Be very careful of prices here. I went here before boarding my train because I needed a lightning to headphone dongle. The clerk brought it to the counter and I took out my card. Before I knew it he had ripped the card out of my hand and tried to tap it before I saw the price or even had the product in my hand. I didn't have tap enabled on my card so he turned the machine to me. $29 for an off-brand piece of wire. When I said I would not pay for it, the manager asked me how much it normally costs. I informed him that at the apple store, you can buy one for $10. He then changed the amount on the machine to $10. This is just my personal experience, but be very alert if you decide to shop here.

I went to the store to print 14 pages , tony charged me 1.75/page and 27.99 for 14 page print which is 10 times higher than other store. Can’t image how much they sell for the electronics Never recommend never go And thank u for saying I am aware of the cost however no one mention the price to me. And print label is very special task for u , can’t imagine how can u manager other stuff in your store and life . I really hope u can make progress for u business and read all u reviews U r the first store I am aware of so many 1 star.

Wish I had read some of the reviews before purchasing an item recently. I was in a hurry and needed a bit of kit quickly. I was charged 4 times the price I should have been. The next store along sold the same item 4 times cheaper. Rip off charleton at this store. Avoid unless fully satisfied. A complaint is heading to local Trading Standards. The receipt did not specify the product purchased. How to hide from the customer a con.

Have bought a prepaid card for 35,00 CAD. I was charged 68.98 CAD which I did not check immediately.. As it was a creditcard payment I first noticed the amount days later. I wanted a refund returning to the shop days later, but shop assistant said I can not solve your problem please come later or phone. For me impossible as I had to take a flight. No refund, is it cheating???

Be careful about this place ! They try to rip you off by forcing you to tap without having a look at the price then when you ask to see he quickly cancelled. The asked price for a usb stick then was completely absurd, this is just illegal practice and they try to rip customer off as you’re usually on a hurry when you need to catch your train

WOW! I recently bought a phone here for one of my employees last minute because he lost his and the staff was great. They helped me set it up and even gave me a free case and temper glass. The prices are amazing and the service is even better. Don’t think twice about buying something here!!

Purchased a pair of headphones that didn't work on one side and the foam seemed chewed or something fresh out of the package. This was a quick grab before catching a train to Nova Scotia so no way to return. Complete ripoff. They seemed very nice and helpful while we were there.

To the owner, please consider selling authentic products and not fake earphones. Or at least indicate that your products are fake please, so that your customers can decide for themselves. I can barely hear my music from my new earphones and it's not even worth using.

Intentionally obscured the price on an item and they overcharged for it as well as seemly presured me into making a purchase and refused to properly answer my question about whether the USB c to c cable I bought works for audio routing.

Guy got mad and aggressive because I browsed his store and didn't buy anything.. he even followed me out of the store asking many weird questions. Do not recommend. Not polite and not friendly at all.

Prices were manipulated, we payed 50 dollars instead of 29 as they initially told us. The guy from the counter used my phone to type in a five star review for himself.
