I have done eyebrows, waxing with her. She is so unprofessional, she keeps you waiting for longer time and servers other clients in between. She applied hot wax and when I said to stop she said “it’s okay that how waxing is done” . I was shocked with her stupid answer since I have been doing waxing for years and I could clearly sense the wax is very hot and after wax I had burns . And for eyebrows she never concentrate on your shape . She does without any attention . I highly suggest not to opt for her. She deserves negative rating..All the so called 5 * ratings she gets from Indian students since she allows to pay by cash I never carried any cash with me.And , she is the one who said about paying in cash and in review she teaches you some tax rules ( funny). Secondly she never understands what customer is asking for and starts a blame game on customer(appreciated). I reviewed based on what I experienced. Her hot wax gave a wax burn on my upper lip . She did know that , hence she started the game of blaming

i do not have any word to say enough coz five star is not enough to give her she is really much better than others i have 3 years experience in montreal especially in body wax i did not see like this it was a magic i had a full body wax and she finished in40 mins usually 1 hour or more than hour we need to do full body wax and we think if she does fast so there would be a hair but no complaint no single hair was on my body it was a very good experience with her while bikni wax coz from 3 months i was doing shaving and the growth was very bad but in 3 mins she had done my bikni wax i was surprised she has a magic in her hands good job mis poonam

It was really relaxing experience for Golden Facial done by Poonam. She is punctual with timings.The Facial was proper with steam,acne removing,face pack,scrub and face massage for around 1 hour.
