I went shopping there today and took my nine week old puppy his not fully vaccinated but I can’t leave him at home so I took him with me but held him till I can put him in a trolley. One good stuff member did go to pat him but once I said his not fully vaccinated she was understanding BUT while looking around a staff member rudely said to me in a judgement voice “if you have a problem with people touching him don’t have him in the trolley either” 1 don’t tell me what to do with my dog 2 him being on his blanket is better then randoms touching him who touch so many dogs. Then as I was lining up and other stuff member came up from behind and just patted my dog without asking me !! I said “please don’t his not fully vaccinated” she returned with “ oh well my hands a clean” so of course I said “ maybe ask before touching others dog” she then stayed out her face in his and kept doing a high pitched sound! I’m trying to train him at low tone and focus on me. It got to the point I put my hand on my dog and said “ok that’s enough” she stood up and said “pfft whatever” I spent $150 there for people to judge me and be very disrespectful. Unbelievable behaviour will never be returning!

Today I created an account and made a purchase of Simparica Trio which I paid for six chews (6 months worth). I was very impressed with the the speed the order arrived and the price was amazing. What arrived was only 3 chews, I called and spoke to a staff member, who immediately help resolve the issue. As a gesture of good will they resent my correct and original order of 6 chews. And I got to keep the incorrect order. Fantastic Customer Service, I will highly recommend Petbarn at Elizabeth and I will continue shopping there. Great Customer experience. 10 out of 10.

Don’t recommend Elizabeth Petbarn grooming salon at all. Staff lied to my face about my appointment with my dog because the manager was around. Asked for video proof of the convocation and their cameras don’t have audio apparently. They took my dog for the appointment and then called me 15 minutes later saying they can’t do it. We let them know our dog couldn’t be around smaller dogs. When we arrived for pick up they put the dog with smaller dogs, which causes a risk for all dogs. 100% disgusted with the grooming staffs attitude.

I took my puppy Sunny for puppy training at Petbarn, Jen was the trainer and she was absolutely fantastic. You could really tell she loved each and every animal like they were her own. She made the whole experience fun with her jokes and made the lessons really enjoyable. She was also very knowledgeable about every product in the store. I will be bringing Sunny back for the next level of training and will be making this store my primary store for pet products.

Jen the manager is so friendly, easy going and helpful and you can really tell she loves dogs and animals. I've encountered her on a few occasions and most of those times she wasn't even the one serving me. She once stepped in to help me carry my purchases out to the car as she saw how much i had. Nothing is too hard for her to do, awesome customer service is what you get with Jen, and it's Brilliant!!!

Typically difficult to hand over my money, time after time, no lineup, I'm first in line. Biggest feature of this store if not all Petbarn's. You need to have a system to take my money. Really bad unfortunately. Everything else is great but no system to take money, even when front of store staff are there.

There was an issue with delivery, I called up and the customer service was exceptional! They sorted it straight away and my order was delivered the same day. You rock Petbarn Elizabeth! Such lovely staff! Also love the same day delivery option. So good!

As usual the staff at Petbarn Elizabeth were awesome!! Had the pup washed with the groomers. He always comes out so happy and showing off that he looks so handsome. The staff are knowledgeable and always happy to help with any inquiry.

The friendly staff at PetBarn Elizabeth donated close to $1000 worth of foods for my animals at Paws Hillbank Haven Rescue. We are still in shock and super super grateful. Highly recommend!!
