Let me be clear, the only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of the two ladies who were serving. The pharmacist on Sunday night was so damn slow, and from what I can tell, would only serve one person, get their medication completely filled out, before he will even talk to the next person. I ended up grabbing a chair and sitting at the counter, after sitting there for 15-20 mins, he finally took my script but didn't mention anything about how long it would take, so I moved the chair back to the original location and had a literal nap. After 15 minutes my script was done and I could finally be on my way. Keep in mind it was dead quiet on a Sunday night. When I went to the counter the assistants were very apologetic about the wait and really turned the experience around. I ended up talking to them for a while and their customer service skills were great. The snail pharmacist didn't like that I was talking to them and kept a close eye on us walking through aisles where he could make it known he didn't approve. Sorry man but multiple customers are stating they won't come back because of how ridiculously slow the scripts side is, and only staying because the assistants are saving your butt with customer service skills. If you want friendly, come here, if you want fast, make sure it's during a weekday or make the extra drive to the next pharmacy!

Very bad experience and very disappointed on the managements at this Priceline. I walked in this store for three times based on the discount information given by the staff. Today is the third time and I had been told that the product I want to buy is not on sale and I have to pay in full price. I said I came here just because the staff said the product is on half price sale twice to me since last week. I spent my time and my fuel cost to be here for just buying their products but the manager said they can’t do anything for me now because that is the verbal conversation and I don’t have any written proof for what the staff told me. Actually I am not angry about the staff as she tried to help me check the price in the system twice before and notified me what time I can come to buy it at the half price. I just angry about the manager’s reply which is not responsible and unfair for customers. Also, they have to provide professional training for their staffs and how to support customers rather than getting rid of their responsibilities on customers when they provide the misleading information to customers. Sooooooooo frustrating and disappointing!!!!! Honestly, Very unsupportive store for customers.

Walked into this branch since I wanted to enquire about a blood sugar monitor . have been planning to buy some for quite some time . the staff here was very informative . detail explanation was provided of every product and also how they differ . why some brands are expensive and some cheaper but better . would have definitely picked one up . however staff explained that I may not be able to take it to Melbourne incase I don’t have any checked in luggage option . I will go visit a priceline in Melbourne and pick up one of the models the staff recommended . I wish all the pharmacy staff were as friendly .

Excellent quality staff. I felt represented from my experience there today, I was listened to and believed about a script that was issued to me 4 days ago only to be told by other pharmacists with total disregard and disrespected with regards to the information provided by my doctor. However, Priceline provided me with a sense of community and a feeling like I mattered. Will be my preferred chemist from now on! Thankyou Priceline!

I shopped here yesterday. Very nice store and more stock than at Tea Tree Plaza store. Was served by Kerri….so friendly and helpful. Not pushy but guided me to products I was looking for and helped me make the right colour choice. Reminded the checkout lady that I qualified for a Freebie product that I didn’t know about so wouldn’t have missed. Good service at the checkout also. Will definitely make this my go to Priceline store.

Couldn't hold onto good staff because pay was poor. Relationships with Managers and Pharmacist are strained which made it very hard to do your job. Over worked and underpaid. Little to no support from HO. The good staff either leave or seem to get fired for no reason. Some good managers still around but probably not for long. Only good person working there they got rid of.

As today and per last visit to this Chemist I'm pretty happy with the range of products, click and collect services and customer care services. Also for the first time after years purchasing in other Chemists I received in this one very useful samples. Thanks. If the customer service quality keeps unchanged I'm going to keep buying here.

friendly and professional staff, Usually less busy than other pharmacies. A prescription medicine takes less time than other pharmacies. The only negative side is less variety and low stock on few items. So if you are looking for variety then this is not the great place but for prescription medicines it should be your first preference .

So handy that this place is open until 9pm, 7 days a week. They have a pharmacist on site during all their opening hours, so you can het your prescriptions filled here, which is very useful. They have all the big brands, at pretty good prices. The staff here are always super polite, like old-fashioned customer service. Highly recommend.

I would rather give negative stars if i can. Just go and change the opening hours of your pharmacy. I was not well and i even rushed to this pharmacy and it was 7:45 PM when i reach there and it was close. Why dis you guys mention it is open till 9:00 Pm on weekend. Its very bad for this type big pharmacy to have this type of comment.

Helpful staff, always great service from Renata. Often the pharmacy will accommodate needs, used to price match but haven't last few visits. Perhaps due to different pharmacist. Some front staff can be caught up in conversations and gossip which makes it hard to approach to ask questions especially of medical nature.

Had a terrible experience today just waiting to pick up a script. Pharmacist on duty didn’t even acknowledge that there were people waiting. I understand he was helping someone else but you need to acknowledge when people are in line and waiting. Might need more pharmacists on duty at this time in the morning!

I went to get 100 points signed from pharmacist for my document. He was so arrogant and rude he did not attended me at all and shouted from far distance saying “come tomorrow I got so much to do “ so arrogant and rude his behaviour was! Is this how you treat a customer! So arrogant unprofessional this man is!

I purchased an ointment from here, and next day while I was browsing through Cole's supermarket medicine section, found the same ointment priced at 25% less (without any specials), may be a one off case .. But overall, lot of variety for beauty products , and quick service..and open till 9 pm on weekdays

Staff really rude, I won’t recommend this Priceline. I need a signature from pharmacist, I understand if you don’t wanna sign it that’s fine. You don’t need to be rude and told me “We don’t sign in this Priceline, go to other Priceline”. Are you a special Priceline or what?

The chemist repeatedly do not fill my online medication request even after confirming with the store that they do use their online ordering facility. I have waited hours and days after completing the online order, to go into the store and have them say it's not ready

The weekend staff (one individual in particular) are extremely rude and condescending. Elderly customers are treated disrespectfully. When complaints were made against the staff member, my father was told to not come on the weekend (to avoid the staff member)!

Why are you pushing your generic medicine on people! It’s not right! My husband spoke to a pharmacy assistant and specifically asked for Codral Day & Night and what was he given? Some generic brand which he didn’t ask for! Extremely sly and unacceptable!

After saying they would order in a medication for me, they ordered in the more expensive brand. I had to get it because I was out of the medication and needed it, but I don't think that's appropriate.
