i ordered the pizza for delivery. my pizza dough was not fresh . So i placed complaint for that. Customer service told me they will give me another pizza in 30 minutes. but i was waiting for 1 hour and didn’t get the order. i called customer services next morning. first they told me they cant deliver the pizza and i have to go there to pick it up. when i went there at the scheduled time, then the manager told me he was not on the work yesterday and didn’t know anything. but his way was not polite. i called the customer services again, then they make the pizza for me. and then again manager told me that there pizza dough cant be bad, so i showed him the old pizza picture. it was not a good experience with this store. i will never go to this store again.

I don’t usually write a review . But today i received a bad service from the deliver of pizza pizza. He came almost late (48 min).When he came at my building he call me to meet him at the door( normally they take the elevator to my door). I say no because i was alone with a baby. Then he came at my door, give me my order and ask me for tips with a bad attitude. So i didn’t give him tips and he tell me thats next time i need to meet him at the front door with his bad attitude and i repeat to him that i can’t leave my 6 month baby alone in the appartement and he tell me that is not my problem and he keep talking about he’s car and parking.

Normally this location is super great, so I'm really disappointed. I received my deep fried pickles upside down and still pretty much completely raw - not just undercooked, but literally batter-sloughing-off-raw as you can see. I thought at first they were just soggy, until I realized that the outside was crispy, it was the inside that was uncooked. I understand orders are on a time crunch, but I'd rather my order be late than inedible. My order was here in less than 30 minutes, at the cost of the quality of the order. Thankfully, my pizza was fine, but I hope they fix whatever led to this item being allowed to leave the store.

Today I ordered pizza through phone and waited for 45 minutes to get picked up to the store . As soon as I went and ask my pick up at the store he got my name and said it was canceled. I was wondering and arguing with that gentleman for some time . Then I made a call to the customer Center to know what went wrong it was one lady she couldn’t answer me clearly keep saying again and again something which is not pertinent while I was speaking she transferred the call to another agent where I have to explain everything from square one and now guess what she said there was no order under phone number . Look when these people work irresponsible like this it will definitely create lots of problems unnecessarily

Pathetic service.. a guy who already fighting with other customer.. made a mistake in my order. I was very polite thrice about the problem so that we can be on a same page with one resolution. But he was very rude and till end he wasnt ready to accept the mistake nor even able to be polite at any point. Chdck the cameras between 5:15 to 5:30pm.. If you continue this type of service.. you will low down your customer count.. even I work for customer service and still tried to manage the situation but he doesnt have brain at all . Not about compensation because I dnt want anything.. happy to get wrong order but about the service…….

Worst staff, worst franchise owner never going back to this location. They treat their customers with no respect. Franchise owner and their kitchen staff should get some basic customer ethics training. They are so egotistical, arrogant as if they own the brand itself. This location’s franchise license needs to be either revoked or get someone who treats humans as humans smile at the counter. Treat everyone with fair respect, values regardless of their geography. Also, a guy who was in and out of kitchen and front counter was not wearing any gloves taking cash and then going back to kitchen touching pizza.

One of the best place to eat. The dough is fresh and crunchy Great and quick customer service. I went with my family to eat pizza received my pizza in just 15 minutes of waiting time. The atmosphere is positive. Highly recommended.

The cashier was nice to me, but everything else was bad. The personal was very disorganized and constantly asked what you ordered. I ordered a poutine and the cashier told me it was going to take about 6 minutes and it took about 20 MINUTES. I had to take the train to home (I live in Mascouche) so I went home around 10pm, two hours later than normal. Keep this in mind❗❗❗

This was my #1pizza store until lastnight, my kids wanted pizza and chicken so I ordered for them, I ask for breaded chicken with sweet Chilli on the side when it came the Chilli was on all of the chicken I called to let them know!! They send me another box of chicken when I opened it they where all burned,, I guess they were angry because i complained DISAPPOINTED!!!

Hi I have bern a patron for approximately 3 years. The first thing , that stands out is how clean the premises are. In particular, the washrooms and to boot, it has smell cleaner gadget, which other restos should have. The staff is very responsive and courteous.Full marks. 95% of time; I Go for an Extra All Dressed Pizza with 3 Diet Cokes. Yummy Karma! I strongly endorse this Pizza Pizza. Bon Appétit !

Very bad I was there today, I spent $60, and I could not eat. My son and I saw one of the workers putting his hand in his nose and then holding the dough. We told the person in charge there, but they did not even apologize. I gave him the food and left the place. My experience was bad, and I never went to any restaurant after that.

I put one because I can't put 0 stars . Please do not order from pizza pizza . Yesterday I found a cricket in my chicken salad it was the most disgusting thing that had hapohapp to me and it was alive! Never ordering from them ever again I don't want to imagine how the rest can be if I had an insect in my salad.

Cheap price, food look fresh and good but I don't know why the people inside there doesn't work with gloves. Only one guy working last time I went and he do the cash customers service and then he go back to the kitchen to do preparations and he only washed his hands once so... make your own conclusion.

Very fast usually when I place my order online.. Too many options for the topping etc.. Good value for the money... There is a small parking there if you wanna pick up your order... Always check your order before you leave the place, they usually check everything and confirm..

The price is good, I purchased 2 vegetarian slices (not that Im vegetarian) and it was flavorless. Cost was 5.75$ for two slices thats great but I winded up throwing mine to garbage because it wasnt good at all. The service was what you'd expect.

An employee"Girl" on 24/July at 23:00, were at cashier, no smile, not welcoming and with sullen face. She didn't say a word. All customers felt offended and not welcomed in the restaurant, we heard people talking about same as we felt.

Ordered A Chicken Burger and a Poutine. The chicken burger had no Sauce inside, and the Poutine fries were very soft (almost like they were old). I got Delivered 500 meters away. Will not order anything but a pizza from here next time.

The pizza was nice, but the place is not very clean. You better take out than sitting inside to eat.

So i came in for lunch around 1h30 pm they only have 4 slice of pizza left. 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni. Got one of each and they gave no napkins. Pizza is very average. Expect a bit more.
