I disliked this brand after having shopped at Prouds Chermside. Marnie has saved the Prouds name. I will only shop at the Brookside store thanks to her. She is a great asset to your team. A lovely young woman with fantastic customer service. When I buy jewelry here I know I will get an honest and incredibly helpful opinion from her. She even thinks of things I have not, like the strength of a chain for a pendent and how low a pendent will sit and what looks best. When I had a chain break I was dreading and worried about going back for a exchange (thanks to the treatment of the Chermside store), Marnie made the experience fun. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I cannot convey my relief or how wonderful Marnie's customer service is!

We took a necklace in to be repaired as one of the links were broken. We were told that this would take more than three weeks to be fixed and returned to the store. That's fine we were happy to wait. Three weeks Later we received a phone call to say it was back in store BUT weren't able to be fixed Upon picking this up we have noticed that the necklace another link has been cut in half for some unknown reason with no apology or anything. We then took necklace to Arana jewellers to get a second opinion and it took three days to to receive back in perfect condition. go elsewhere!!! Arana jewellers will be getting my business in future!

Reasonable competitive jewellery prices! Windows all decorated for Christmas! Friendly advice provided when choosing a prescious gift! Wheelchair access is available! Prouds is inside the Brookside Shopping Centre that provides restrooms & excellent parking facilities! THERE IS A GREAT SALE ON AT THE MOMENT! It's June! So be proud & lash out!!!

Neve always goes above and beyond to keep me in the loop with each step and has been nothing but helpful. From the moment you step into the store, her bubbly and vibrant personality is all you get. The ladies working on the day I went in were very knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions I had regarding a purchase. Even with my very curious daughter by my side, the woman who helped us ensured it was a calming and fun process. She was competitive with the purchase price too. Very clean store with beautifully displayed items.

Visited this store 7th May, found a jewellery box we liked and was then served by lovely young lady, Neve. Neve found a new one in a box and then checked to make sure it was in perfect order. Neve took the time to provide great customer service and should be commended for that. Thank you Neve.

We visited on a quiet weekday with very few customers in the store, there might have been more staff than customers. We were pleasantly greeted by the staff who could not be more helpful . We have bought a few things the years and can recommend the store and staff to others .

My fiance and I could not be happier with our experience at this store. Emma who served us went above and beyond to assist in finding the perfect engagement ring. Her expertise in jewellery and genuine care for the customer made a fantastic shopping experience.

Received great service here when buying a pendant necklace. The lady that helped me was fast, friendly and so helpful. There was a wide range of items to choose from. I actually left the store happier than when I arrived.
