Looks good on paper but just another tourist trap! Burnt pizza and patronizing waiters. Bear with me! I arrived at 11, but they open at 11:30, fair enough. Dante street as quite a very unique vibe, so I enjoyed that free time. They own this very quaint shop across the street and bought a decent white whine in private import and I could of bought everything! Back at 11;20 and there was a line. Had to queue with no acknowledgement on his behalf. Finally I get to sit and have a taste of that wine. 11:30 passed order (so to be the first sent to the cook) mentioning that I have a 12:15 meeting at the market. All is GREAT, nice original décor, patio on the sidewalk, flower beds and all! 30 minutes later, still no food. So I asked and this is when all went bad. I asked for the check and was told not to pay. Not one to loose a paid for wine, I went back to polish that 375ml. Second waiter comes in to lecture me of what a restaurant business , that he is not the owner and so on, while I was on the phone with my 12:15 meeting. Around 12:12 the pizza arrived and IT WAS BURNT. As soon as it arrived I mentioned it and the waiter went off on me. It looks like my order was lost. I ordered #41 with capicollo, italien sausages and prosciutto (did not see any of it) tomato sauce was very nice, thick with roasted red pepper, Nice touch. But I had still to go, so that second waiter asked me if I wanted to bring it to take out. I was travelling BIXI while in the area and going to a meeting, so that was not an option. By then all I wanted is to get back to my business. To pay, you need to go inside, no outdoor, modern machine or cash done outside, oh dear.. I was going to pay with debit, then the machine model was so old I just could not read the screen. Then that second waiter looked at me and told me that I do not even know how to use an interac machine works. Well, get a newer model. Sorry, it is a no for me.
I'll start off by saying that the staff is wonderful and friendly. There was little waiting time between taking my order, receiving my food and getting the check (I did come after rush hour though). Sadly that's the only positive thing that I could say about the place. I started with the complimentary bread and water. Water 5/5 but the bread/dinner rolls arrived cold and hard with no butter or oil which to me is already a sign of things to come. For starters I ordered the meatballs 12$. Roughly The big massive meatballs which honestly had good flavour. The issue I had was the uneven temperature throughout the dish. The sauce was luke warm and the meatballs had spots where it was piping hot and others where it was warm to the touch. (I'm inclined to believe that they were microwaved) The structural integrity wasn't the greatest. It lacked a bit of firmness and colour that your come to expect from big ole meatballs. 3/5 For the main I had a meat pizza 20$ rougly It came with a generous amount of cheese and meat! However this may have led to it's downfall. It was greasy and soggy in the middle while more on the burnt side than what I'd prefer. The taste was mediocre especially when combined with the texture . While I was packing it into a to go box, I had to let the excess grease drip onto my plate leaving a pool of oil behind. What's worse is that it made for a lousy leftover dinner. I'm a person who loves leftover cold pizza. I honestly expect a lot more for the price I left unsatisfied and 50 dollars poorer after tip and tax. It was disheartening especially after reading the older reviews that. Apparently there was magic before, please return it. 2/5

Went there last night had a wonderful waiter ! The pizza was delicious we had the Tutta Bella ! On the other hand a few things kinda ruined our experience. We ordered the mozzarella di buffala and the center was still frozen… first time I ever eat a frozen buffala before and I’ve had many in my life. The salad arrived we had just ordered a basic house salad so didn’t have much expectations but I gotta say serving Andy boy lettuce with a basic vinegar and oil dressing isn’t the most appetizing for an Italian restaurant. Also it was made with canola or something similar not even olive oil… kinda sad. We then ordered the tartufo for dessert and it was freezer burned. We had asked for a slice of lemon with our drink and they didn’t have lemon? What Italian place doesn’t have lemon should have been a red flag then and there but luckily the waiter made up for it all with his great customer service and attention to detail! Finished the meal with an espresso that was absolutely delicious so thankful for that! It’s kinda sad because a few tweaks can make this place go from 3 star to 4.5 very easily ! We definitely recommend the pizza and espresso. And the buffala was amazing had it not been frozen in the center ! We will be back for the pizza for sure ! All in all a good enough experience ! Could have been better with just some temperature controls and better quality lettuce and vinaigrette

This used to be a great place with reasonable prices and really good food. But it has taken a turn for the worst. Service is very poor, the food is good but not amazing and the prices are through the roof. A plate of fettuccine with an entre of rapini and salcicia came to $44 with taxes and tip. The rapini and salcicia was a tiny portion with only 4 little bits of sausage at $13. The fettuccine Montecarlo was a bigger portion but mostly pasta with only one or two bits of bacon, very little sauce and one or two bits of asparagus. The worst was the bread that they serve while you wait for your meal. It was two cold hard rolls of bread that I had a hard time ripping with my hands and hurt my jaw trying to chew. I ate one and I called the waiter over and told him that they were super hard and he replies "that's all I have". I asked him if he could heat it up and he did. I shouldn't have to ask him. He should have brought them warm and soft. When I complained at the counter when I went to pay, the lady said "It's because it's the end of the night.". What difference does that make? They don't charge any less because it's the "end of the night" so why is it OK for the quality of the food to be sub par "because it's the end of the night ". I'm sad because I used to really love this place but after tonight I doubt I'll ever be back.

This is the first review I have ever left in my life. But this food was so bad that I needed to share my experience. I came in expecting good pizza, at least. For a place that has been open since 1948, I thought there would be a reason it is so popular. I guess some people have just never had good pizza before. The waiter pointed at a table in the corner and then left us to seat ourselves. Then, two separate waiters came to take our order — they were clearly disorganized, and there was an obvious lack of communication between sections. This would have been forgivable if the food was edible and reasonably priced. It was not. Frozen pizza is better than this. The cheese is pre-sliced rectangles, there was next to no pesto on what was meant to be a pesto pizza, the crust was soggy and unrisen, and it was so oily that the cheese and the dough separated (!) when I cut into it with a knife. It was like eating cheap rubber. AND our total for two pizzas, with no drinks, was over $50! We left as quickly as possible, without even looking at the dessert menu.

We’ve been loyal customers since the 80’s. I was a kid when my mom brought me here for the first time and we’ve been coming back ever since. We’ve also been coming every year for my mom’s birthday. First time we were thoroughly disappointed. First the wait. Yes it was a busy evening and we are used to wait. But seeing a man who had just arrived with his family bypass all that had been waiting forever, slip the waiter a tip to get a table, and get seated next. That was a first and quite disappointing. This wouldn’t have never been acceptable with the original owner. Once seated we were very surprised to see the amount of fruit flies inside. It was extremely annoying and frankly a little off putting. Again we have been coming here for over 36 years and never seen this. The servers were friendly but the wait for the food was extremely long. As for the food, the pizza was delicious but the polpetta were cold and the pasta wasn’t has good as usual. Overall a very disappointing night. Hopefully they’ll clean out the fruit flies and readjust their service.

The food was great specially the pasta. The pizza was also good but not the best that i have tried in Montreal. However, the service was awful. The only nice ones were two mexican waitres. But then the other ones dont even look at our eyes. When we first enter the restaurant, the place was kinda packed and this rude waitres didnt even look at us or even greet us and just say: Wait outside!. And then when we went to pay one of my friends is not from Canada and was confused because of the taxes and this other guy got tired of explaining and tell this mexican waiter to explain to her in spanish. I was like ???. I completly understand that you can be tired of a long shift because working in the food industry and costumer service can be consuming and tire but thats not justification of the way we were treated here. Also, the dessert was awfull like really awfull I think that cake that I buy on MAXI its better than what i tried on this restaurant that was a tiramisu, '''ferrero' cake, and ''pistachio' dessert. Really bad.

Well, unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the quality of the pizza crust and the pizza itself. Very flat pizza no flavor in the crust couldn't distinguish between the class anchovies, etc. The eggplant appetizer was devoid of flavor the garlic bread, although I enjoyed the flavirwas very greasy and dripped everywhere. I tasted my friends gnocchi the texture was very nice but once again, devoid of flavor and depth. One thing I tasted, which was excellent, was the penne arribiatta.. I was hand two spoon fuels from another fri2nd that was in our party, and I was surprisingly blown away with the flavor excellent!!. The service In my opinion was well above average although we were a large party the server was friendly , professional, patient and efficient. I had to park 6 minutes away so if you come here maybe take a taxi if it's in your budget. I was still hoping for a great pizza experience because it's my favorite food when done right, but pizza Napolitana just didn't even come close to the bar when it comes to my great pizza experiences.

This was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had, if not the worst! We shared 2 pizzas with my friend. We had the #23 "Marinara" with mozzarella, tomato sauce, shrimps and clams and the #29 "Fior'Di Latte" with mozzarella, bocconcini, tomato sauce and grilled red peppers. Firstly, the pizzeria should change their name. Pizza in the Napoli region of Italy does neither look nor taste like that!!! A Neapolitan pizzaiolo would have had a good laugh!!! Secondly, where is the mozzarella on the Marinara pizza??? The crust of both pizzas looked more like a pita bread or a frozen pizza crust than a proper Italian pizza crust, which should be chewy and have a deliciously crispy crust with pockets of air. Thirdly, when the pizzas finally(!) arrived, they were not hot, as if they had been forgotten on the counter. Fourthly, the price of both pizzas was not cheap 23$ and 25$ each for plate size pizza + Tx + Tips. BTW... The 2nd photo with the pizza cutter is a photo of a pizza I made recently. I don't pretend to be the best pizza maker, but my pizza was much better. Let's not even talk about the indifferent attitude of the waiters....
I saw this place on a rerun of You Got To Eat Here and said next time in Montreal i have to try it out. It was everything the show said. I ordered 3 things with the knowledge I wasn't leaving hungry and I had left overs for the next day. The Polpette Di Angelina (meatballs) were great. Full of flavor and not dry. Then I tried the Trastevere pizza. Good crust and the blue cheese and prosciutto combo is amazing. I also ordered the Tortellini Alla Contadina. This is a must try. They have a few dessert items that they make in house so I had to try the Cannolli at the suggestion of the waiter. I rolled out of there stuffed with enough food for a second full meal. The staff was very friendly and everyone there seemed to speak English which made it easy for a person that would do more damage to the French language if i tried to speak it. Highly recommend if you are ever around Little Italy in Montreal.

Pleasant Italian restaurant. Wide variety of pizza and pasta dishes so there really is something for everyone, including the picky eaters. Pizzas are huge; very tasty. The bread is good; free of charge which is nice. Drink selection could have been better. No ice in the water which was disappointing. Unfortunately the restaurant is small inside. Tables are too close together which makes it uncomfortable to be seated at a table. It is also way too loud in the restaurant which is not ideal when wanting to have conversation. Service is generally poor as well. It took long to receive our dishes, which could be related either to lack of staff or just a busy time period, which is kind of understandable. But still, the waiter only came around to clear the plates. He did not come by once to check in if everything was fine. He also was in a hurry when taking our orders. Would I go back? Maybe; I’d give them a second chance to impress. Kind of expected more from such a well known resto..

I'm really DISAPPOINTED, the first time I went there I was quite happy with the pizza, not napoletana, but good enough. A couple of months later I took my family there and they noticed the pasta was a bit sticky and tasteless but I didn't pay much attention to it. Today I had the worst experience there, I ordered a very simple dish, spaghetti alle vongole, it was a disaster, the tomato was sweet, the spaghetti had no salt which made it even sweeter, the clams were just cut in little pieces (no shell) had a really weird flavour and the presentation was just awful (see photo), I complained and the waiter was a bit surprised at the beggining but then he just got mad and ignored me as much as he could. He told me to order something else right away and I chose another pasta (BIG MISTAKE) it was sticky and it was just bad AGAIN, each pasta dish I mentionned is over $19 which is RIDICULOUS for the quality they offer. No one asked if there was something wrong when I left.
!! they now accept debit and credit cards !! oh my god best pasta and pizza in town. my friend told me it’s the best Italian restaurant in montreal and i agree. i ordered the fettuccini Alfredo pasta with the pizza #28 (trastevere: mozzarella, mushrooms, prosciutto, blue cheese and tomato sauce.) the dough was thin and super cheesy. the pasta on the other hand melts in your mouth while the creamy Alfredo sauce overwhelms your taste buds. that place is super wow. the staff are ok i guess. not very talkative but quick. tips: bring your wine :) two plates was enough for the both of us. pasta was $17 and pizza was $19 if you forget your wine you can pass by a saq that is not so far from there (about 10 minutes walk- convenient because they open until 8pm on the weekends!) beware it’s super loud, might take ~ 15-20 minutes for the cooking. right across the street they also have a new store called miss napoletana. worth the visit: cute shop.
Ordered the Burrata, but it was obvious the cook made it in a rush and switched up the ingredients. There was no creme of pistachio. Instead, they replaced it with an oil of pistachio, which was off-putting. For an Italian restaurant, I'm expecting you to bring bread that is warm and not cold and hard to chew. When we simply asked why the terrace heater was off their like it's hot outside it was 10°C at night. I don't know what the old man was smoking, but that is definitely not hot. For the atmosphere, it was cramped like sardines, and every time the waiters would pass by, they would either hit the back of my chair or our table until I got fed up and literally moved our table. Maybe it was because it was busy, but I was really not impressed and disappointed since I came with family to celebrate.

I am extremely disappointed in this restaurant and the management. I have been ordering my two favorite pizza for several years. Today I ordered the same pizzas and they were terrible. The crust was dry and oily, it looked like it was unfrozen and fried. It was not possible to chew the pizza, it was very dry. The toppings are paper thin and in some places translucent. No taste at all. Pizzas are small and frankly unappetizing. I called the place and talked to someone about it, they were defensive and tried to prove to me(!) that the pizza was delicious. I, my friends and family will never order from this place again. They have lost at least 10 customers. There are many other pizza restaurants in town. Take your money and your good mood there. On the picture: the white, dried out crust. It's so dry, the edges are curving and breaking.

I visited this pizzeria today at around 3Pm. I ordered a Margherita, the pizza was ready in about 12 minutes. I have to first mention the crust, it had the perfect texture with beautiful leopard spotting, a good crunchy underbite and a nice distinguish scent that you get from wood oven. The sauce, you could tell that this sauce was made with San Marzano tomatoes, I dont claim to know it, I havent asked the owner thats just what I think. I think that because the sweetness of the sauce matched perfectly with the cheese. The cheese was covered with more sauce, I wasnt sure why they did this but it turned out to be super great. I would go eat there again for sure. I recommend to anyone looking for a pizza made with quality ingredients over the quantity. Cant wait to go back!

Outdoor seating is magical in the summer because with this place and the place across and no street traffic you feel like you are somewhere in Europe. The portions are very generous but I’m only rating the place lower because the pizza dough and the toppings weren’t amazing. We tried 3 different pizzas but didn’t like any of them. I would still come back and try more just to sit outdoors.

It's a bring your own wine, which is great, but this shouldn't be a reason to serve dry industrial pasta in an Italian restaurant in Little Italy. This is a kitchen that is made to serve as many people as possible, as quickly as possible. And for that purpose, it does its job well. The length of the menu should be a big enough hint that no one is sitting in the back rolling fresh pasta and browning guanciale to make a proper carbonara. But don't get me wrong, the food is not bad. It's what I would make at home when I don't have too much time to cook. It tastes ok, it does the job of feeding people and it doesn't break the bank. With friends and wine, you'll still enjoy your time.

** Cash only ** Huge pizza/pasta selection, friendly service, but it takes time to get your food because they're so busy. You can bring your own wine/beer, and the waiter offered us a 10% off coupon to use at "Miss Napoletana" across the street for the wine/beer. The pizza crust is thin and crispy. The sauce is very good, and the ingredients are fresh. Tried #29 (Fior di Latte), #38 (Caprina), and #41 (Salumeria). Favorite was #41 and I added garlic to it! Tried the Penne Romana and it was excellent! The heated patio is a nice touch for those breezy nights. The atmosphere is really nice and overall it was a very pleasant experience. If service was a little faster and if they accepted other methods of payments I would've given it 5 stars.
First time on a business trip to Montreal and decided on having pizza, so we chose Pizzeria Napoletana. My first experience visiting this restaurant, I was extremely pleased with the food, dessert quality and taste. Joe, Vince and Steve provided exceptional customer service. It was a Monday late evening and the restaurant was busy, which tells me that it's great. I will absolutely revisit this restaurant again when I'm back in town. They also have the cleanest men's washroom, which is a sign of a business who cares, pay attention to this when eating out.

Returning to a familiar place stirred up nostalgia, menu looks unchanged since my last visit many years ago. The antipasto la buffala, priced at $21, felt underwhelming with minimal basil on tomato slices alongside mozzarella di bufala. The primavera pizza tasted excessively salty and lacked inspiration due to the use of canned clams. While my experience wasn't satisfying, I'd recommend trying other menu options, perhaps exploring dishes that showcase the restaurant's specialties or seeking recommendations from the staff to enhance the dining experience.

Walked in on a Monday evening, felt lucky to get a seat because it filled up shortly after we were sat. Ordered two pizzas and a gnocchi. We went next door for our drinks- it was a strange ordeal to leave the restaurant to get alcohol but it was fine overall. We were brought bread rolls and butter before the meal. The food came super fast and was good- I enjoyed my gnocchi and the pizza was super thin and authentic. The deserts looked amazing but we got some to go from next door instead of in house. Service was slick, friendly and super efficient. Would go back to this stuff, and likely try more in the pasta and bread sections.
I would not recommend this place if you really want to try authentic and delicious Italian food.I ordered a “mozzarella di bufala” which was disgusting, dry and hard like a stone and not even close to what its taste should be. The pasta was american style, the portions are very big and they use cheap ingredients. The tortellini were dry inside and the sos was not tasty but heavy. The bread they brought was again hard like a stone. The interior design is old and tired and not welcoming at all. Nothing was Italian in this place.

The pizza was good, very tasty but nothing extraordinary that would warrant the price, the wait and the location. The place is quite popular and so there is usually a wait, both to sit down and to be served. Three crowd is also confined to a small space and so the noise level can get uncomfortably high. The food was good, with nice thin crust pizzas and tasty tomato sauce. But at $15+ for it, I think you're better off going to Bottega or Il Focolaio for tastier pizza and an overall better experience. The waiting staff was really knowledgeable about their menu, so don't be afraid to ask them for advice!
What else can you say about this place that has not been said before. There is a reason Napoletana is jam packed on Sunday evenings. The food, the atmosphere, and the service all get five stars. (Maybe not my order, since I felt the spaghetti was a bit under cooked, and maybe that is the traditional way of making it, but it would have been nice to offer different degrees of cooked pasta ) Never the less, you'd definitely return again and again:)

We had a pizza, parmigiana and polpette. For my taste, the food was tasty-but not exceptional. The pizza options on the menu are plentiful, but mostly Americanized. It was disappointing to see that the pizzeria place is called “pizzeria Napoletana, but the pizza Is not airy nor the crust is thick. I recommend you check the pictures of the pizza on the resto page before you go there- if that is Neapolitan style pizza for you-that’s great

Vibrant and happy atmosphere. Buffala Pizza is good. But vegetarian pizza is below average. Go get yourself a Ristorante frozen pizza, it will be way better than the vege pizza. Overall, it’s not worth the price. 2 pizza with no drinks = 60 (tx and tips in) I mean come oooon guys ! For the price it should be a heavenly pizza and a taste of italy.

Oof. You'd think a place called Napoletana can get a basic pizza right but quite the contrary. Wet soggy dough overcompensated with condiments and lack of simple tomato sauce. Sad soggy sandwich at best. Insult to the cuisine. Service didn't even ask how the food was or anything. You won't even get a goodbye if you don't leave a tip:D

First thing you need to know: they only take cash. No debit. No credit. They do have an ATM that only charges a $1 fee though. Service was nice and friendly. Pizza was just ok. The tomato sauce was actually very tasty, but the crust was the disappointing bit for me: too similar to any crust you find in frozen pizzas and not at all similar to Neapolitan pizza. The tiramisu was good though. The search for a real, good Neapolitan pizza in Montreal continues...
A well known place for pizza that truly deserves its reputation. The pizza selection on the menu is very large. The service was good. There is a tree/art in the middle of the dining room with lights on the branches, creating a really nice atmosphere. Due to its success, a bit noisy, and be prepared to wait in line for a spot. The mozzarella di buffalla is incredible (available as appetizers), the accompanying tomatoes were not though. Really good pizzas!
Bring your own wine pizzeria, since 1948. The restaurant itself has a cozy and rustic atmosphere and the tree standing right in the middle provides an authentic feeling. I wouldn’t say the food is remarkable however. The meat balls were very chewy, the pasta was decent, but there was an excessive amount of cooking cream used in the dish and the pizza was just average.

Worst food ever. My choice of pasta and the pizza was ok. But the rest of the family’s food was incredibly bad. We were not able to finish even half of it although we were starving. The only good thing about this place was that there was plenty of available tables at the terrace but that’s self-explanatory given the low quality of the food. I will not be repeating this restaurant.

The best restaurant on the island of Montreal. I hadn't been there in over 10 years. Very nice rediscovery. The tortellini alla Rossini are out of this world. The pizza is excellent. Excellent Italian restaurant. A large place, possibility to sit outside, a large balcony around the restaurant to the road. The inside of the restaurant is full, a bit noisy (families/groups), good atmosphere, pleasant music, excellent food - a variety of Italian dishes. In addition, it is possible to have gluten-free pasta/pizza

Delicious food! Excellent service, we were there for a holiday party and we had most of the restaurant reserved for us.. but service was still amazing. Tried the cannelloni, the pizzas, desserts and espresso.. absolutely yum. Generous portions and even the free bread is great! It is however cash only, they do have an ATM inside if you need it, which charges a $1 fee. Would definitely recommend this place.
The place is nice. The food is just ok. Got the lasagna and a chef pizza. The lasagna was good except for the ton of sauce they put on top. The pizza dough was overcooked. For the price there are better alternatives around.

Cute atmosphere, sat outside by the side street so it was quieter. Great attentive service, kind waiters. Bring your own wine. Had pizza, tortellini pasta with rose sauce, garlic knots and meatballs. Pizza tasted great, thin crust and good amount of ingredients. Tortellini with rose sauce was amazing. Meatballs were delicate and delicious . Garlic knots could have been better. Nutella cheesecake was ok.
The place the vibe the ambiance and the services is good, but other than that the food is so mediocre i can cook better pasta just at home and for pizza you can go to pizzeria dei compari by far the best pizza. Food flavorless i added the entire bottle of parmesan just to give it a little bit of taste. Not worth the price

This is local! We arrived at 5 and by 530 there was a wait. But be advised. It is BYOB. Apparently everyone (local) knew this. We didn't. No worries. There is a little liquor store across the street. They also take no credit cards. Again we were the only ones who didn't know, but again the little liquor store to the rescue. The pizza was very good. The service was efficient but a little rushed.
Worst pizza I've ever ordered in Montreal. They took forever to prepare it, so it arrived very cold, but that would have been ok if the pizza was good. It was so burnt, even the meat had black edges. It was so rough and chewy, by the end, our faces hurt. To top it all off (literally), there was a hair on the pizza. Basically, avoid this place.

A great Italian restaurant embedded in a neighbourhood, which gives it a homely feel right off the bat. Staff is welcoming and friendly. The prices are reasonable compared to other Italian restaurants in the city, without compensating on quality at all. Menu is large and features many options, great to see they support BYOB as well. Great for all ages, with plentiful seating.
This place has been here forever and while it's not to everyone's tastes, judging by the other comments, they do a wide range of thin-crust pizzas with their distinctive sauce - which is quite different imo than typical Québec style pizza (less sweet) and less seasoned I think than standard NA style. A very tomatoey sauce.

Non ci siamo. In the past it might have been a typical Italian pizzeria, the ambiance is old fashioned but quite authentic, the food not at all. Sorry to say that but the pizza are not Italian at all. And...bring your own alcoholic drinks, they don't serve any alcohol there

My friends and I love this place ! First of all it’s a BYOB !! And second they make pizza ! Their pizzas are simple and tasty. They have such a huge selection for all tastes ! They also have pasta but we definitely keep going back because of their pizzas. Friendly and helpful staff. But it’s always super busy so be ready to wait a minimum of 30mins. Super casual and cosy.
This is a family run authentic Italian restaurant that is absolutely delicious! We tried two different pizzas with different base of white and red sauce and both were fantastic. We also ordered the salad that was just super refreshing! They have a store right across from the restaurant where you can get wine and bring it with you to have with food. 10/10 would go again!
Honestly felt like a cafeteria. No wine glasses. No ice bucket for the wine. Waiters couldn’t care less. Food was kinda tasteless and dry. If you like sauce, don’t go there. Limited menu (no Cesar salad nor calamari). Won’t go again. Sorry!

If I could put 0 stars I would, horrible customer service, it's incredibly loud, not gluten-free friendly ( 7$ extra to just be able to eat) the servers are always in our business. As a group, you only have 2 meal choices in the entire menu and not allowed to have drinks unless you bring it with you. Would not recommend, neither come back.

Delicious thin crust pizza . The service was excellent, the waiter extremely nice and attentive. The decor original, would definitely recommend. The deserts were delicious as well (especially the tiramisu maison). Only one con, no tap water was available (for COVID-19 reasons I presume) and the pizza was a tiny bit overpriced. Overall, a good pizzeria to try!! :)
My discovery of the week...the month...maybe the year... I have to go out more often. Succulent Italian food. The servers are fast, courteous. They really deserve the 5 stars for the quality of service and food I will go back many times

If you are looking for a good pizza, real pizza, this is the place. Very tasty options, mostly traditional combinations. It's hard to pick one since they all looks delicious. Bring your drinks (since they don't sell it). The only complaint would be that it's a loud place, hard to talk to people on your own table, but Italy is supposed to be loud, so it's ok .
Went to this place as another pizzeria down the street required reservations. They were super busy and the place was packed. We got pizza and pasta which were just okay. We also got tiramisu and cannolis which were delicious. Service was okay, they were nice but took a long time to come to our table!

Very very upset, the pizza was delicious, but its real price is $5, but I paid $25 (+ for tea, optional, by the way, this cafe uses an old-style terminal and you yourself need to enter the amount, for example $000) for just dough and tomato sauce this price is too expensive!!

Always a good experience when we go here. It's not amazing, and I don't think it's meant to be. It's pizza and pasta and they do a great job of making it and they give you a sizeable portion. Definitely not fine dining, and it can get quite loud, but certainly a good way to make sure you're full.

It was my first visit. The place was super busy (Friday night), but well organized. The staff was really polite and well spoken. I tried the all-dressed pizza #20 in the menu, a cappuccino with a canoli. As recommended by the attendant the pizza tasted very authentic. Must visit for 'italian feel and food' Everything tasted very good and fresh!
A genuine Montreal institution. One of the best pizzas in town, friendly family-run service. Grab a beer or wine from their store across the street before you sit down.

I’ve been coming here for well over 30 years and naturally there are ups and downs, but the overall consistency of good quality is there. I always enjoy the vast selection of pizzas and classic simple approach to appetizers. Don’t forget to bring your own wine and just enjoy yourself in a traditional Italian eatery with friends and family.
Came from Toronto specifically to try this joint the internet world says it's the first pizzeria in Canada. Pizza was okay was expecting better with the name like pizzeria napolitana you think they would have a Wood-Fired oven. Overall it was a good pizza great stuff very friendly I have to take their advice and actually go dining one day
This place is amazing! Food is really good, service is on point, staffs are nice and know what are they doing. It might look like you have to wait in a long line but trust me its not that long. They are working efficiency with clean up the table, serving the food etc. So highly recommend just hang in there and you will get a good food!!!
Service super quick, amazing and efficient staff! The pizza is delightful. Although if you don’t like thin crust, you might not like it. The dessert were amazing. It was light and delicious and perfect. Not overwhelming as other places I’ve tried. Will definitely come back! Filling full and satisfied when leaving the restaurant.
Many different types Italian-style pizza, and a few with American-style toppings as well. One of the last areas of Little Italy that still feels like Little Italy. The restaurant doesn't serve alcohol, though they own a wine/beer store directly across the street, so you can just bring whatever. The photo is their Latina pizza
The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing, and everything I tried was delicious. However, the service was rude and barely attentive and we we’re seated outside in front of someone’s house. Despite that, I would still rate the food 5/5 and recommend this spot.

This place has food that tastes like what you find in the best restaurants of southern Italy. Everything is incredible, from the pizzas to the pastas, meatballs and cheeses to the salads. There isn't a single item on the menu that you could go wrong with. I give this place my highest possible recommendation.
It's a fun place. I first went in the mid 1980's. The pizza is 'napoletana' in spirit only. It's definitely pizza but that's about it. More Canadian-Roman than the real thing.

I don't like giving bad reviews but the pizza is way far napoli style and in general it's not good. The pasta was a generous portion but not high quality. The restaurant is usually full so good for them but if you're looking for a decent Italian food this place is not for you.
The blonde old woman that appears to be the manager is the rudest person I’ve seen working at a restaurant. She tried treating my family and I as kids, all because of a dessert. She SHOULD NOT be working in client service.

I had Margarita Pizza and Tiramisu Boy oh boy it was Delicious This was my first time trying Neapolitan style pizza and I don’t regret it. They have a variety of pizzas including Gluten Free. I’ll definitely visit the restaurant again.
Great pizza. I had a classic Pizza Margherita. Sauce was very good and crust made all the difference. I would have liked some fresh basil on it but still doesn't take away from the flavour. Did I mention that the coffee was perfect?
The best Italian restaurant I had lasagna and my wife had pizza #10 Both of them were great It was Saturday and the restaurant was very busy, we waited 45 minutes outside. Thanks God it was not so cold, even though it was Nov 6th
