"Parked here today, have used this car park many times and Q car parks around London but never ever again, I wait with baited breath the cctv manages to get supplied to the police as the car and all approaches to it are covered on level 5a including car entrance and pedestrian entrance, lifts and stairs, but wish I had read the reviews now, returned to the car many times during the day and all was fine, but something is not right as others have said, either staff are informing people of information as we had one item stolen and brought many other items which were totally left untouched and not taken, the rear window smashed in cctv full view and no security on hand at the office or contactable on the number in the empty office window after the theft"

Parked here today, have used this car park many times and Q car parks around London but never ever again, I wait with baited breath the cctv manages to get supplied to the police as the car and all approaches to it are covered on level 5a including car entrance and pedestrian entrance, lifts and stairs, but wish I had read the reviews now, returned to the car many times during the day and all was fine, but something is not right as others have said, either staff are informing people of information as we had one item stolen and brought many other items which were totally left untouched and not taken, the rear window smashed in cctv full view and no security on hand at the office or contactable on the number in the empty office window after the theft. Nobody saw me return to level 5a once in the lift or to which exact car on justpark level 5a, so how do they know the high value item was there, unviewable from ouside in the boot ?, returning to the car like this two times this afternoon, then finding the theft on the third visit at 6.15pm you would only know this exact car and item was there by CCTV viewing or lurking on the level - where is the security !!! Lurking or Searching and protecting property ? Definitely not an opportunist theft. Save yourself the excess for a new window and the hassle and losses and park anywhere else more secure with 24/7 security that care about their customers. Would have given no stars if an option after todays experience. UPDATED REVIEW - following the lame and standard owner answer below, DO NOT PARK IN THIS CAR PARK UNTIL QCP SORT THEIR MAJOR SECURITY ISSUE OUT, THEY SEEM TO THINK IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT YOU PAY FOR, THIEVES TARGET ONLY CERTAIN VECHILES WITH KNOWLEDGE, NOT ALL VECHILES, THEY MUST HAVE A CRYSTAL BALL OR XRAY VISION TO KNOW THIS, UNTIL YOU SEE MORE REVIEWS OF HAPPY CUSTOMERS THAN MANY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS WITH SMASHED WINDOWS AND STOLEN GOODS FROM AN ALLEGED SECURE 24/7 CAR PARK, I DO NOT SEE PEOPLE SAYING THAT THE WINDOW WAS SMASHED WITH NOTHING TAKEN, VERY STRANGE. UPDATE 2 ---------- I repeat DO NOT USE this carpark. With my experience I've proven this supposedly "secure carpark" is definitely NOT SECURE for your vehicles. QCP customer support responses are just platitudes. I have requested the name(s) of the secuity firms they use to prove their security - they have not provided this after being asked twice. I have requested the CCTV footage and for it to be passed to Met Police, who are contacting QCP - this has not happened yet/do they not have the footage? Convenient? Would concur my views that the break in to my vehicle was an inside job from car park security working with 3rd parties. Risk to vehicles should be no risk if the car park did what it advertised itself as - 24/7 secure, cctv, patrolled and manned car park. My review has reached 386 views so far, if those 386 had paid an average parking rate of £40 my review has cost QCP £15,400 and this will continue to rise and cost the company money with every view. DO NOT PARK HERE...Find somewhere else to park or parking kerbside will be a much safer option. DO NOT TRUST THIS CARPARK WITH YOUR VEHICLE. Hope this prevents someone else having our heartache, stress and hassle. UPDATE 3 --- Got confirmation QCP aware of gang operating in this car park "People we are dealing with are career criminals not just opportunists. We have provided extensive CCTV footage to the police regarding the gang we believe are responsible" as QCP know this they are being very negligent not advising customers or dealing with it. 'Jess Tomo' review, we also believe the same security guard saw us enter lift, saw what floor we got out at, then checked CCTV for our car. Gang knew exactly what side of boot item was. No coincidence, no opportunist. My review has reached 1k views if those 1k pay rate of £40 my review has cost QCP £40k this will continue to rise&cost the company money with every view. Would've been cheaper for QCP to pay the damage to my vehicle&pay for my stolen item and secure the car park
I am OUTRAGED and cannot express my ANGER enough after my HORRIFIC experience at the Old Burlington Street Q-Park! Don't be fooled by its professional appearance and seemingly secure environment – there is something TERRIBLY WRONG here! I'm convinced this was an INSIDE JOB involving the car park staff! I parked my car in their so-called "secure" underground garage and made sure to hide my expensive bag with invaluable items, including my laptop, under the cover. But between 7am and 3pm, I returned to find my car VANDALIZED – rear window smashed, bag stolen, and DEEP scratches all over the paintwork! To make matters worse, my car alarm went off, and NOT A SINGLE SOUL from the car park staff bothered to investigate! I've been BEGGING the company for THREE WEEKS to provide CCTV footage to the police, but they keep REFUSING! This is UNACCEPTABLE and only fuels my suspicion that the staff are INVOLVED! What kind of security measures do they have in place at this Q-Park?! With my bag hidden from view and no signs of an outsider break-in, it's CLEAR that someone with inside knowledge was behind this THEFT! I am DISGUSTED and APPALLED by this nightmare of an experience! I put my trust in Q-Park to protect my vehicle and belongings, and they've FAILED MISERABLY! I urge EVERYONE to STAY AWAY from the Old Burlington Street location! Your valuables and your car are NOT SAFE here – consider yourself WARNED!
DO NOT PARK HERE!!! Nobody was in the car park when I was leaving my car however left my car for a couple hours and returned to two smashed windows. Car park advertised as secure with a code for entry and exit as well as CCTV. Only way someone would have seen me put my bag in my boot is on CCTV. No other cars in the car park were broken into on this day. Security Company sent a different CCTV with a time that wasn’t even when I was in the car park. Although on the terms and conditions the company state their ‘servants and agents will accept liability in respect of any loss or theft or damage to your vehicle and/or liability for death or personal injury only where the same is proved and to the extent that is proved to be caused by our negligence, wilful act or default or breach of statutory duty or that of our servants and agents’ THEY WILL DO NOTHING. Seems like something dodgey is going on in this car park regarding the security. The company are unable to tell you the names of the security firms? Apparently one security firm have a ‘k-9 unit’ I waited on site for over an hour and no security even showed up or were anywhere to be seen however car park is advertised with on site parking security. Tragic experience absolutely horrendous situation, costing me hundreds to repair my car for the sake of some gym kit in my boot.
The car park itself is fine except for the mad signage. You enter the gates with a big sign saying Q-Park. As you go down the layers you see a lot of parking spaces that are reserved for various companies (can’t park there), some ‘available’ signs in either red and green lettering (why are some red and some green?, but all spaces taken that day), some spaces with no signs (either too small or taken that day), and then spaces ‘Reserved for Just Park Customers’. Remember this is a Q-Park car park. On the day I visited it was quite full and difficult to know where I could leave the car. In the end I had to ask another member of the public who said I could park where the Just Park signs were and I had to trust that he was correct. Why doesn’t Q-Park just leave all available spaces where members of the public can park without any signs at all? Or if there must be signs in every parking space then there should be a clear legend as you enter the car park. Did somebody get bored in lockdown and thought it a good idea to reinvent signage? Unbelievable and definitely not customer friendly!
To anyone who is reading this review. Please please please do not use this car park. What a nightmare that we had. Chose this car park because it was within walking distance from all the shops we wanted to visit. It said 24/7 CCTV camera for security for peace of mind. Even the hourly rate was relatively high at £10. Thought it would be safe to park indoor instead of in the street. Arrived at 15:13 and return after shopping and dinner at 20:20. Paid £ 60 and return to car and found boot window smashed. Things in boot have gone Asked for footage of security camera but was told we need to obtain a crime reference number. Given number to ring police which took nearly 40 mins to get through. Was given a link to fill details in and need to wait for 48 hours before they would forward a crime reference number. Then checked the reviews of this car park. Truly regretted that I did not look at the reviews before parking. Nearly every review was about their car broken into. Absolutely appalling reviews record about this car park. Please read other victims reviews and make up your mind .
Don't park here. We had our car smashed on New Year's Eve, taking all sorts of belongings, including sensitive documentation. It is curious that the car park is presented with an award as one of the safest car parks in London, which makes it even more suspicious that countless thefts occur. The attention of the car park leaves much to be desired, plus it is noteworthy that the day they stole above our car there was a camera just below where we had parked, which makes you think that between the amount of thefts that there are and the door that asks for a code and ONLY access to the car park is open, the car park has something to do with these thefts ... I understand their policy that they are not responsible for thefts, but I do not understand why they do not guarantee the security that anyone can enter, being the door wide open without the need to insert the pin, leaving free entry to anyone. I strongly advise against parking in this car park, not only because of the thefts, but also because it gives a very bad feeling....
Overall I was very happy with this carpark. I needed a place nearest Piccadilly to park overnight and found this offered the best reviews based on security, and having used other spots in Leicester Square and Soho before (with not great security) I was wary of leaving my car overnight. Pros: Central London; Secure entry/exit; price point similar to other Central London Car Parks; online booking system; number plate recognition Cons (and reason for 4star): Very little signposting (esp when driving near tall buildings and the sat nav gets sketchy); Very tight parking bays for my Qashqai (passengers and luggage had to be ejected before I parked); Bays for "Q-Park pre-bookings" unclear however many signs for "Just Park pre-bookings" which resulted in a lot of driving through the levels and hoping the unmarked bays were the safe ones to park in. Despite the cons, I would definitely use this again and be better prepared with the directions and logistics
I love this parking. You will probably agree with me by the end of the review. If you use Just park app (you can book this parking cheaper by 50% - whole day 28 gbp) . If you check around you will observe all parking spaces nearby are at least £50 for a day. Not this one. Online booking via app in 2 minutes. The parking is bang in the center of London. Picadilly circus is literally 3-5 minute walk. Through just park you can book whole day in just 28 pounds. If you park in London you would be accustomed to small gates, narrow entries etc. Not this one. Mechanism, number of parking spaces, space, lifts, all great. All around this place the parking is £50 above for same time.. I have used it 4-5 times and will continue to use for places like, Soho, Oxford Street, Picadilly, licester Square, Covent garden etc. Hope, the review helps to save some money
DO NOT PARK IN THIS CAR PARK! Our back window was smashed on the 13th of November and our belongings were taken from the boot of the car. There are several reviews stating that people’s cars have been broken into which leads me to believe that this is definitely an inside job. I called the police and obtained a crime reference number and they kindly reviewed the CCTV footage for us and came back with “they were wearing caps and masks so we cannot see theirs faces” “I can see the car alarm going off and people running around” There is obviously nothing they can do about this as the thieves cannot be identified. I regret not reading the reviews prior to parking here. There is no staff on site to monitor who comes in and out but obviously that’s the whole point. This car park is NOT SAFE, I repeat NOT SAFE. Extremely disappointed.
As many other reviews (which I now regret not reading before parking) had my car broken into along with another car a couple of spaces to the side of me right in FRONT OF CCTV. Inside job me thinks. Took our bags . Happened between 7pm and 10.15pm. No staff on site. When buzzed on the speaker the other victim was told they couldn’t do anything, no access to cctv , to fill out a form etc. complete waste of time. DO NOT PARK HERE. UPDATE: Obviously a waste of time when liaising with QPark customer services. The expected usual lines of how sorry they are blah blah, park at own risk blah blah, don’t accept liability blah blah was given. Offered to refund my parking as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ but only after I had provided proof of payment because they obviously lost the records for that along with the cctv footage.
NOT SECURE !! THIEVES RUNNING RIOT ! Look at the pictures of the thieves checking the cars with torches recorded on this Tesla car guardian camera's. Q-park claim their car parks are secure but they are not ! It's about time they took security seriously ! How to these thieves gain entry through the supposed door system ? Maybe the staff are in on it ? How come all the CCTV they have doesn't deter the multiple break ins that occur ? Avoid these car parks until they actually become secure, because I tell you at the moment, I know many colleagues who have fallen victim across al of London in various Q-parks & enough is enough !! Take a parking ticket on the street instead and your car will be secure than in a q-park where a hot bed of thieves operate completely unopposed !!
Great parking stop. Was a little nervous and had some trepidation after reading all the reviews of break-ins etc… and the reviews of other spots close by. But, thankfully, no issues. Secure, keyed entry (although, granted it’d be so easy to piggy-back your way in). Nice cars in the lot. Rolls, Porsches etc… NOTE: might struggle with high vehicles. SUV, Rangie, Cadillac etc… Parked all day. £40. Some say expensive, but it’s London! Paris was €35-50. Lift worked fine and it was clean. Not sure what this place is like super late at night, but the immediate area is high-end/lux. Just like any city really, make sure nothing valuable is on public display in your car. We had no issues.
Was slightly apprehensive leaving my car given some reviews. Entering the carpark I found that many local businesses and residents use this carpark for some real high end cars. The place was well lit and there was no evidence of broken glass anywhere. Car was parked for x3 days with no issues. I would not hesitate to park here again. The bays are tight but no tighter than you’d expect, there is no menacing high kerbs to navigate on each floor which was nice. 9/10 only losing a point for price but it was central London after all.
Do NOT park here - parked for less than 2 hrs and back of car was smashed and someone else's car also not far from mine (see photos) Parked there before and JustPark have not changed the code to access and the emergency access allows thieves to get in anyway so they're spoilt for choice! Found they threw my bits all over the place by the lift and also at the top of the emergency exit, thankfully a homeless man the next day was able to find some of my bits and call me from my business cards to let me know
Easy to find, lots of free parking (it was a Sunday night), we had no security issues, some very expensive cars there. We parked a Q7 without any issues though spaces are tight for a car that size. I was a bit worried about security based on other reviews but we had no problems and did not see any evidence of car break ins. We used Just Park to make the booking, the instructions they provided were very clear and we didn't have any problems getting in or out.
(Via justpark)...The code isn't working... I revisited my point of view ... OK justpark code was not working but they refund me , so congratulations for this honesty... OK I have to paid full tarif Qpark (39 for 4 hours ! never had to paid so much in my life for a parking...Paris Vendôme is 2 time cheaper!) I think that Justpark code is working at specific times (for ex 8h ...) but with London traffic jam we need a little flexibility ;-)
Do NOT park here!!! Our car was broken into today, when supposedly no one can enter the ‘secure’ car park. Staff wouldn’t help us and refused to show us security camera footage. Thousands of pounds worth of our belongings were stolen. What’s the point in paying these ridiculous rates when they just let people break in to vehicles?!! Serious damage to our car too. If you care about your belongings and your car DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK.
No issues at all. Well priced for the area. Plenty of spaces. Code system worked fine. Lose 1 star for toilets being closed (no sign). Not sure about the review mentioning security. You need a code to access the loo y, stairs or lifts and you can't just walk through the gates. The only people in there would be customers or staff. Every time we went in or out there was someone at the door. Would use it again for Mayfair/Soho/etc
Great parking location for the shops and to eat in central London. Easy access to Piccadilly as well as Oxford and Regent Street. The spaces are tight but still managed to park out Lexus RX without any issues. Felt safe and access in and out via the lift was quick and easy. As a tip, it’s a good idea to take a screen grab of the Just Park page with the entry and exit codes on so they are easy to find when you are there.
Car broken into, window smashed. Same for the car parked next to me. Several people stopped to tell me that this happened all the time in this car park. Security were helpful but are looking after other car parks as well. Basically, no-one cares about the stress caused by these regular incidents here or they’d address it rather than posting responses to reviews posted by other ‘victims’ denying there’s a problem.
Excellent underground parking at the heart of London (Mayfair). Plenty of spaces, wide bays, very secure - you can't get in without your unique time sensitive pin. You can see all sorts of super cars, rare antiques etc. being parked there which only assure you that your car is indeed going to be parked in the car park where you can go around your business without worrying about the safety of your car.
SCAM THEY ROB YOUR CAR SEE OTHER REVIEWS THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE! CAR PARK REFUSE TO HELP OR SHOW CAMERAS. Wish I looked at reviews before parking. The car parking claims to be secure with security guards on patrol not the case. From comments made by staff i believe they know what happened. So secure they didn't even know my car had been broken into or heard my car alarms. PAY TO GET ROBBED.
3 out of 5 star as lack of security patrol. Based on earlier reviews which worried me, I'd expect better security presence. 3rd time I've used this car park and no issues other than the "worry" of having my car broken into based on other reviews. If security was increased which is clearly possible given the amount of money they make, then it would be 5 star.
Would definitely recommend using JustPark as they operate that this Car Park. Pin number to get in and out provided on an email in advance with really simple instructions. The Car Park itself seems very secure. It's very well kept, nice and clean and tidy. It's in a lovely part of London so you'll get the see the nice surroundings too.
We hadn’t read the reviews when we parked here and when we looked later on we ran back to the car - ours was fine but we saw another that had been broken into, surrounded by broken glass. We didn’t have to scan anything to get in on foot, the door was just open - £10 per hour is extortionate when it’s not even safe
Had nasty experience here today. Car got broken into..window smashed and items stolen. No sign of security personnel at the help desk and no button to press to alert staff. Have no idea how someone managed to get into this so called 'secure' carpark and commit a crime. Won't be parking there again that's for sure!!
Booked this car park through 'JustPark'... absolute nightmare. Code didn't work to exit after hours. Only option was to call Q-park who didn't want to know just wanted to charge me again at a much higher rate than I had already paid, even though I could 100% prove I had already paid. Park somewhere else nearby!
This is a secure car park easily accessible from the M40. Whilst a little pricey you can at least rest assured that your car is safe and will still be there when you get back from whatever you are doing in London. It is really central with major shopping areas just a couple of minutes walking distance away.
DO NOT PARK HERE. My car was broken in to, along with 5 other cars. Car park staff will not provide CCTV footage and offered nothing. Police obviously didnt do anything. NOT EVEN CHEAP RATES and valuables taken from a 'secure' car park. Absolutely horrible when you're so far away from home as well!
I've always found this to be a great place to park and have used it many times, it's very central situated just behind Regent Street. It's not the cheapest however the location makes up for that, it's also very secure and there are customer toilets. I've never had a problem finding a space.
DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! My car got broken in. Lost all valuables and found my suit cases at the back of emergency exit. I wish I have read the reviews before I parked here. Another car has passed by me with a broken rear window. And that guy told me they lost 2 laptops and more.
Closest place I have found to regent street which is a reasonable price. Did pre booking through just park app. Works out alot cheaper than buying from pay and display machine. Loads of parking available. It is in the congestion zone for those who have older cars.
Car has been broken into (smashed car windows) and all personal possessions taken. There is a camera above the car park staff are refusing to help. This must have been an inside job. DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute disgrace.
SMASHED WINDOW DO NOT PARK!!! Do not park at Q-Park Burlington Street, Mayfair !!! Back window was smashed. No security officers present on site, so organised crime can operate undisturbed. There were signs of broken glass from other vehicles as well.
Scanning ticket would not work for ages and nobody answered phone, then when we got to the gate for exit the machine just kept on saying ticket upside down no matter what way you inserted it. All the gear and no idea springs to mind! avoid.
My sister had her car broken into at this so called 'secure' carpark and equipment stolen. No sign of security onsite to stop this from happening. I will definitely not be using this carpark and will be recommending others against it also.
Our car was smashed into last night, on floor 4a. over £8k of equipment stolen! Glass everywhere, security nowhere to be found. Could have been like that for hours and no-one there had noticed. We were parked underneath a security camera.
Parked here today (10/12/23) and witnessed a grey Range Rover Vogue being broken into and robbed by a group of masked men in a black Renault Clio at 6:15pm - car alarm going off and selfridges bags etc stolen from the boot. As we were
Had our car broken into and a bag and belt stolen from the backseat, same with the car to the right of ours. Spoke to some residents who said it had happened to them a few weeks prior and seems to be an ongoing issue with the car park.
Good location. Good price for being close to picadilly circus. Paid £30 from a 12 to 7pm booking. But toilets are woeful, Q Park. It won't cost much to pay for a new toilet seat, a deep clean and a more toilet paper.
Pretty good spaces, easy to get in and out however the price and poor security is disappointing. Hide anything expensive, if you can't do park here, too many thefts and smashed windows in the car park
staff not on duty 24/7....secure carpark...expensive good rates and deals on Just Park...com link for help. Toilet is trashed dirty no toilet rolls waste water on the floor careful where you step.
we use the just park app and this carpark is absolutely brilliant, easy to find, easy to access, central in the west end and a toilet which is a first but very welcomed after a 200 mile carride
Read instructions if you book by online, they give you a code to enter to the car park. Don’t take the ticket in the entrance because you going to pay double and you don’t get refund for this.
The payment kiosk had issues and the parking assistant told me to try again. The system double charged my bank account. I tried to reach to them for a refund but no one is showing up
The police arrested two suspicious men in a car park today. One was drinking battery acid and the other was eating fireworks. They charged one and let the other one off.
Good parking located nearby the destination I was going to. Found via Just Park. Easy access and instructions on entry and exit. Good competitive prices too. Recommend
Good location and security. Always like a Q-Park. Lift was out and bathroom was embarrassingly disgusting. There was blood on the toilet seat and no loo roll. …
À convenient car park with valet service to have your car cleaned at the same time. The car park price is ok but can quickly be expensive, otherwise clean & secure
Car windows smashed during early daytime - contents stolen - no security to be found. Pedestrian door does not seem to be secure most times. Avoid at all costs.
Our goto parking location when visiting Central London - spaces are not a bad size - Porsche Taycan fits fairly well and no dangerous curbs to ruin your rims !!
Parked here to go to London Palladium. Great location. Secure car park a d reasonable price for central London. Booked through just park and good communication.
Parking is fine..pre-pay wasn't recognised by the machine and had to wait, holding up cars behind me for 10mins at the exit gate. Toilets were also shut.
Not safe parking car. Paid £1O/hr for the servuce. Our car was broken when parking inside the car park Level 2. No guard around when the incident happen.
Easy to book using Just Park. Reasonable price for such a city centre location it ticks all the boxes. Secure, clean and easy to find with Google maps.
No customers service very expensive i paid to book but i had to pay to go out £ 19.90 booking and £ 54.00 to go out it's not possible to talk to anyone
Secure parking facility unlike so many of the alternative brand car parks in London where you’ll return to find your car missing a window or two…
Poor security, avoid. Car got broken into and items stolen from vehicle. Security guard not interested and just told to ring customer service.
Good location and the cheapest West End secure parking I could find. Note: book prior to arrival via JustPark app for much cheaper pricing.
My car just got broken into at this car park. Supposedly a secured underground parking with security guard who was nowhere to be seen.
Parked here for the first time this evening. Booked via Just Park. Lot was safe and secure. Codes worked perfectly. Would use again.
Great price and location, was very easy to enter and exit. Will definitely use again if I need to drive in to London again.
Well organised, secure car park. Drive up prices quite expensive but I booked on the Justpark app and saved about 30%
Conveniently located near Regent Street. Booking through their app allow a pretty big discount on the hourly price.
Can’t fault it. Paid online. Used the codes to get in. Secure car park and reasonable prices for London too. Thanks
DO NOT USE THIS CARPARK JUST HAD 2 LAPTOPS AND A VALUABLES TAKEN OUT OF THE CAR VIA A BRICK THROUGH THE WINDOW
Great place to park, had no issues with parking like other reviews said. May be a one off but will park again
Secure parking. Gated. Pin entry & cctv. Good price. If the spaces had been a bit wider I'd have scored it 5⭐
Really good and secure parking, plenty of room around your vehicle and an on-site toilet that is very handy.
Had rear window smashed and side window damaged in this "secure" car park. Pedestrian door not secure.
Terrible. No security here and cars are broken into on a daily basis. Park here at your own risk!
Avoid! Car window was smashed and possesions stolen. Not secure at all.. felt very unsafe.
My car got broken into and on your website it says secure how on earth can it be secured!!
Peace of mind near to picadilly less than 5 minute walking i highly recommend.
Well lit, good parking via just park app. Probably can just turn up.
Grat place to park and reasonably priced for a weekend stay
Great parking instructions given in the JustPark app.
Do not park here. Cars actively get broken into
Safe and secure parking. We'll lit.
Not to expensive and easy to park
