Disgusting place stay away!! If I could give 0 I would. My daughter went in for a quote and got judged and talked down to like she was stupid. Of course my daughter is not a hairdresser so it was inappropriate for her to be laughed at for not knowing the accurate name of the colour she was wanting. They repeatedly talked about how she used box hair colour like it was the worse thing in the world. They then made her an appointment which was almost $400. Then told her she needed these other shampoos etc which was $80+ which she felt pressured into buying. She walked out feeling so embarrassed and horrible. Of course I went to return the products and canceled her appointment. She had plenty of money to spend here but of course why should she after the horrible service she received. No way should they make anyone feel horrible!! They are meant to make you feel good about yourself.. not only did they loose that money but also the upkeep and even more overpriced products and the word of mouth this place will get from now on. Disgusting behaviour! Do not recommend. Credit to the woman that did the return she was polite and apologetic although not her fault.

Coloured my hair vibrant hot pink instead of rose gold. Did show her a picture when making the appointment and the day of to confirm. She would only wash my hair out once and refused to do it anymore times. Paid and left in a hurry because it was left up to me to fix and had a limited time before I had work. Washed it numerous times before work and did not do much to the colour. Was told it would fade and it did not. Had to go to another hair dresser and the the colour stripped. Contacted corporate and they are poorly organised. The previous person who was assigned my case left and someone else was left to pick up their work. They called to apologise and said they would get back to me. When they finally did they offered me to go in free to get it fixed. It had already been fixed because at least a month had passed due to their lack of organisation. Corporate said they will call me back after speaking to the owner but they can only do what they can do. Offered me a $100 gift card for their lack of organisation. Never received. Do not go to this salon for anything besides a hair cut.

To preface, this is my husbands google account. I had the wonderful experience to be with Alicia (sorry if it’s incorrect spelling) and I can honestly say it was the most warm, welcoming and absolutely fantastic experience I’ve had in a salon. I came in with what I call a ‘box dye break down’ and I was met with no judgement for the state of my hair, not up-sold into any treatments for my hair that I wasn’t wanting and overall an extreme talent for hairdressing. The salon itself had an extremely calm and relaxing environment so it was very much a luxurious experience. The results I had from my hair were unexplainable! No one would believe what I walked in looking like to how I walked out. All staff were extremely well mannered and polite and it made the experience even more enjoyable. Alicia especially underestimated her talent in hairdressing and as a first time customer I can genuinely say she’s earned a lifetime one. I can’t recommend my stylist and this salon and higher! Thank you for bringing me my confidence back and feeling myself again!

Brad did a amazing Job on my hair , he made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome however I was given false information arrival upon with my two friends, I enquired about a trim with a wash included and wash told $27 and that it would also come with a blow dry I thought this was an extremely good deal so I booked in and came back half an hour after receiving my service I went to the register to pay however was told that the total was $79.95 I was shocked to hear this number after being told $27. After I broke down in tears because my mother can’t afford $80 on a hair cut the lady working said this happens all the time when people can’t afford it, she said she would place me on a payment plan, I’m extremely upset about this she clearly stated $27 for a trim , wash and blow dry (three people heard the same exact thing) no other amount then $27 was mentioned to me. I definitely won’t be coming back!

I had the worst experience of customer service in my life at this salon a while back, staff were vile in the way they treated me. I wanted a cut and colour and was booked in by appointment. The hairdresser refused to do my hair as she said a colour treatment would damage it too much, I disagreed and felt as though she simply was just strapped for time and did not want to do it for that reason. They ended up calling in the area manager who said my hair was fine to be coloured and so the area manager had to do her job for her, though left it for her to style and she purposely styled it in a way that looked ridiculous and the fact I could see the other staff smirking made what was occurring seem evident. I returned the other day to purchase products and the same staff are working there from that occasion and to this day are beyond rude in their manner of speaking to customers.

I booked in to have my hair trimmed with curls added as I was going to work straight after this. When I arrived I showed the hairdresser a photo of how I normally get my hair done and she said no problem. At the wash station she wiped all of my makeup off my forehead after I told her I needed to go to work afterwards. After the cut she “curled” my hair and I’ve never seen such a botched job or curls done before. It looked as if she had never don them before, some were ringlets and there were random straight pieces. A few days later I washed and straightened my hair, that’s when I noticed how uneven and chunky the cut she had done was. The back had massive chunks way longer than the rest of my hair and I had to go to another hair dresser to have this fixed. I would not recommend this salon to anyone as this is not the first bad encounter I’ve had with this salon.

If you have short hair, going here is rolling the dice, and I would advise you to not risk it. My first time, I got a wonderful cut, and was so satisfied that I made a 6 week follow up appointment. I arrive for my follow up appointment to find that they had moved my appointment 30 minutes earlier and not told me - but that they can fit me in anyway. The hairdresser that cut my hair decided that "blended from number 1 to number 4" on my shaved side and back meant that I wanted the bottom half shaved at number 1 and the top half shaved at number 4, with no blending whatsoever. There is now an obvious line going around 2/3rds of my head. This quality of haircut is in no way worth the $50 they charge and I will not be returning to this salon.

First of all I just want to say that the ladies were lovely. They really were. We are travellers from interstate. I brought in 2 little girls to have trims. I must admit I was surprised at the cost but accepted we were in the city and pricings are always more expensive in the city. The lady cutting my girl's hair was beautiful and engaging. My girls were comfortable and happy to chat with the hairdresser. Unfortunately it's probably the worst hair cut on my daughter with dead straight hair. It was all over the place. Long strands here and there. I ended up taking her straight back to our local hairdresser and had her fix it. If the hairdresser was training that's fine but a heads up and a cheaper hair cut would have been appreciated.

I used to love coming here seeing a friendly face and leaving happy every time. Today (15/08/2019) I rang up and booked an appointment for 2 people. For eyebrow wax and tint and an eye lash tint. I booked it for 0515pm I arrived early 0505pm and I was told I was late I then was told that they only have time for 1 client and only for a eyebrow wax. If I book two people in, give two names and two specific requests I expect they are met. Poor service. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an experience like this. Definitely will not be going back. Tired of poor service. Fair to say I walked out of this salon and found another salon willing to take us in with a happy face and a good attitude. Definitely something your staff need to learn.

So expensive for a tiny, tiny trim!!!!!! I could not believe it cost nearly $50 to literally have dead ends trimmed off!!! Also waited 20 mins to be attended to while 5 (!) staff stood around the cash register and shared things on their phones. I know you might consider going to this salon for a quick repair job between cuts from a proper hairdresser, like I did, but seriously, don't! Wait for your proper hairdresser to come back from holidays!!!!! I paid more here than I would pay at a talented independent hair salon for a much, much worse job!!! I asked her to stop cutting so hair crisis averted, but still slightly traumatised by how much it cost...

Bad attitude and terrible service. I was with my friend when she had a haircut here at Price Attack in the Westfield's Garden City.Her haircut was really terrible, considering the fact that she paid $69.95 (haircut, hairwash and blowdry). But I saw Sarah only spent 20seconds blowdrying my friend's hair. She even told my friend to wipe off the hair on her face herself. She wanted a side bang but the hairdresser gave her a terrible choppy fringe. Clearly my friend was unhappy (I don't think anyone would be happy at all) and I was really shocked when the hairdresser even told her to go back to her old hairsalon.

I use a specific straightener for my thick hair and there are very few stockists. I called the morning my old straightener died after finding price attack had it in stock and Imaan went above and beyond to help me get the straightener because I couldn't drive out. Good customer service is hard to find these days but Imaan was top of the line, her exceptional customer service and helping me get my straightener and deliver it within a couple hours is something i'm forever grateful for. If I had a business I would definitely poach her to work for me or even train other companies on how customer should be.

The lovely Hairdressers at this salon where my hero, I needed a haircut last minute to attend a surprise wedding and they accommodated me with no prior booking at the end of the day when they normally would be closing. My hair has been growing out for years and was a real blank canvas in need of some care and it now looks sleek and elegant thanks to the lovely hairstylist expert skill. On top of that as someone who is growing out my hair it's easy to worry about losing to much length however the hair stylist took off exactly as much as I requested so my hair has maintained its length.

The staff make you feel that you are the only Custumer they. I have always enjoyed the way that the staff give their Customers the time and their expertise in selecting the operate products, They have great product knowledge and it makes it easy to select the product you need. The hair stylest Brad has a real art of making his Clinics feel relaxed and in good hands. Brad's personality is so Professional, colorful and has the ability to put his clinics as ease and feel that they are in such good hands. Brad has a warm & friendly personality and that is a real trate in his profession.

I was served by Brad today, who gave me an amazing undercut/pixie cut! I loved Brad's attitude while he was doing my hair and I love the final result. As a person with auburn hair, when I go to hairdressers a lot of the time there is a reluctance to cut my hair, to the point of ignoring what I've asked for in an attempt to keep it long which I find pretty frustrating. So Brad's excitement at the prospect of taking my shoulder length hair and cutting it as short as he did was a relief for me, and something I greatly appreciated.

Asked for blonde toner for my dark blonde hair so it wasn't so warm and I came out with hair so brown it was darker than my roots! When I called the hairdresser to explain what had happened I was told not to ever leave with wet hair again and that she had a lot of experience and it will wash out. Very dissapointing as it was Valentine's Day and I just loved being a blonde. I get toners through my hair all the time at hairdressers and never has my hair come out so brown -and uneven before.

I’ve been to this store on multiple occasions, all times I’ve received appalling customer service, with employees having disgusting attitudes, rude and degrading other customer appearances, no help, very abrasive behaviours. Other price attack stores do not share this attitude problem. Management should definitely take a look into this issue, as clearly their are other reviews about it.

I had the most amazing experience with Cristina. She refreshed my blonde colour and fixed a massive regrowth to perfection with a half head of foil. Super professional and pleasant hair dresser. The whole staff on was very lovely actually. Heard there is new management as per a couple of weeks ago, not sure how it was before but it's definitely reccomended now by me!

I was cut by Shae who is super knowledgeable, professional and welcoming all at the same time. She also gave me some epic tips for home colouring care and was super non-judgemental. I had some colour questions after my cut that were marvellously answered by Shanace. I highly recommend these fabulous ladies. They know their stuff and they'll treat you right.

Came in twice today, it was busy the first time so I came back later when no one was in there. The attendant went and talk to the workers in the hair dressing area and then stood at the counter on her mobile phone. I wasn’t spoken to or offered help at all. This seems to be a pattern whenever I come here.

Not worth the $80 price tag, there are much better alternatives in the shopping centre. The stylist seemed incompetent, I only realised this once she already cut my hair too short and unevenly. Should have checked the reviews before going in, you live and you learn but I would not recommend them.

After being mucked around by another hairdresser in the centre who couldn’t see me despite me having an appointment, Taj kindly fitted me in last minute to get a haircut. She was friendly and gave an ammmmaaaazing head massage. I was happy w the cut and she also styled my hair well. Thanks Taj!

I paid $30 for my 11 year old son’s simple haircut. It was very fast and his 1 blade was all blotchy n uneven I brought him back. They fixed the back but not the sides. Then I realised hair behind his ear had not been cut n fixed it myself instead. Not impressed for a $30 boy’s haircut

Disappointing experience with a hair styling. Staff (im assuming she was new) had a bad attitude and no styling skills. The other staff seemed lovely, and my friends hair was done very nice. I had to undo my hair and gotmy friend (with no experience) to fix and it was much better.
