I do not recommend the company. Parcels do not arrive on time. Dissuading people with evasive, false information over the phone. Very bad service. Misleading people. Parcels arrive with damaged items because they are kept in the warehouse for a month or more. You can't count on delivery within 8 weeks, which is advertised everywhere.

Came from out of town on a Thursday 10 am to ship out multiple parcels to Europe. No one was there. There was a hand written notice on the door stating the office was closed till the following Monday. There was no information on the phone

Excellent service! Always helpful. Have been using them to send parcels to family in Eastern Europe for years always with good results. More efficient than Canada Post!
