I’ve been to two of these storage places with this specific company and both times they messed up financially. I rented one years ago on a deal where I was supposed to get the first month half off, and I never got it. I only had the unit for a few months and each month they charged the full price and when I called they promised I would get it, “next time.” Then when I closed the unit they said they can’t do refunds so I was out of luck. Then I helped a friend get her own unit. I didn’t trust this place but it was her choice. I paid for the first month for her and made sure that the thing I signed didn’t indicate any recurring charges. I used a credit card I rarely use and six months after I paid that charge, I got a random charge to the credit card from them. My friend checked her receipts to see if they had somehow charged one of her bills to it but she didn’t have anything that was that same price. When I called them, they said it wasn’t their problem and I would have to do a chargeback. I had to cancel the credit card and report it as fraud. I will never use them and will discourage all my friends from doing so.

AWFUL!! I’m going on my 3rd month at this not so fine establishment and so far it’s been brutal!! Public Storage was nice enough to “opt me in” to Orange Door rental insurance that i simply want to cancel. I was told I had to physically come in and sign a paper. I’ve been outside this location over an hour during business hours with a very locked door and now unanswered phone. The site manager came out at one point but told me, “I think he is at lunch and no I cannot let you sign a paper on my day off.” Keep in mind this is only one of TWO times I’ve needed on site assistance at all. Last time I was here during business hours as well but a locked door and no one inside. I no longer wonder how their storefront window was able to be vandalized as it is today. I just wonder where the heck I’m going to take my things because this place is wack!! Total JOKE!!

I was so impressed with Public Storage and Mike especially. My daughter was in an abusive situation that I was helping her get out of. I made the reservation for one day, changed it to a sooner day a few hours later, and did it at the last minute the next day. Mike was so helpful. He had no issues moving things around to accommodate us. When we arrived he started out with giving my daughter a hard time. He made her laugh almost immediately, and kept her smiling the whole time we were there. Then he told her if she is ever there and doesn't feel safe for any reason to come to the office and he would address it. I can't tell you how much this experience meant to me and my daughter. A million times thank you!

Had to wait for a bit while the computers ran slow, but Mike was very nice about it and kept apologizing. Just glad I didn't have another appointment set up that I had to get to, but I was still out of there within 40 minutes, including paperwork and checking out the space. I didn't realize I would have to pay for insurance when I reserved the unit so that's an extra $11-15 per month on the price I wasn't expecting, but at least my stuff is insured if anything should happen, so that's okay I guess. All in all a good experience and the place seems pretty clean and secure. I'm happy.

All Right People! First! I want you to know that the $1.00 first months rent comes with some hidden charges. DO NOT BLAME THE SITE You must pay for their insurance if you dont have your own and you must pay for a specialized lock (no exceptions). Make sure you pay your rent on time or you could lose your items. They are considerate enough to give you a couple of courtesy calls. Management stays on the property so that's comfort in knowing someone is always keeping an eye out for you. Finally! One of the best priced locations in town.

I have had a storage unit at this location since March. The lanes are far worse than they were when we moved in, and they started out awful. There is one spot where you will definitely dip down into a pot hole the size of a crater. When I'm paying $100 a month for a 10x10 space with no electricity or lighting I shouldn't have to worry about damage to my vehicle getting in and out of my storage. Giving two stars instead of one only because the customer service at this location has always been amazing.

I went and paid for my storage space yesterday and the experience was fast and easy. Bre helped me and she was informative and covered everything I needed to know about renting my unit. She was so nice and gave me recommendations on things to do to make sure my things would be safe from any type of condensation that could result from the weather. No problems at all and I am happy I chose PS.

I use 2 different locations, the Blessing is Bobbi, has and does assist me with any issues at this property on James A Reed too. Few times when I was MISINFORMED, Bobbi as soon as she returned contacted me quickly to keep me a Happy Customer. She is a Kind Employee and does her job well. I hope Public Storage gives her Raises and knows the GREAT WORKER she is.

Looked at the Google Reviews and WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Mike was every bit as awesome as the reviews! Unit is great, and we feel our stuff is safe. The insurance isn't really an "option," but it's the most reasonable for rates without tacking on a bunch to renter's or homeowner's insurance. Feel free to call and check them out!!

Yesterday, I had a great experience at Public Storage. I was helped by a young man named Dave. He was very friendly and alert. He broke everything down in detail for me and he was very knowledgeable about renting a storage unit. Even though I didn't complete my reservation, I will definitely return to rent from Dave. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rented space today, ready to start filling it. Property manager was very helpful. Make sure to download the app for entry. Gate explains process and this app will assist. Take pictures of all items for insurance or lose your stuff with insurance. This is from experience, manager didn't have to explain.

This is one of the best storage's in town. The manger Micheal Cunningham, is very professional and goes out of his way to please the customer. I think he has a gift for this position and he is always smiling. I would recommend his place of business to anyone. You've got the rest but he is the best.

Mike was very great and patient in helping me get a storage unit. He provided great advice and options on getting a great until for the amount of items I have to store. Very friendly and attentive. Very great knowledge of his job. Mike did an outstanding job better what expected!
