I have been a huge fan of Pure indulgence for many years and sent many of my clients their way ...after my experience there last year and my subsequent letter to management and Nothing was done I have never and will never go back ... my pure bliss package experience was far from relaxing with staff chatting and laughing about their weekend right outside my door for at least 20 minutes , washing up of pots in the back area where the noise was completely amplified and the doof doof music from the shop next door the entire time through the experience... I had just lost my father and really needed to unwind and relax....I sent a letter to management to which the response was we have no control over the shop next door .... end of story.

Today I had my manicure and pedicure done at Pure Indulgence Carindale Concept Store. For hands, I was expecting trimming of cuticle and uniform and precise application of polish (without spilling over cuticle and bulging at the tip of the nail). As can be seen from the photo, I walked away disappointed. The unfortunate thing is that the nail technician didn't even have sufficient lighting to perform the manicure thoroughly. Surely, if a manicure service is offered, the technician providing it should at least have an appropriate lamp to be able to see clearly.

One of the best experiences I've ever had. I had Kiera as my therapist, she showed so much professionalism and I knew I was in good hands cause she really had so much knowledge about her job. Not only did she perform my session with great perfection the products she recommended me have done wonders for my face. In just two weeks I have noticed the biggest difference in my complexion . She is amazing at what she does 10/10 to kiera highly reccomed and I will definitely be back thank you so so much I'm so greatful.

It has been a long time between massages and my body was in desperate need of one. All I can say is Simone worked wonders. I’ve always put others first and never allowed myself to enjoy being pampered but today was the day! Alongside with the fabulous hour long massage Simone gave me, the staff were just lovely. Also the package deal was so cost effective that I’ve even booked further treatments!!!! Thank you so much for today, look forward to seeing you again soon!

Lovely facial at this place. Their products smell and feel beautiful on, and I came away feeling very refreshed. They do recommend and try to add on different treatments to suit your concerns (at more cost), however they are always happy for you to decline these optional extras. They do try to sell products at the end of the treatment, but this is to be expected and doesn't detract from the lovely service. Thanks ladies!

I had a pedicure here - honestly for the cost I wouldn’t recommend. Everything that was done is the exact same as if you went to one of the cheaper nail bars (but you pay a third of the price) which left me thinking - did I just pay $100 because it’s in a darkened room?! The assistant was extremely lovely don’t get me wrong, but the product is just not worth the cost they charge, for nails anyways.

I see Jordan at Pure Indulgence Carindale Concept every month for eyelash and brow tinting, she does the most amazing job and I leave the salon feeling wonderful!! The salon is very stylish and comfortable and staff are all so friendly and helpful especially with product choices, they always offer samples of the products so you can try them first. I would highly recommend the salon to anyone!

I saw Olivia for my first ever facial and I could not have been more impressed. My consultation was super helpful and informative, and I was very happy with the treatments she selected for me. The whole experience was so relaxing and my skin looks amazing. I wanted something to give my skin a boost and take some relaxing time to myself and this was perfect. I will definitely be back.

Had the most amazing facial with Liz from Carindale Concept. Liz,s massage technique was incredible and you could tell she was experienced in what she does. This was my last facial from a bundle deal and I will be sure to book with Liz from now on. I even had to buy two products she used which I never do. I took my twins to this salon for their first teenage facial. All the girls were very welcoming and Keira and Jo are just the best. They really looked after my boys who were a bit apprehensive at first but came out loving the experience! Very informative about products without making you feel like you have to purchase everything! I am with Pure Indulgence now for many years and always a wonderful experience. This time it was Rachel who did my treatment and it was like stepping in another world. I had an amazing experience last week when I had an hour massage. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was such a peaceful experience from start to finish. They were able to help me fully relax. I even fell asleep during the massage. I will definitely be returning and telling my friends and family to come here.

Have been going to Pure Indulgence for years and pre-purchasing their facial packages. Was very disappointed to find out that there is now a 20% surcharge on Sundays! Even with pre-purchased packages. I have had nothing but positive experiences in-store, but find this new charge outrageous.

I would have to say my experience so far at Pure Indulgence Carindale has been enjoyable. The staff are prodigious at their jobs, they all display superb customer service skills and are always presentable with a friendly approach which is uplifting.

Simone from the Carindale concept - always leaves me feeling refreshed, hydrated and glowing. Every minute of her facials is pure bliss. I love looking forward to my monthly facials with her and always being so accomodating to my skin needs!

My favourite salon. Conveniently located within Westfield, Pure Indulgence has something (ok many things) for all. Beautiful products, services and treatments provided by their very friendly but professional staff. Highly recommended
