I was referred to Pockit through a friend and am glad we chose to go with them for our storage needs. First off, the promotion on the units drew us in, and then the customer service solidified our decision. The rep was so helpful in making sure we knew the ins and outs of the process, and she was even on-call during the weekend to help us out if needed. On moving day, we showed up and this location looks brand new and has a huge bay to unload your stuff, with dollies to make the transfer seamless. With 24/7 access, it's so easy to get into our storage unit. Great spot and service.

This is an amazing storage place. I've been with Pockit Self Storage for over a year now and it exceeded all my expectations. I store 2 of my motorcycles and the climate controlled indoors storage is just perfect all year round. Very clean and well lit. The 24/hrs/365 days access loading bays with dollies are just incredibly helpful. On bay-2 you even have a loading ramp if you come with a 6-wheel box truck or a van. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I would rate this higher than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend for your storage needs.

Very good experience, having the storage indoors is a perk to me because during summer times its super hot out and if you have an outdoor storage place it is not very ideal to work with. That is why I believe that having an indoor storage at pockit is amazing they always have the a/c on 24/7, that is why when I have some stuff to put inside my storage I always have the patience to take my time to organize my storage space. So thank you to pockit for being generous with the a/c!!!

Staff were amazing from first inquiry to the point at which we had our storage scheduled. We had a 5 ton truck arrive, and were able to unload 8 pallets right inside the facility without any problem. Access. pallets, pallet jack, etc provided by facility. Great new bright air conditioned building. If you have something to store safe and secure, this is the place to do it. Open and staffed 7 days a week. Amazing place!

I found this locker for my roommate last year and needed a second locker since our loft apt burned down on Dec 13, 2023 to store stuff in and I really like the friendly staff and the storage place is very clean and I feel safe there as well…we already referred a family member as well last year! This is a great place and easy to move in and out of and the security is great!!!

Pocket Self Storage is a great company with awesome deals and security in place to keep all of your items that are being kept in storage safe and sound. The woman that helped me was very polite and patient with me. She went above and beyond helping me and made sure I received everything I needed. She was very understanding and happy and overall she was very pleasant to deal with. The locker and everything else has been great so far and it has been a good experience.

Super-clean, climate controlled, CLEAN!!! Excellent security. All of the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend them more highly. The office has all kinds of packing materials available, and there are always carts and pallets available in the three CLEAN bays.

Great service and the team at my location was very helpful. The facilities are very accessible with many options for all my storage needs. Having the ability to handle pallets and enclosed loading areas makes dealing with inclement weather much easier. Highly recommended!

It's been a great experience. From my first visit, getting a tour of the space and to when I had completed the sign up on my next visit. When an issue arose, they were able to fix it for me. The building is very clean and the staff are wonderful.

If I could leave 0 stars I would disrespectful, rude and do nothing to help you. GO ANYWHERE ELSE they rip you off left right and Center , don’t not deal with Louisa she doesn’t care about anyone and doesn’t even think to help others.

Pretty solid spot! Clean with good carts. The Staff are super friendly and helpful! Bathrooms are nice to. A&W teen burgers and coffee across the street. What else could you want!?
