A few years ago I purchased the majority of my furniture here, including a sofa and loveseat for my living room, the service was phenomenal (as you'd expect) and I wrote a review below detailing that experience, but I wanted to follow up regarding my most recent dealings with them. During the past few years, the service has been absolutely amazing despite me only stopping by to ask questions and order replacement parts with no need to make a new purchase. They've always been extremely patient and just as kind as they were when I first showed interest to purchase some furniture. Well last week I wanted to order all new cushions for both of the frames on my couches since I have alot of company and over time, any sofa naturally has wear and tear (especially with kids and pets). When I stopped by, I saw that the couch I had previously purchased was now available in a sectional which wasn't an option the time I initially purchased it. Instead of trying to upsell me on a new couch, the owner spent almost an hour with me between helping me to see if it was possible to convert my old sofa with new parts into a sectional, and checking on the computer to figure out how we can make it happen at the lowest cost, which was substantially lower than the cost of a new couch! Most stores would tell you it's not possible and push you towards a new purchase which didn't happen once! In the end he saved me around $600.00 and mentioned it would be around a 4 to 5 week wait for the new pieces. I recieved a call a week last (last night) and all of my parts came in to my surprise. I'm so sorry I don't remember everyone's names off hand, but to the Owner, Keith, and everyone else working there, thank you so much for being the best furniture store and probably the best long term customer service I've ever recieved from any company in my life! You can feel even better shopping here knowing that they're local, yet provide better prices and service than any of the big brand name furniture stores. I barely write reviews (due to a lack of free time), but this one is well deserved. I hope this helps anyone reading feel assured from my few years of experience and many visits with most of the staff. Best regards!

Very unprofessional behaviour! Staff puts in so much effort to build in a relationship with client Owner seems to be living in a different state of mind After committing for certain prices on goods When you walk in next day , the picture is completely different Highly do not recommend to deal with them as you will end up going there and ultimately they will change their mind and make a story to not sell the item on the price that was quoted yesterday They need to understand what professionalism is Ended up going there 3 days in a row with a newborn and parents just to be fooled on the final day of payment by saying ohh there was a slip of tongue on quoting prices yesterday Went there to purchase a bed set Liked it, ended up asking for a day and walking in the next day with confirmation Started looking for sofas Was quoted a price, based on bed set and sofa Owner mentioned several times this is the last piece and i want to get done with this We agreed, he also mentioned that after this goes off he can give 500-700 off on the display piece. We had plan just to get these two items While he was preparing an estimated bill We casually mentioned about buying a dinning table and some island chairs Ended up adding dinning table into the bill Estimation Next day you walk in you are forced to buy all three together or none would be sold Such a pathetic experience , walking in with a 2 months old for 3 days in a row just to be fooled by prices by the owner itself

Very happy with my purchase from Premier! I visited the showroom to look at sofas, and ended up buying a loveseat and chaise instead because we were worried about space in my apartment. I also purchased two nightstands and a matching chest because they had a nice selection and great prices. Keith was the one who helped us out, and was super friendly. The thing that impressed me most about Premier was how great they were at solving problems with our order. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with couches, and we ended up with the 3-seat sofa instead of the loveseat. This was a big issue because we could not physically fit the sofa into my apartment (due to the height/size of the hallway in my building), and we had brought the couch home on Saturday (the warehouse was closed at this point, and would not open again until Monday). Sunday morning, I called the Premier showroom to let them know what happened, and they immediately made things right. They offered to open the warehouse just for us later that afternoon, so we could drop off the sofa and pick up the loveseat. The fellow who helped us at the warehouse (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) was incredibly friendly and very apologetic, and loaded everything into our van for us. Less than 24 hours later, I had the proper loveseat sitting in my living room. I highly recommend Premier, and am super happy with all my furniture :)

My husband and I had the best experience shopping with the store owner Krunal. Shopping for furniture is a very stressful task, especially when you’re moving into an empty new home. The first set of couches we purchased were delivered the very next day (AMAZING). It came with Ashley’s tags and was a FRACTION of the cost Ashley’s quoted us. We ordered another set of couches from a competitor company and waited for them over 4 months when we were initially promised 2 weeks. We canceled that order and Krunal helped us select the set of our dreams once again with Ashley’s tags and a fraction of what ashleys was charging AND he delivered them in the 2 weeks he promised. Krunal was constantly in communication with me to give me updates every few days until its delivery. He even specially ordered black legs for the couches for us at no cost to match the rest of our home. Krunal is very honest, trustworthy, and will do everything he can to give you a great deal. All of our friends and family are OBSESSED with the two sets of couches Krunal delivered for us - the comfiest and the highest quality. I cannot say enough good things about the Krunal, the way he conducts his business, and the products he offers. Thank you so much for making the process of turning a house to a home for us so easy. I recommend Krunal and his business to everyone!

My parents and I recently purchased a new home and were in the lookout for new furniture. We may have visited every furniture store before coming to Premier Furniture, but we were always disappointed. This was the final store we wanted to see. Sanket was our first point of contact, and he made our experience valuable since he was so thorough, so transparent, and so honest about all of the products, whether they were available or not, and he didn't just try to get us to buy their product. He went above and beyond to show us all of the furniture that matched our preferences and helped us to buy furniture of our choice. We were initially only looking for just a couch for our living room but with Sanket being so helpful we ended up buying furniture for our Living Room, Bonus Room and a Dining Table. And they really did delivered what they Promised, the delivery was on time and really hassle free. Premier Furniture, in comparison to all other furniture stores in Edmonton, is, in my opinion, the best.

Definitely head over to Premier Furniture in Edmonton! The service is amazing. All their associates seem very knowledgeable but I was extremely lucky to have Sanket assist me. He listened and was extremely knowledgeable. I’d just moved to Edmonton and needed everything and quickly. He knew exactly what they had in stock and when other items were being shipped. I had my bedroom set in under 48hrs. Seriously cannot say enough good things about these folks. Sam was my main delivery and set up guy with his crew. They also went above and beyond, bringing everything in and setting it up. I noticed that the spare room frame didn’t seem to sit right after they left and a quick call to Sanket and I received amazing service again. Sam came out to check and was able to adjust the frame. You want amazing customer service, and a deal for buying multiple items. Then this is the only place you need to go for your furniture shopping.

I was in the market for a couch, and a new bed. I shopped around at different places as well as online. Premier had the best pricing on mattresses by far! I actually could not believe how much cheaper they were! I got the power base for my new mattress, which I hadn’t even considered before, but the mattress was so much cheaper than the competition, that the power base was hardly more expensive. For living room furniture, they have a smaller selection in the showroom than the big stores, but they seem to carry higher quality stuff, at the same, or better price! I paid for the delivery and in-home set up as well. The guys were quick and efficient! Unfortunately, the power supply for the new bed base was dead on arrival. The manager personally came by after work the same day to install a new one. Wow! Extremely happy with my experience here and I would highly recommend shopping here!

Was pleasantly surprised to walk into this unassuming furniture store. My husband figured it would be high-end by the name Premier and he was right, but the prices were better than anywhere else we visited. We were extremely impressed with the inventory as compared to other big name stores. We honestly loved everything we saw in the store. We purchased the best couch we found in the city for an amazing deal. We also got the coolest boho cushions, on top of high quality cushions that came with the couch. In addition, we have been searching for 30 inch bar stools that we love for years, and found the most gorgeous farm house style ones to match our kitchen. I had an amazing experience buying from Premier Furniture and recommend it to anyone looking to furnish their home. i don't usually write reviews but i feel like this store needs one. i had great customer service to point that he offered to deliver it right to my door steps at no extra cost. They work extremely hard and had the best quality you can ask for, they work with your budget to get you what you need. I initially only bought a night stand and chest drawers for my daughter, but loved the items so much that i returned the bed i previously bought from the brick and came to buy the matching one from here. Overall the sofa and love seat I had purchased from this store were nice and comfortable. The reason for the low rating is that the $250 Guardsman Gold Complete Plus Protection Plan, which offers stain removal for your furniture, is complete trash. My wife and I thought this stain removal plan would be great considering that we have 3 children and a dog. Little did we know that when we would try to use it, they would refuse to give us the service we paid for. So they freely took our money and outright refused to give us the service. These people are thieves and I'd say stay as far away from them as you can. If Premier furniture didn't push these thieves onto us they might've gotten a good rating from me. We're quite disappointed

I checked eight different places for a sofa and love seat combo, and stumbled on Premier almost by accident. I am so glad I checked them out. I found exactly what I needed; in fact there were three models that would have been just fine. I picked the items up from their warehouse just one day later (other stores said I had to wait five months). Very professional staff, no heavy pressure and outstanding after-sale service. (there was one problem that was my fault not Premier’s, yet they still helped me). Oh, and their prices are more than competitive too. Quality products at very competitive prices - and we've been to competitors like Asheley, Konto, Sofa Land, La-Z-Boy, etc. Our sales associate - Asheley - was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. UPDATE 2023/09/07: One of the pieces for my sectional was missing a set of legs plus had black greasy stains over many pieces, especially one of the back cushions. The company's response was remarkable. They ordered me a new cover and legs free of charge and even offered free professional cleaning services. One can tell a LOT from what companies do when there are issues - and they showed that they are a quite decent, great bunch of folks that take care of their customers.

We bought a new house recently and were looking to furnish. Bought a bedroom and living room sets. Sales staff is very professional and there is no pressure sales tactics. Spent more than an hour helping us demonstrate the selections in their virtual showroom and find the right pieces for our space. Price is by far cheaper than Ashley and other brands with same quality of product. Delivery staff and installation guys were also professional and knowledgeable. Almost forgot to mention their warranty. Best warranty in the market. Who would pay us back the money we spent on warranty if we don’t make any claims? Good job team Premier Furniture’s.

I have now purchased 3 different sets of couches , and chairs over the course of the past 2 years from the team here. Fantastic comfort levels AND high quality. Both my wife and I have been so happy with the sectional we use every day in our family room, we went back and got a sofa, love seat and chair in the same style. We also picked up a picturesque couch and a couple chairs for our living room. The service here is the cherry on top. They have been accommodating with every pick up we have made , warehouse staff included. We have already sent family in to purchase off them, and will continue to send people in to them. Amazing! Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. We were unsure on what we wanted and their knowledge and recommendations were great. We ordered a sectional sofa and when it came to be delivered it wouldn’t fit in our basement because of the staircase. We called the store and they agreed to have it returned and we could pick something else. Went back to the store and picked something else and had our new sofa and love seat delivered two days later. They even covered the second delivery fee for us! Would recommend this company 100%. We went to several stores before heading here and the service was no comparison. Thanks again guys!

It all started with just just a curiosity to visit the store the very first time, and that was it, jus kept coming back to back as the furniture they have is so good quality with reasonable prices, couldn't believe until we bought our first customized sofas, the quality, craftsmanship and finishing surpassed our expectations, same with the bed, lounge chairs and list goes on and on and on, not to forget the owner, krunal and prem went way beyond their limits to accommodate our customised needs, i think i would have to say that this is one of the best furniture stores in Edmonton by far. Honesty integrity and professionalism. Did not feel any pressure here from sales staff unlike some stores. Sales staff were helpful and friendly. We purchased a number of items from here and they were delivered when promised. The delivery team was very good and went to great lengths taking care on our hardwood floors. They even quoted a price which was way lower than it should have been on an item but they still honored the price even though they probably lost money on the deal. Have and would buy from here again. Kudos to the team. Recently bought custom made sofa and love seat and love the quality of the make. I never had good opinion about custom made furniture but the one I got from Premier furniture, its the game changer. I was also surprised by the timeline. These days there is tremendous delay in getting the product but luckily mine came in half the time that I expected it would take. This is my second purchase from this store and like the customer service and pricing and after sales support.

Excellent service from start to finish. The owner is great! We got a fair price and he didn't have the pushy sales personality. He let browse around the store without bothering us and we felt comfortable. The delivery guys were amazing. They were on time and they put together the furniture and cleaned up after! We purchased a couch set and have to say the level of service from Prem Karumuri was amazing. The prices here were competitive and the process was very smooth. Prem Karumuri was very attentive to what we were looking for and guided us accordingly without being overbearing. He was quick to answer any questions we had. I wanted to say thank you to everyone that works at the south edmonton location, I went into the store 5/6 times prior to purchasing my living and bedroom suites (so many beautiful options). the no pressure service was outstanding - never once did i feel like there was any pressure to buy. Once I finally made a decision the delivery set up was amazing and fast!! they had my bedroom and living room furniture set up in less than 1 hour!! i highly recommend checking them out.

Very cheap quality, we bought a sofa set from them six months ago and within two months the wood inside cracked and now we have to through it away . We also had to wait too long to get our delivery and when our missing product arrived we were told to go to their warehouse to pick it up. Please step up your game to match the quality of the product compare to the prices. We are very disappointed and will not buy or recommend anyone to your store.

A locally owned business who sells a lot of the high end furniture as high end stores, and their prices are much better, especially when you get a lot. They gave us such an amazing price we will only get furniture from them from now on. When the items were delivered the delivery guys made sure to protect the walls, and made sure they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Fast and efficient. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM HERE as their policies are not customer friendly at all. Not satisfied at all with the product and its durability. I spent $525 after this dresser and it is having issues ever since I purchased it. I have not been able to use it properly at all because the quality is so cheap. The associates or their manufacturer are not replacing the product as well despite having so many issues with it.

Oh gosh getting a sectional or couch or what have ya can be stressful. I went to nearly every sectional store in the city. Big and small. I kid you not. Premier seemed to be the best for me. Good sectional at a good price and delivery guys were careful and in and out in about 20 minutes. Set up and garbage removed. Salesmen Keith was very very helpful. Overall a great experience! Everyone at Premier was fantastic to deal with and extremely helpful! We went in to look for a couch and were comparing prices. Not only did Premier have better prices but also, better service than any other place we looked. The following day their delivery service that they contract came by and delivered the furniture in perfect condition and with professional service! All around an absolute recommend!

Normally furniture sales folk are really pushy…. But not here! We went in to look at couches, a nice gentleman greeted us, mentioned a few things and then gave us space to look around when we said we were just browsing. When we had questions he was really informative and happy to help. In the end we found our perfect couch and he helped us figure out options and we even got it on a bit of a sale. 10/10

We initially went in to Premier just to take a look as we were about to move into our new home. Keith assisted us as well as the owner and they were very pleasant to deal with. They were honest and up front about everything and not pushy at all. We ended up buying a sectional and a few months later we went back to buy a swivel chair. We are very happy with both and will definitely go back.

Very Bad Service. It wasnt even an hour since I purchased the Mattress and wanted to return it as I was getting a better price somewhere. And these people would not take it back. They wanted a fee $40 for it to be returned!! I have never heard of such a thing ever! Ans to the the owner: It was still in package, not opened and I said I would come return it. But the person still refused.

Would definitely recommend supporting this business. Keith helped us buy our new living room set and was so knowledgeable and informative about the different product details for each piece we looked at. He was also very friendly without being pushy, giving us our space to think about it and decide. We actually left to think about it for a day and came back which I really appreciated.

Friendly people with excellent professional service and pretty decent deal as well. The only reason this is a 4 star is the quality of the couch I bought was not as good as I had been led to believe. With in a month the couch sagged noticeably and the foam was replaced. This time lasted 3 months and the foam is sagging again. If it gets worse I’ll have to go back for warranty again.

We bought sectional for our home from premier furniture. They have lots of designs to choose from. Best customer service experience. Manager Krunal is the most kind person. This is by far the best furniture store I have ever dealt with. They have so much variety that is actually IN STOCK! If it's not in stock it takes a few weeks oppose to a few months. The customer service is impeccable I high recommend checking them out!
