for a quick nail polish change on my feet. The place was clean, the lady who did the job was nice and good! What was crazy, was the price! I was changed 21$ + tax for a polish change, i paid nearly 25$! Outrageous!

Experience was good, happy with what I got. Nail tech seemed experienced and was kind. Just sad I couldn’t get the requested ombré on my nails even though it seemed she had the nail art tools for it.

Even with an appointment they made me wait 15 minutes and the pedicure was so rushed and badly done. I had to pay 85$ for a refill. This is the worst spa I have been to in the West Island.
