"Car was broken into here"
"Every-time we go on vacation to London we end up having to use this car park"
"Good location and safe although it is expensive yet it is worth yet as you get what you pay for! It is a close location to all of the great spot in Piccadilly and shopping spots! It is also great as it is nearby lots of hotels! It is 50£ for 24 hours and then hourly rate starts calculating"
"A little gem of a park for the vauxhall chattering classes"
"Great location for Trafalgar Square and surrounding area, we were staying at Club Quarters on Northumberland Avenue so ideal location"
Car was broken into here. The staff were very helpful and its was unfortunate they targeted my car, but they dont have cameras on each level, just at the entrances. They should invest in more cameras to deter thefts. Also spaces can be tight for big cars and 4x4s. But always clean and i would park here again.
Every-time we go on vacation to London we end up having to use this car park. The automated kiosk never works and we always have to get an attendant to help us get out. They need to get this fixed. They also need to lock their doors because we encounter a fishy looking guy in the corner of the carpark.

A little gem of a park for the vauxhall chattering classes. Believe it or not there's a tiny model village, a dog free zone with lavender garden, and a nice kids play area. Don't go out of your way to come here, but if you're close by its a lovely place to spend a sunny afternoon.
Great location for Trafalgar Square and surrounding area, we were staying at Club Quarters on Northumberland Avenue so ideal location. Car park is very secure unlike others and good signage, prebooked online so just drove straight in and out without any hassle.
I booked for the wrong date in error. The Q-Park team were very responsive and understanding. The customer service team were accessible which I have found is a rarity these days. Book all my central London parking through them and will continue to do so.
A few years back this park was renovated to allow the River Quaggy to run through here. As well as acting as a flood plain attracting more wildlife, there is better childrens park and the exercise equipment. A great place to take my two girls. Enjoy.
Wish I could give a lower rating! Horrible place to park your car! Absolutely NO security! Absolutely ZERO help if you need assistance. We parked our car there on Dec 22, 2021. Car was broken into. Back glass smashed, our things stolen. We
Booked our parking online and found the car park very easy to use. A bit of confusion on checkout as the instructions were not the same as what happened, but overall a great price paid online in advance for 24 hours in the centre of London.
This car park is centrally located which is great for theatreland. However for the second time today I visited the theatre and used the car park expecting a 50% discount. I had my ticket validated at the theatre box office but still had to
NO CCTV, NOT PATROLLED REGULARLY, NOT A SAFE CAR PARK. Update: The below reply from the Q Park representative is NOT ACCURATE. We were told that there was no CCTV for them to follow up the case and was not taken seriously in the slightest.
Should have read the reviews, this place is a disgrace, VIP Safe and Secure parking is a huge overstatement, there’s no one on site apart from the spotters and the thieving mugs that watch the place, they pray on people depositing items in
Lift out of order (which took a good 15 minutes to actually find). I had a pushchair and luckily a kind man helped me carry it up the steps. If he wasn’t there or I was in a wheelchair. What then? I accept things break but a notice as you
Have been parking here all pandemic - secure car park - wider spaces for bigger cars towards the lower floors. Very expensive however considering the location it is worth it. I have seen many reviews of car being broken into but have not
Ideally situated for visiting this area of London. A bit expensive, but it's central London. I guess you might get a deal by booking early before arrival. Clean toilets. 1 minute from Trafalgar Square on the south side and 3 minutes walk
You pay £80 for a night’s parking, thinking it’s a secure place to leave your car. You come back and your window is smashed and your stuff is stolen that is what happens here! My honest opinion, is that security guards of this car park
Ideal location if you are visiting Trafalgar Theatre just a few minutes walk, or if you are just sight seeing around Trafalgar Square. A little bit pricey at £40 for 5 hours parking. If navigating by car using Google Maps make sure you
DO NOT PARK HERE. I parked here last night (for £48). It's supposed to be a secure car park with gated entry/access. THREE cars (including mine) were broken into and had laptops stolen. We spoke to a woman with a monthly parking pass,
Despite signs about surveillance and security, my car window was broken in and my luggage stolen. I also, upon return, saw a guy obviously looking for his next mark! Submitted a claim to their corporate office so we will see how they
Q-Parking staff smashes the rear windows and steals things from the cars. !!!! I had to contact the police and open a criminal case. As it turned out, rear windows are regularly (!!!) smashed in this parking lot and things are stolen
BEWARE DANGER.. came back to my car 3 hours later to find the rear window smashed in completely. Upon entering there were 2 attendees, upon return no one in sight. Came to upper level and went into the unmanned office, displaying a
Not bad... not bad at all in fact. It makes a change to find somewhere in London that 1. Don't cost you anything 2. Looks and and makes you fill good about not just yourself but just being born in this once great city. K Osborne.
Convenient location and quite clean. Toilets are currently out of use it seems. Beware leaving anything on display though, someone attempted to break into our car last night. Believe it may have been someone posing as security.
Lifts doesn’t work. Pay machine doesn’t work. I have tried to pay 5 times. When I paid it didn’t take my ticket on a gate. I had to call to and they told me I didn’t pay. I spent 30 min to explain to stuff that I have paid.
Big, green, peaceful and stacked full of animals, just like parks ought to be. Ponds, tennis courts, playground and a cafe with tasty organic food (salads, sandwiches, snacks) but very slow service - the parks too popular!
Parked here and had a bit of a problem with luggage getting it to the car. Staff member Nakeb was not only polite but also helped me put the luggage in the car as I suffer from a bad back. Thank you
Booked the space at the car park, but found the surrounding streets closed for some reason, no diversion, no warning when booking or anything like that. So I had to park somewhere else, pay again.
Not sure if a review of the carpark or Google but we couldn't find the entrance to this place.... nearly missed our show!! where is it?? Will have to have a look in the day time, waste of £25
A hidden gem for parking just off Trafalgar sq . Easy to find.Easy to park any size or height of car Very friendly and super helpful staff in attendance . Very secure
Yes indeed - the lakes and mountains of South Croydon are truly spectacular. It's an oasis in an otherwise unremarkable part of nether London. Highly recommended.
Rubbish car park with no security at all. This guy tried to look for something to steal in my car after I parked my car there for 5 minutes. Be careful everyone!
There is a little cafe that is perfect for all those mornings in which you just feel like having a lovely breakfast in the park. Decent selection, great taste!
Parking at Q park this morning I almost died from diesel fumes the ventilation in this underground car park is nonexistent …
Strange place for a caravan park. Lots of homes and very secure so would seem to make a nice retirement location. Tesco close by but few attractions on site.
Claims to offer secure parking but anyone can enter the structure at anytime. There are no on site staff but it is patrolled by a van every couple of hours.
Valued and much improved green space. Highlights include the excellent football and basketball courts, great children's area and outdoor gym equipment.
A hidden gem for anyone visiting central London and needs a convenient car park, a bit on the pricey side, but worth every penny. Highly recommended.
Pre booked parking worked well. Elevator for wheelchair use and accessible toilet make this place to be a good starting point for a day in London.
Smart, clean and tidy car park with attendant. It's an expensive place but reasonable for London especially as it's right by Trafalgar Square.
Park is kept in Great condition, very nice to sit and relax during the day but can become a murder location at night as pathway are barely lit
A little beacon of light I'm unsure I want to share, central London parking for £64 with vip, ( parking by an exit) so easy I would recommend
do not park here. high value car / bike thieves active in area. zero support from Q park and zero efforts made to enhance security. AVOID
Easy to access and a very safe and secure parking facility. A little bit expensive, but what you would expect for Central London
High price, good location - but unfortunately the facility is filthy and doubles as a loo for local homeless people.
Once you know where it is, you leave your car feeling really quite secure. Not least, cuz no one can find it easily
Easy to book, easy access and nice and easy to exit. Car park was quite expensive but All in all recommend.
Excellent but non EV’s often parked in EV charging bays. Suggest bigger signs or painted floors.
Came back from a day at work to find the front of my bicycle dismembered and smashed.
I had a great time in here it's large and good place to play football~:) -Emma-
Very secure car parking. Easy to locate. Walking distance to Trafalgar square
