Still waiting...and no answer! ----- July 8/20 I'm waiting for your reply as reported 3+weeks ago!! So unprofessional Not a great experience! Not cheap Not the friendliest receptionist Not a secure place(they left my old bank statements outside the office door for pick up) They just auctioned all of my personal belongings. They don't take partial payments. I wras basically homeless. I am heart broken and sick to my stomach. You are just a unit number to them. I'm going to get a lawyer - my mother's things were in my storage unit, old photos expensive clothes and things that I worked hard for all my life and paid for. They don't make it easy for you to pay them. A bunch of thieves that's what they are!

I am currently in the process of changing residences and frankly not enjoying the experience. Faced with having to discard years of accumulated treasure ( junk ) along with items that actually have purpose ( money in my pocket ) , I need time and space to separate the chaff from the wheat. I don`t want to impose on friends and family and risk taxing my relationships but I need a safe and convenient location to sort through the clutter. Fortunately , Access Storage is proving to be the ideal solution for my requirement. Jaycee , the on-site manager of the facility has provided me with an affordable and timely solution for my task at hand. She is patient and professional in explaining what she can offer in terms of tailoring my temporary storage needs. Sincere thanks to Access Storage and Jaycee.

I am thoroughly impressed with ACCESS Storage on Pembina. The responsiveness of the employees at this location exceeded my expectations. When I call with my inquiries there has always been someone that picks up the phone in a timely manner. Secondly, when I needed assistance from their Regional Manager, they were willing to meet with me in person the following morning at a time that worked with my schedule. I have always been greeted with warm welcomes at this location, and their team always goes above and beyond to accommodate me, and my needs.

They charged me for the whole month because I informed them a day late that I moving out. It is one of those companies that finds excuses for unfair charges. Definitely not recommended. UPDATE: w.r.t. the response from the business: "I have passed along your feedback to the Senior Management team and someone should reach out to you shortly to" NO ONE CONTACTED ME. This nice gesture is to distract the readers. I am very annoyed by this business and will forward my complaint to Manitoba Customer Protection Office.

I started using Access Storage in 2015 and just very recently I retrieved all my personal belongings and had the pleasure of unpacking the boxes/suitcases and trunks. I found many many of my "treasures" some of which I had forgotten I had - they were all still as I had packed them all those years ago. The temperature control in the storage units kept everything in great condition. I highly recommend the facility. It is safe, secure and easily accessible and the staff are great. Shout out to Mel and Vanessa.

I am a new customer that have never used a professional storage facility before. Jaci, the staff in charge on that day was really helpful! Explained and introduced me carefully about the facility. Presented me the best options to suit my needs. She really helped taken my hassle out of me, especially when at this review was written, I am leaving out of town and in between move. This is the BEST storage facility in the city. Deals on your first month, exceptional staff, extrodinarily tall units, excellent security and best experience I've ever had. The past few weeks have been super stressful and they were super understanding, courteous, compassionate and literally just about made me cry because of how amazing they were towards my situation. I cannot express enough how amazing this facility and the staff are. You guys are amazing and thank you again.

This is the first for me in access storage at winnipeg South, I was happy with response from Office Staff , They are really great and so helpful. . Really amazing people working here. Storage for the first month was free, and they allow you to pro- rate your bill if you’re not using the whole month. And they are flexible and ready help at any time if needed. I never hesitate refer this place to my friends, and always visit back here whenever it is needed.

Melanie costa was been a great help i rented 5*5 unit over the phone but over phone the person (male) never gave enough information about the unit,i i walked up to store melaine took care of all the paperwork in a very smooth and professional manner. And once i went to unit i wnt expecting what i got so came back to office trued to explain the situation and melaine gave me couple of options and gave me what i i w looking for at a good price.

The location of Access Storage was convenient for me as it was less than 3 minute drive. I found the customer service was good & the representative followed through with my request & needs. The storage room was of adequate size that suited to my belongings. The only thing I did not agree on was the increase in rate which happen twice in a year. Not sure if it was due to the Pandemic. Over all my experience was good.

I would recommend this access storage location for all your storage needs. The staff and manager at the storage are one of the nicest people I’ve met. The experience was seamless and they went over and beyond to ensure I got the best storage room for a month for my belongings I was moving. 12/10 experience and would ensure I refer my friends to this location! From the first call to the call center and every step of the way after was 100%. Best customer service i have been treated with,ever. The reps at the call center were so helpful and friendly, and Melanie at the storage site was so patient with me changing my unit size last minute, very knowledgeable and just wonderful to deal with. I was just looking for a place with cheap storage and figured It would be in touch condition. I was happily surprised, I was met with a smile and was losing my locker in no time. Was able to rent for two months at a promo rate. The process for starting the contract was painless, staff were very accommodating and professional. The location was perfect and for the price the storage was great. Some difficulty getting boxes in and out of storage for those with mobility issues potentially, I found it suited my needs.

The booking experience online was easy and efficient. Information was shared by a friendly receptionist. Code to open gate works fine. Needed some info on how to open the door to the storage unit. We feel the security with the walls, gate and unit is excellent. Price appears to be competitive with the storage facilities.

Having just closed out my unit I wanted to say the whole experience has been seamless. From initial renting, through access via gated pin pad to the cancelling of the unit all aspects have been great. The staff is a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to anyone who has short term or long term storage needs.

Access storage was a wonderful place to store all of my things! I was very pleased with the customer service I recieved and the quickness of the responses of them! Got a good deal on a 10 x 10 unit, half price. Unit was inside a building. Seemed really secure, staff was very friendly. Unit was clean, no leaks at all or traces of rodents or anything. Hand carts were in the building and super handy. Great facility, would recommend to anyone.

This was our first experience with storage. Access Storage made it a very easy and positive process. We received good explanation and direction and they immediately addressed any of our needs or concerns during the time of storage. We felt comfortable with their security.

Super friendly staff. Nice compound. Easy to get into and out of, and secure. The locker we had although spacious was up high, requiring use of a rolling staircase. Made it a bit difficult to get heavier items into. The same sized locker lower down would have been nice.

The staff is very helpful and the place is always kept very clean. I've had no issues the entire time I've rented and even when changing storage lockers. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the cost of renting has gone up dramatically over the last few years.

Really amazing people working here. Storage for the first month was free, and they allow you to pro- rate your bill if you’re not using the whole month, as long as you give them a heads up. They sincerely are here to help you, and I will be going back, undoubtedly!

Had nothing but a pleasant experience so far. Friendly staff, Mel at the went above and beyond to help us out when we thought our locker might be too small and we were unable to be there to monitor the movers. Very happy with the service - quick and courteous.

I am giving a 5 star only fir the 2 ladies that work there. They are 110 percent customer service orientated.The company that they work for sone of their policies and procedures suck.....I am not sure I would rent from them again.....

They are super clean, and very clear with instructions on how to get in and out of your storage unit. They’re very friendly and a secure space to store your belongings in. If I need a storage unit in the future I will be coming back.

Awesome customer service. Very quick and efficient paperwork and the automatic credit card billing is really convenient if set up. The facility is very clean and secure. You can buy locks and storage supplies right on site. A+

Place is very clean. No bug or mice. Ofice staff are absolutely amazing. Alway will to help you. I would recommend them to anyone. Snow is cleaned up right away. I would go back here next time I need to rent a storage locker.

The Pembina South team has been absolutely fabulous to us. When we needed help because we lost our keys and needed immediate assess they made sure we got the help we needed right away. I would highly recommend them.

Facility is very clean and secure, autobilling was convenient as I didn’t have to remember to pay, and I will be taking advantage of their referral bonus! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Very good storage company. They have their own truck which can be rented with competitive pric. If i am not mistaken it was $1 per km no other money has to be paid other than the used kilometers.

The storage unit was clean. The staff were friendly and the manager Jaci was extremely patient and informative when she answered my questions. I would definitely rent a storage unit here again.
