A long review ahead- Ever since we adopted our persian fur baby, we have been looking for a grooming centre which cares for her just like a baby not like another animal and my search ended with PawsnCollars. I am so glad and satisfied with the kind of grooming they provided to her. Everything has been top class- right from the centre, the grooming station, products and most importantly the person handling our cat, Ayat. My cat was less petrified and gradually warmed up to him which left me less worried about her. I really wanted to point out the fact that I did try 'My pet's choice' earlier ( after reading alot of recommendations on Facebook about this one being the best in Hsr Layout) and after the first visit only I swore never to book an appointment there because of the cold and unsatisfied services they had to offer. There were three people doing the job which I felt made my cat more anxious and also the owner was always with the atittude " I know your cats better than you do" which really put me off. My cat's ears were also not properly cleaned when I saw her back at home and on top of that, they charge you whopping ₹3500 for the hurried work done merely in 1-2 hours while here at PawsnCollars, the person dedicated good 3 hours with my cat- treated her like a little baby, caring for the minutest of details, groomed her well while charging ₹2500, only. With all of this, the plus point is the enough comfortable sitting space and ambience for the pet parents and also a dedicated section for cats and dogs, separatly. The owner,staff and grooming professionals, all have been warm, courteous and ultra-professional in their conduct. My cat was groomed exactly the way I wanted her to be like. For me experience along with the services matter, alot and I found all of it here at PawsnCollars - I really hope that you guys continue doing the good work and best wishes for your success in future.

Have been to a couple of places to groom my little one, all places i have gone to have been good. ..no exception here either with the end result. The head groomer and the lady at the reception very attentive too. Few things that did put me off though, esp with all the transparency of the service and after the bath that was done really well. 1) staff has to pay attention to the pet while he is being groomed, not chit chat, keep changing hands to do one activity and definitely not be carrying around another pup in hand. Not all enjoy a grooming session, esp the blow drying noise and this becomes an added stress factor for them. 2) The place is for grooming, socialising is a personal choice and this being a fully closed place either to try and have a socialising session whatever your instincts tell you or how well you know the other pets or is your own store pet may not be appropriate. 3) products are good but highly (over) priced. But I suppose many are willing to pay the cost for these irrespective. Overall. a good concept even though not necessarily a new one. Similar places with a grooming section, cafe, pet store already exist. May not visit again, a personal choice. My response to your reply - 1) all that has been said here was communicated to the head groomer with regards to the grooming and product pricing, to the owner and groomer with regards to socialising /keeping the big one on leash and away, etc. 2) like I already said, my personal choice ...first impressions go a long way! 3) one gives a review not to bring down or hype up a place, but for more transparency..and your USP is transparency All the best!

Wowww! We had the most incredible experience celebrating Gravity's 2nd birthday at Paws and Collars in HSR. As pet parents, we understand how our emotions revolve around our furry family members, and this place exceeded all our expectations. A massive shoutout to Ambika and Santosh, the founders and owners of this wonderful cafe. Ambika personally went above and beyond to ensure our celebration was a hit. Gravity, our Golden Retriever, is like our third child, and the way they treat everyone, both pets and humans, is truly remarkable. The cake they prepared for Gravity was beyond words - he absolutely loved it! The spa session they gave him, along with a refreshing bath, left him with such a happy feeling. This place radiates positivity and joy for pets. This is the 2nd time I am sharing this review as the one I shared earlier today is being deleted. I am sure after going through this review they will either delete it or say fake review laust like the posts where they got 1 ⭐️. Today I took my pet here for vaccination as I was unable to find the place I called up to reception and took the address and told I will reach in 5 mins as I was nearby. When I went there the lady at the reception handed over a booklet to one more lady and told her use this, which looked a bit fishy. Later on I got to know the other lady was a veterinarian. Simply for vaccination purpose she asked me multiple questions and and told her I only need yearly vaccination and there is no other problem. When I came for payment, I was charged 1700 rupees when I was asked to enter my details in their ipad i see they charged me 350 rupees for consultation, when I told where was the consultation and I didn’t need any consultation and my only need was vaccination. The receptionist tells me since you called and came so there is consultation, the reason was very absurd. This fancy place knows it very well how to extract money from people without any reason. They think this way they can survive their business, very wrong doing and perception. Be aware of this place and the people there.

One of the best groomers I have taken my pet to! They offer a variety of services to choose from - Grooming, Bathing, Vet consultation etc. The whole is aesthetically very well designed and it's clean. The main highlight, they have an amazing café where the food is fresh, visually pleasing and tastes like it is straight out of a 5-star restaurant! I tried mee goreng and sweet potato gnocchi. Both were damn yummy! Checking on my pet every now and then whole the grooming was going on, made me feel more comfortable. They have a pet tag engraving machine too, which allows you to customize an ID tag for your pup! Their prodt range in store too is good- pet food, treats, pet toys, accessories etc. I recommend this place to anyone who would like to have their dog groomed excellently for a reasonable price! One improvement to be made, pee pads should be used to clean up the urine of dogs that have peed inside the store.. Currently a lot of tissue paper Is being wasted in cleaning up pee inside the store.

What a lovely experience we had! This got to be the best pet care store in Bangalore and they stand true to their claim, it's not just a retail outlet rather an experience store for our furry kids! I took my super hyper GSD for his monthly grooming session. Considering this was our first time visiting paws and collars, my boy was a little scared of the unknown surrounding however within minutes the staff made me him comfortable And now I bet it's one of him fav place to visit! Special shout out to Prakash! The grooming took about 50 mins and I could see Kelso (my GSD) enjoying it which is rare! Everyone in the store is experienced and understand your pets requirement. The space is huge and they have an in-house cafe where you can relax while your pooches are being groomed. Santosh spared sometime to talk us about our pet's nutrition needs and suggested us some tasty food alternatives. We will def be visiting again! Thank you guys!

The most amazing dog cafe experience I have had. I recently moved from the US and was struggling to find good pet friendly places around. As soon as I came across this cafe, it became my second home. The owner itself moved from the US and started this cafe in the center of HSR layout. The cafe is designed in a way that is welcoming for all dogs and their parents. They have a grooming, vet facility and a lot dog essential accessories to sell. My dog loves the food and the play setup here and the staff is super friendly. The food is also really good. Even if I am a non vegetarian, I still prefer the plant based meat option here which is made with fresh ingredients. All and all, it is highly recommended for your small furry canine as well. This has got to be the best pet grooming experience in town. We had taken our boy Ruff ( Golden Retriever) for a grooming session to PawsnCollars for the first time. I was a bit sceptical at first but then the whole experience blew me away. Very professional detailed care of our boy. A normal grooming session at other places is over in 45 minutes but the professionals here took literally an hour and a half for the grooming. Which was very nicely done with utmost care. The groomers and the owner were very professional and courteous enough to discuss with us the pets grooming plan and how to best care for the pet cleanliness at home. The concept of the whole pet store is really unique, you get to sit out at a wonderful cafeteria inside the store and wait for your bundle of joy to get transformed.

Pretty insane place as far as pet stores go and definitely the most swanky one I have ever been to. If you have some fancy pedigree then this is the store for you. Costs are also reasonable considering the quality of service delivered. They have a cafe in here as well called pet people's cafe. All sorts of pet products such as food, eating/drinking bowls, leashes, accesories, tags, sleeping beds, toys are available are available. Imported dog food is available. They have grooming services as well. My friend got some cat food to try for his pet cats here. Parking is also manageable nearby. Definitely check out the place, its really good. Will drop by here again to actually buy something if I ever end up rich and own a Saluki. I am a street dog/cat kinda guy for now.

One more reason to fall in love with the city of bangalore. This cafe has taken the pet friendly quotient of this city to a top notch level. I can't thank this cafe enough for making Spark, my 2 year of beagles Sunday so amazing. Its an amazing cafe to go along with your pet, Kids, family and friends to spend an amazing family time. The food quality is top notch, we ordered for pastas, cold coffees and pastries and the quality and taste was superior. The dog can be left off leash. The staff is very friendly, they keep a watch on your doggo while you relax and have your meal. I for sure will visit again and next time will use the grooming service. I’ve gotten my pet, Sparkle, groomed thrice at PawsnCollars and it has been a fantastic experience every single time. Not only do they do a great job of grooming your pets but also, the way they handle your pets so gently, like their own is commendable! The entire grooming area which is top notch btw, is visible to you (unlike most places where you can’t see what’s happening to your pet and how they’re being treated). The experience they give is that of a 5 star luxury spa! ALSO, there’s so many options of pet stuff - toys, treats, harnesses, leashes, etc that you can pick up while your pet gets pampered and you sip a nice coffee at the pet people cafe which is within the same premises.

Pathetic! They sell collars worth Rs 200-350 for Rs 1600/- Go checkout the same collars and brand at My Pet Choice and you will see the difference. Looting everyone in the name of branded products brought from USA. The guy there, hangs around to latch on to you the minute you enter. From there on, he and his whole family will show you products and oblige you to buy. They claim to have an in-house Vet, who knows nothing of dogs. They sell food as if it was offloaded from the moon. You finally walk out with a Rs 8000 - 1000/- bill. (whether you are a fool or not, they will make one of you). PLEASE AVOID!! YOU HAVE MUCH BETTER PLACES IN BANGALORE TO CARE FOR YOUR VET. Not Worth It!!

AFTER MAKING MY PET BLEED THE MANAGER HAD THE AUDACITY TO SHOUT AT US. It’s just a fancy place from the outside. No professionalism, the manager doesn’t know how to talk to people. After cutting 2 of my cats he had the audacity to raise his voice on me telling me that “You are not understanding what we do here” when I was the one talking calmly even after seeing my cats bleeding. Calling themselves professionals these people need to understand what the word respect and humility means. The manager pointed out the price of the ointment they put on my cat and told me we can’t give it to you because it is very costly. Basic manners are missing. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE

This is one of the NICEST cafes I’ve been to. For one, it’s pet friendly. You’ll see the sweetest and cutest dogs here (especially Eva). The ambience is BEAUTIFUL. Santosh it’s so passionate about what he does. The whole place is a wonderful experience. And the food- OMG! it’s vegan and extremely tasty! For the quality of food you get, the price point is wonderful. It’s so INCREDIBLY clean too. I’ve been there thrice and every time I go there, I’m left awestruck by the new things I learn and experience. The ambience, people, vibe and experience is a complete 10/10. Would absolutely recommend you to visit at least once!

I have been passing this area for quite sometimes and I always wanted to visit.First I have cats with me so I feel like this is a good place to groom my cats and the food look delicious and I am right about it….Nikita has helped me understand a lot about the in and outs of the grooming area and they even have their own consultation doctor..they have a cafe as well…and I really enjoy my Vietnamese drinks….it’s so yum…I feel like this would be a good place to wait if you take your pets for grooming…Ajit was the best person to connect with food…and everyone have the most friendliest character..I will come and visit soon

This is a place where you can get your pet groomed while you sip on some coffee and have something ( vegetarian) to eat. We chose this place as we had to meet a friend and needed a place where we could take our pet along. As soon as you enter , your dog is given water to drink while you make yourself comfortable. Since we had sometime , we opted for a grooming service for pixie ( our dog ) The staff did a great job and were gentle with pixie. The services included a bath , blow dry and nail trimming . We were extremely happy with the services. Many pet accessories and food is available for purchase as well.

This was our first visit to a pet grooming salon with our three-month-old Shih Tzu pup and we were so glad to choose Paws N Collars! The service was impeccable and our little one was pampered to the core... Very professionally run, right from the pet attendant to the pet groomer, to everyone present there, were so cordial and helpful. The store has a wide variety of pet accessories, food and much more... Also, to cater to the needs of the pet parents, they have a lovely in-house café with lip-smacking snacks and drinks. I visited pets and collars yesterday. I was under the impression that this place was only four per owners. I was pleasantly surprised by the ambience. My wife and I tried several of their lunch offerings. It is evident that the owners have put in incredible effort and are very passionate about this place. The food was of great quality with all the ingredients being fresh. There was a good balance between taste and nutritional value. Oh and the coffee was just awesome. I recommend this place for a great dining experience. Of course, if you are a pet lover/pet owner, it’s the place!

Great experience! My first experience to a pet grooming place and the first ever for my little fella. He thoroughly enjoyed his time. Felt very assured when he was getting bathed and groomed, so assured that I sat back in their cafe and had some nice coffee and croissant . It just doesn’t take one person it’s the whole team that were friendly and went about their job diligently. They stick to the time given and it’s our duty to be on time to this place. Paws n collar is an amazing place at HSR. Prakash (the owner) has set up an amazing place where we can pamper our cuties. I have seen the staff working with a dog even if he has bad temperament to give him bath easily. They put an effort on the dog and above all owners can walk in the grooming area anytime unlike other grooming places! I have known prakash since my pup was just an year old. He had boarded my dog for sometime as well. He has very good experience with dogs. Infact he had adopted an almost dying dog Bino and Blue and has in reality groomed them

A great place of pets and their owners … pets get groomed while owners meet each other and discuss pet matters or just read a book or catch upon some work while enjoying a cup of coffee and food. They could accommodate 3-4 pet at a time for grooming. Groomers are very professional and took good care of my cat. They have a vet at site just in case. They carry all necessary pet items and also a pet’s tag printing unit. Surprisingly clean and well maintained without any odor, considering the place is frequented by furry people.

Highly recommended place for pet grooming and vet visits. They are bunch of caring and passionate people who approach pets with compassion. I took my ferocious cat Pepper to them for spaying and they did a good job of handling her with care and compassion. Very neat and hygienic environment for vet visits. They have a café adjacent to it in the same floor which is also highly recommended. They serve really good vegetarian options. I like their pizzas, burgers and sandwiches, not to mention the masala tea tastes really good.

I was looking for a day care for my pet and a grooming session along with a doctor consultation. As this was near my office thought why not check for the services and availability. The grooming session is very budget friendly. Huge collection of leash, collars , toys and the cafe is dog friendly not cat friendly which was disappointing. I tried the cafe there it was good Crossaint was awesome New York cheese cake was not that great Promogranate juice was good

It was a pleasure to interact with the customer executives of PawsnCollars. They went out of their way to reach my pet Bella's renal food to me in one day flat when I shared that I needed it urgently as she was due for surgery and recommended renal food. They personally ensured a DTDC delivery of the food and I didn't have to bother about any logistic issue in all of this. I hope to keep up my association with them and recommend them highly to all pet parents like me!

The store is going to be first of it’s kind with a cafe, store and grooming all under one roof, the accessories, snacks are good quality products and not very pricey, alas I can get all the goodies and treats that were always used to import . It was an awesome experience for me at PawsnCollars where my Maltese pet had grooming yesterday. The ambience is very good and what is worth mentioning is that we can relax and watch the entire process of grooming. They do a very professional job and the materials used for grooming are natural products that are popular in the USA. Overall it was a wonderful experience at PawsnCollars center. It's a delightful experience getting our 9 months shihtzu's grooming done here.. The entrance, cafe, store, grooming place.. everything is so well planned. Our puppy was well greeted and taken care of. we could watch while they were grooming him, as its just a transparent glass that separates you from them at work. Cafe too is good, serves tasty and visually pleasing food. Their coffee with almond mylk is must try.

I took my persian cats to Paws n Collars for flea treatment. I absolutely loved the support and treatment given by Rakhi and team. They are very welcoming and made sure that my cats were rid of all fleas. The treatment was amazing and now they are extremely clean and happy. I'd highly recommend you take your pets here for grooming or vet visits. Very professional. Very good service.

Amazing place!!! Grooming is excellent. Groomers do a wonderful job. Came here with my GSD and they handled him wonderfully. He never allows to be blow dried anywhere near or around the face and neck area but the groomer managed to do it so beautifully that my dog didn't mind at all. Just love it!!! This will always be the place I'll visit for grooming.

We took our 8 months old cockers there for his first grooming.. the staffs were well trained, knowledgeable and highly professional.. they handled our pup with great love and care.. we were extremely satisfied with his overall looks after the session. The only place where I got a great quality martingale collar. I like their leash too which has two handles which are comfortably padded. Can handle puppy when he is near & far easily. I purchased one tag too. Great service, even though delivery guys created a mess, Mr Santhosh helped me to resolve it personally and I got it on the very next day.

The food was extremely delicious and the place has a great ambiance. My dog felt incredibly comfortable walking around freely meeting new dogs. The customer service people were quite helpful and kind as well. I would recommend this place for anyone and everyone. And may I add, the place is extremely sanitary! So no worries and have your fun.

Love the cafe and its ambience. It's a pet friendly place in true sense. Our pets can roam around leash free in the cafe and store area and they are even allowed on the couch! Moreover, they offer a special discount on grooming services for Indies on Wednesdays. The food variety is plant based, gluten free and vegan. Such a win win!

We had taken our Bobby for the grooming session for the first time . The groomers are very professional. Extremly careful and professional at their work. I had better experience in the past, but today my family and my pet are highly disappointed. First of all the store incharge should learn n have controll on their attitude, most importantly the security. Right in front of us the security kicks our pet on his stomach. The reason he sniffed at him. Worst experience over all.

We went to pawsncollars to get a name tag for our dog. The place is attached with pet people cafe and have a good variety of pet accessories. The name tag was engraved quickly and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also have options for dog food and daily delivery for wet food for dogs.

Very good pet store and the best grooming we have experienced for our dog till date. Our golden retriever comes out clean, neat and soft and remains that way for a considerable period of time. They are also very good with dogs and we can see that the pet is very comfortable with them.

A fabulous place where you can go relax with your furry friends and enjoy some amazing baked goods. The grooming services are pretty good as well. Overall this is a highly recommended place and if you have a pet or love interacting with pets, this is the place for you

I have an 1.3 year old husky I always bring for grooming to Mr. Prakash and I am doing business with him from past 1 year and he knows how to handle dogs and how to groom properly so I would suggest this is the best place and I will be keep coming

I have gone many times and left ved it.Even if you don't have a pet you can still go and enjoy their cafe food which is yummy and play with the animals there and is just a fun experience for not only kids but all age groups . Loved it …

We've purchased harness for our Shitzhu from here. They have a wonderful cafe, beautiful place to groom with transparent shield and a very nice food/ cafe menu. That includes even Italian dishes. Attached some photos. I love being here.

Best clinic in Bangalore ,our kitten which was critical , consulted in many clinic but there was no improvement . We took to paws and collar , they provide the excellent care and service for our kitten which was now at good state.

Came for vaccination for my cat. Dr Krishna Reddy was patient and addressed all my concerns, and also administered the vaccine. Everything was carried out with care by the doctor and staff.

We took my dog who’s a Pomterrier mix.. she doesn’t allow new people to touch her usually, but the groomers were very patient with her. And she got a very cute furcut. Great job..

It's a holistic and a mellow heuristic experience for our fur baby (bubbles). They have an amazing grooming experience centre built in for a very good spa and hygiene experience.

I purchase my regular food items for my pet from here. They get to taste a few samples and then you can buy as per their taste. We love this place and we visit here with our pet

The Owner is an absolute gem of a person. The way he takes care of each client and pet is so homely. My dog loves the rissotto there. Tomato basil soup is a must try.
